I. Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
The historical, cultural, economic importance, and the most important, strategic area of Persian Gulf has caused this region, at least from the establishment of Zionists region, to be under the avarice of Israel. Throughout the last 50-60 years, Israelis have passed some levels to normalize their relations with the countries located in this region, and sometimes achieved success. In their political and intelligence analysis, they believe and claim that Persian Gulf countries found Israel’s peripheral geography, therefore, they are in the strategic area of Israel. Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the region, is in the frontline of the strategic area of Israel. This country, having 260 billion barrels of oil as the biggest producer of petroleum, has been an important key in the global economics. With all said, in 1975 Zionists offered a plan to occupy the oily terrains of Persian Gulf, especially they intentionally offered a vast area from Muscat to Kuwait! From the perspectives of policy making and planning centers, these oily terrains must be looked at as a military purpose. The great effort of Zionist oil, bank, industrial companies and cartels in the latest decades, to predominate free trade markets in Persian Gulf countries should be analyzed from this perspective.

Zionists, to reach their goals in this region, also tried to forge myths and history. According to an intellectual of Islam, one of Israel’s Zionist researching centers has claimed that: “the issue of discharging Benni Qariza, Benni Quinqa’, and Benni Al Nazeer from Khyber [Medina], and the land of Khyber, shouldn’t be let go of like this. Therefore, these Zionist centers, Shalvah and especially Yafi, have gathered some forged maps which shows Zionist’s farmlands and tribes’ formations in Medina that they had from the beginning time of Islam. They aimed to take back the rights of their ancestors if they would make relations with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia [if it was the right place and the right time].

These, all tells us about the secret programs of Israel for Persian Gulf region which so far is known and interpreted as marginal doctors or peripheral strategy. According to these theories and plans, Israelis have always tried to make relations with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and influence them. The documents found in Savak retell some of this fact. The offer of forming a four-side commission consisting of Israel, Iran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Egypt from head of Mossad of the time to head of Savak of the time should be analyzed from this perspective:
General Khufi: one of our interest with Egyptians is fighting against communism which in this case we had deals with Egyptians. We hope that one day we will sign a three-side treaty between Iran, Israel, and Egypt or a four-side treaty between Iran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Israel, and Egypt.
Directorate General of Savak: we have long been involved with communists, and I think that Saudi Arabia can find a way to fight against them. A day comes when they feel and see the danger, then they’ll get in the business themselves.
General Khufi: it’s not that bad to point out that it was told formerly that if Malik Khalid goes, Fahad will take his position, but now the debate is on the matter of substitution of Sultan Feisal, the defense minister, who is very clever and very well educated.
Directorate General of Savak: we have no information on this manner. The news is so fresh. Some years ago, our problem was Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, because we were considered to be its rival in the region. But when our navy army was strengthened, they became sad, plus, they call us non-Arabs. From the establishment of Islam, we had this problem and now we are still having it.
General Khufi: we also are a part of this manner.
Directorate General of Savak: Egyptians don’t consider themselves as Arabs because their nation is Qubti and have removed all the Nasserism protests from their country. Therefore, they are more warm-blooded than Arabs.
In order to rape these areas, Israelis always tried to make excuses, forging history and documents and information. The statements of Zavi Zameer, head of Mossad of the time, to head of Savak about Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is noticeable:
General Zameer: […] we figured it out that Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has built camps for terrorists in the region of Ouqba Gulf, and with the help of money, they afforded peace with terrorists, but giving terrorists money in one problem, and giving them camps is another. The region of Ouqba Gulf matters the most to us.
Directorate General of Savak: we will start researching on this manner if you give us precise information.
II. Jordan
Jordan, in south-west of Asia, is limited to Syria and Joulan Mountains from North, to Iraq from East, to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from East and South, and to Palestine from West. The only way to sea terrains from this country is Ouqba port located in Ouqba Gulf. From the 16th century to 1918, was under the command of Ottomans. After World War I, in 1920, it became a portion of Syria. Before it became to the current situation, it was a portion of Palestine under the guardianship of Britain. In 1923, it was reigned half-freely by Abdullah bin Hussein Hashemi reputed as Malik Abdullah. In the agreement of 1928, the right of having military camps was pronounced for this country. In 1946, the guardianship ended and Jordan was pronounced independent. After the occupation of Palestine and the establishment of Israel, Jordan, with the help of other countries of Arab Union entered the war against Israel. After leaving war in 1949, most of the lands of Palestine was occupied by Israel. In 1951-52, after terrorizing Malik Abdullah, king of Jordan, by a young Palestinian, Talal ruled over Jordan. He was taken down through a sense disorder excuse, and his father, Malik Hussein, took his son’s place.
In 1975, the treaty between Jordan and England cancelled and Arabs legion was disbanded. Because of being neighbor to Palestine, Jordan have always been influenced by the situations inside Palestine. According to Israel, Jordan is one of the countries which are in the frontline of the strategic area of Israel. Based on documents and information shared from Israeli meetings, they have always had secret relations with Jordanian leaders, including Malik Abdullah I, and Malik Hussein. Western sources demonstrated the relation between former rulers of Jordan, including Malik Abdullah I, and Israelis some years before the establishment of Israel and wrote:
Moshe Sassoon has said that his father, in 1936, twelve years before the establishment of Israel, met Malik Abdullah I, Malik Hussein’s grandfather. Sassoon Jr. started his hidden travels to royal palace in 1951. He entered Jordan by opening the fence which divided Jerusalem hiding in the darkness of night. A driver in a brown Desoto with an emblem of a royal crown on it was waiting for him. In that time, when Oman was considered a tranquillized village, Abdullah, who had white dresses, welcomed Sassoon. According to these sources, Malik Hussein, the former ruler of Jordan also had relations with Israelis from the time he started ruling over Jordan. Now, Jordan is one of the few countries that have diplomatic relationships with Israel, and Mossad’s officers are having presence in there. Terrorizing Khalid Mash’al, one of the leaders of Palestinian movement of Hamas, by officers of Israel’s intelligence agency, a few years ago, has demonstrated this fact to the world more than ever. Since almost half of the population of Jordan consists of immigrated Palestinians, this land, have always under the watch of hidden intelligence agencies of Zionist regime. On the other hand, having known the situation, relations, and rulers, in different times, made them not to feel any danger from Jordan’s. Yet, this feeling from Zionists doesn’t mean that they are overpassing evolutions and situations inside the country. Savak documents clearly demonstrates that because Jordan is neighbor to Palestine, Israelis are monitoring that area sensitively. The perspective of Isere Hurl, head of Mossad of the time, is a living case to prove this fact:
Q: what information about Malik Hussein’s recent travel to United States of America do you have?
Hurl: the biggest success of Malik Hussein was a spiritual success, and he showed off himself to American as a clever and wise government, and this fact, to Americans (both people and government), was unbelievable. American governments weren’t a good-thinker of Jordan situations and thought that they could make Nasser compromising to this country. The great success of Malik Hussein was changing these thoughts, and making Americans to stand for Jordan. And since he didn’t ask them for money, his success became greater. Now, the United States of America has kind of a hope to Jordan’s situations and figured it out that this country is an obstruction against Abdul Nasser, plus, if Iraq became a communist country, it would defend countries in Middle East and Persian Gulf from being a communist nation. We, Israelis, unnoticeably helped Malik Hussein the most we could when he was in the States, and attracted the media to him.
In my opinion, when Malik Hussein comes to Iran, maybe Iran could be the secret connector of Israel and Jordan, therefore, we can largely influence the living of Jordan with the help of Iran. Israel can do these for Jordan:
1. While the independence, and king Malik Hussein of Jordan are being threatened, we can, with all equipment we have, inform him, and therefore, we can save the independence and the life of the king. Especially when we have precise information about hidden movements between Palestinian immigrants in Jordan which are very useful.
2. When Nasser was training his army to attack Jordan, Israel gathered his army and claimed that if Abdul Nasser attacked Jordan, they wouldn’t stay silent. This issue clearly shows that Israel is an efficient factor to neutralize Abdul Nasser’s raiding politics against Jordan.
3. Israel agreed that it would never raid Jordan, and let this country to train and locate its army in especial places in Israel, so that they can better stand any rebels or that they can hold their borderlines with Iraq and Syria. Plus, we are ready to sign totally secret a treaty to guarantee the borderlines between our countries being safe.
4. In further future, we will let Jordan use Haifa port freely, so that they will never need to transit their supplies by Syria. In other words, Israel is ready to do whatever is Jordan’s demand. If it’s possible for Iranian government, please send my message to Malik Hussein, I think it’s useful for him.
