Gozlama is a local dish in Oromiyeh Province. In Azeri, the term means "Don't Wait!", meaning the food that is ready very quickly and it does n't want you to wait much.
Ingredients
Yogurt, 3 cups
Eggs, 4 nos
Garlic cloves, 4 nos
Oil for frying the eggs
Procedure
Gozlama
First fry the eggs inside the frying pan. Once done, add in salt and crushed garlic and yogurt respectively, stirring over the low flame.
After 5 minutes, switch off the flame, stirring gradually. The dish is ready! As simple as that!
Cooking point,
If you fry the garlic with the eggs its smell will be much less. The dish is served with bread.
Don't stir the yogurt too much since it will release water.
One nice advantage is that the food is not very hot after adding yogurt especially for those who are in a rush!
