2 cloves garlic
2 tomatoes

Directions:
Chop up the onion and saute a bit in oil till golden in color. Add the pressed garlic and keep sauteing. Put tuna fish in a sieve to drain the excess oil. Then cut into shreds. In a mixing bowl, mix well the tuna fish with sauteed garlic and onion and drizzle in lemon juice. The filling is ready. Take a leave and put 1 spoon of the mixture in the center of the leave and then bring the edges close and wrap it carefully. Do repeat this with the rest of ingredients. Using a brush rub olive oil on the surface of the wrapped leaves.
