Ingredients
Flour, 1 kg
Solid oil, melted, 220 g
Warm water, 200 ml
Yogurt, 200 ml

First Mix together baking yeast and one tablespoon of sugar and water and let it rest for 10 minutes. In a mixing bowl, mix together oil, yogurt, and 4 eggs as well as vanilla and sugar. Also add in the prepared yeast( after 10 minutes). In a separate bowl combine baking powder, salt and flour. Add the flour to the mixing bowl gradually to get an evenly dough. Let the dough rest for 2 hours.
Now take another bowl to prepare the stuffing. Mix together all the ingredients mentioned above. Once the dough is ready, take a piece off it and spread in your palm. Stuff it with the fillings and connect the edges of the dough firmly. Spread what you made on the work surface with a rolling pin,it should be thin. Now make your desired shapes with baking tools on top of your cookies. Take a brush and rub a mixture of beaten eggs and sesame seeds all over the cookies.
