Recipe 1
Yellow Fava beans, they are small in size compared to ordinary fava beans, 1 cup
Rice, 2 cups
Brewed saffron, 1/2 cup
Onion, 1 no
Water, as required
Turmeric and salt, as per taste
Oil
Butter, 50 g
Directions
First wash the rice and soak it in water. Cook Fava beans with water and salt in a small pot for 10 minutes. Then grate the onion and fry in a saucepan with turmeric powder. Strain the beans and transfer to the pot with rice and enough water. Also stir in the fried onion, salt, and butter . Once water is boiling, drizzle in the brewed saffron. Once the water is evaporated, put the lid wrapped in a piece of cloth. Reduce the heat to low till the rice is well-done. It usually takes 30 to 35 minutes.

Ingredients
Rice, 2 cups
Yellow fava beans, 2 fistfuls
Onion, large, 2 nos
Salt and turmeric, as per taste

Directions
:Soak the rice in water and salt as usual. Cut the onions into slices and fry in the oil. If you don't like them to be recognized in the dish, you can grate the onions. Add in turmeric till it gets golden in color. Was the beans and sauté in the onions but do not crush them. They cook very early.
Pour water inside and let it boil. When the beans are half-cooked, stir in the rice. Water should entirely cover the rice. The amount of water depends on the type of the rice you apply in the cuisine. You are recommended not to overflow with water. If there is a need to add, you can do it later in the process. Let the rice get a little loose and absorb water. Then remove the rice from all around the pot and direct into the center of the pot, making a small hill. Since we applied oil for the recipe, there is no need to add more oil. Put the lid on and let the rice cook well. Once ready, transfer into a platter of a choice and serve with scrambled eggs, if desired. You can garnish with slices of tomatoes. Bon Appetit everybody!
