The Zionist movement and Hertzel - 1

Had to this point, we found the point that Zionist movement is a racist movement which has the color of aggression and expansionism, and for the first time it emerged at the end of the 19th century as a political movement in Europe and abused religious emotions and feelings perfectly in its political-colonial programs!
Without a doubt, "Theodor Herzl" is the same Austrian scientist who as the first person founded the foundations of the Zionist movement and organized it on a regular basis. He wrote book called "Jewish state" in 1896 CE in which he specifically shaped the idea of modern Zionism and embodied the Zionist ideology in this book objectively. Finally, we can say that Herzl's book was a road map for making and addressing a Jewish state, as far as he analyzed and examined the briefest and the most accurate components of this structure that starts from the formation of the "Jewish community" that observes ideas and designs to the Jewish factory which is supposed to execute the plans and terminates to provoke and encouragement of Jews to emigration from all around the world to Palestine, and establishing order and security in his state's cities, and choosing the Hebrew language and canonization of laws. Of course Herzl emphasis on Judaism problem, so he says: there is no solution to the Jewish problem except through aggregation and gathering of scattered Jews in a single location, where they can establish their state and end their two thousand year old problem -after the Romans dispersed and displaced them-.
So it was in this way that Herzl crystallized his Zionist thoughts political in a political movement with the global trend, so he is the true theorist of Zionist movement. He published a Weekly in 1897 CE in the name of "Al-Alam" through which he started to spread his Zionist ideas, and the magazine was virtually an official spokesman of the Zionist movement. By the way, the importance of the conference which was held in 21-31 August 1897 CE returns to the point that in this conference the basic foundations of the Zionist movement were established, and its objectives became clear. In addition, in this conference the Judaism secret roadmap became clear and determined which in accordance with its provisions, all the world should be humble and function of the throne of David, and it is worth noting that this "secret map" is the same that later was known as “Protokolhay Hokamay Sahyon” , and basically the thought and plan that they have considered for Jewish civilization in the future is dependent on the theory which says :" the Christian civilization is about to disappear so that Jewish civilization, which cares more about materialist issues, will be replaced by it."
Herzl was the one who arose among the Jews and used to give speeches and provoked the spirit of awareness and hope, emotions, feelings, and epic among them, and he used to take advantages of religious emotions in the direction of fulfillment of Zionist thoughts and goals, while he was a secular and laic person and did not believe in Biblical principles. However, he used those principals and opinions in revolutionary and political fields and in direction of achieving Jewish state's goals. Therefore, one of his famous statements was this:" if we can have Jerusalem one day and if I were alive in that day and could do something, I would have destroyed all the things which are not sacred to Jews, and I would have set fire to all the things and signs which are old". He has also said:" the Jewish state was formed in the Basel city, Switzerland, and if I told this sentence out loud, the entire world would have laughed at me, but within five or fifty other years from now, everyone will understand my word! "
And now, after fifty years of "Herzl's" speech in "wings" Conference, "State of Israel" was established, and the World Zionist Organization and its Executive Committee arose of the same Jewish conference, which was looking for achieving the following programs:
1) Building Jewish settlements in Palestine, and encouraging Jewish farmers and artisans from around the world to immigrate to Palestine.
2) The formation of the Zionist societies and associations around the world, through civil society organizations in accordance with the laws and regulations of that country.
3) Providing a context for the development of national and religious consciousness among Jews.
4) Attempting to gain political support of big countries, in order to create a regime that is supposed to exist.
Certainly the advent of Herzl with his invitation emphasized on determining the size and sign of the Zionist idea, through plan of work project and roadmap to implement the genesis and formation of a "Jewish national homeland", and subsequently, he followed the issue of establishment of the Jewish state through writing his book "Jewish state" and then setting up "wings" conference in 1897 CE, and in short, successive actions of Herzl was as a turning point which began from the theoretical emergence of the idea of Zionism and ended to organizational management, or more precisely, to the operational stage of the plans and theories. At this point, it is essential for us to distinguish between the period before 1897 CE in which Zionism was facing the intellectual formation, and era before 1879 CE that Zionist movement found a practical aspect.
As that idea and theory now have means and tools that unstoppingly and permanently is attempting for fulfillment of this movement's goals and are precisely designed in accordance with the first conference program in the same year.
Doctor Abdul Wahab Alkiali (author of the book: Almatame Alzionism Altosyah = greed seeking of expansionist Zionism) says in this regard: the first conference of Zionists declared that Jews constitute a single religious and ethnic population, and they are a nation in every sense, Therefore, they are certainly as a nation and a land is dedicated to them and they have the right to live, and that the "promised land" and the land of the ancestors is the same Palestine. Accordingly, the idea of Zionism arose in such a way that as the national homeland of the Jewish is a homeland for all Jews in the world, according to their dependence on the "Jewish nation", so historically they have the right to get Palestine back after two thousand years and be saved of displacement and exile!
Not long later, the Zionism included organizations and agencies, such as: Zionist conference, Executive Advisory Committees, Jews' banks for Jewish settlements in Palestine (1898 CE.), the Committee of the settlements (1898 CE.) and the Jewish National Fund (1901 CE.). Of course, the purpose of building these founding, the organization of Jewish settlement's issue in Palestine and the creation of its specific organization, and linking it to all-out efforts of Zionism, in order to implement the objectives of the conference of "wings" that the opening of it started with the famous speech of "Herzl" when he said: "We have come here to fortify the rock bottom of a house that will shelter the Jewish nation tomorrow and will support them."
Efforts and Intermediations of "Herzl" for Palestine
After the first Zionist Conference in 1897 CE, Herzl directly went to the "Astaneh", the capital of the Ottoman caliphate to meet the Sultan Abdul Hamid II to obtain the Covenant or the same Ottoman command from Sultan, and thereby, the Sultan let the Jews be resettled in Palestine, therefore, he could notify Sultan of his "benevolent" intentions and objectives through his Austrian journalist friend "Nyolonsky" who was close to the court of the Ottoman, and say the possibility that Jews could improve the deteriorating economic situation in the Ottoman Empire, in particular, the Ottoman government was caught in prison of high debts, and since Sultan Abdul Hamid had become the caliphate in September 1876 CE, economic situation was the same spoiled and poor, and fears, chaos and incessant problems at the heart of the government and its surroundings had taken comfort and welfare from the government. However, most of these difficulties were caused by the party "Union and Progress" which vast majority of its members were Jews of "dönmeh" who had converted to Islam apparently. The non-Muslim minorities also were staying in the Ottoman Empire and were stimulated permanently by Russia and Great Britain, and Russia stimulated Orthodox Armenians, and the United Kingdom was responsible for triggering the rest of the tribes, as France supported western nationalist movements as well that most of them were Christians in Lebanon and Syria. They were led to rebellion and revolution against the Ottoman sultan, and the purpose of all this chaos-mongering and provocation was breaking and splitting the Islamic State and finishing the life of the "sick man".
In the midst of the existing crisis in such a messy situation in the Ottoman Empire, Herzl comes to Astaneh and suggests seemingly "generous" and very charming proposals to Sultan Abdul Hamid, which of them was that Jews can lend huge loans to Ottoman government with long payback and also some plans which can however save Ottoman economic crisis. Herzl also suggested to the Sultan Abdul Hamid that if he wishes, he can mediate with Russia and Great Britain to abandon the stimulation of non-Muslim minorities everywhere, as the creation of the protests and riots were of the worst tools that could make the government exhausted and take the opportunity to breathe away. But the overwhelming and clear response of the Ottoman Sultan Abdul Hamid came through the clerk for the court: "I could never sell even an inch of the country, because this country is not my personal property, but belongs to my nation, and they have not gained the Empire freely, but after they watered it by their blood, so we will not let anyone usurp it from us, hence it is better for Jews to hold millions of their money for themselves."
