5 zucchinis
300 g mutton, ground

200 g leafy vegetables including, leek, parsley, dill and tarragon

Cut the zucchinis crosswise and put inside a pot of boiling water till a bit soft Then remove and place in cold water. Empty the inside using a spoon but make sure not to damage the outer part. In a frying pan saute the chopped onion in oil and add in the ground meat. Also add cooked split peas and rice and mix well . Add the chopped vegetables, leek, parsley, dill and tarragon. In another pan saute tomato paste in a bit of oil and season to taste with salt and spices. Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stuff inside the zucchinis with the filling mixture and place them in a pot upright. Set over low heat. after a half hour the dish is ready. You can serve with bread and salad. Bon Appetit!
