Ingredients:
Olive oil
1/3 cup green onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup tomato paste
3 tablespoons water
3 pices of sausages
5 to 6 eggs
2 dessertspoons thyme powder
Procedure
Pour oil in a non-stick frying pan and then put the chopped green onions and saute. Then cut the sausages in rings and add to the pan Allow a few minutes to saute.After that, add in tomato paste and season to taste with salt and powdered black pepper. Add in 3 tablespoons of water and saute another 1 minute. Crack the eggs in a bowl and beat well. Then add to the mixture gradually while stirring well.Sprinkle the top with thyme powder and remove from the heat. Transfer to a serving dish and serve with fresh Persian bread. Bon Appetit!
