Kuku is a delicious dish which is made out of vegetables, minced meat, and eggs.

Ingredients

1 cup potato puree with garlic
1 canned tuna fish
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup chopped celery
powdered black pepper, as per taste
2 tablespoons oil

Procedure

Combine potato puree, shredded tuna fish with no water and oil, bread crumbs, chopped celery and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan and place a third of the mixture in hot oil and flatten the surface with the back of your spoon or spatula. Fry Kuku on both sides. Repeat this till all the mixture is done. Transfer Kuku into your serving dish and serve with fresh Persian bread and Tartar Sauce. Bon Appetit!
