Kuku also spelled as Kookoo is an egg based Iranian dish. It is frequently a vegetarian dish, made with whipped eggs which then are folded in with various ingredients. It is similar to the Italian dish frittata or an open-faced omelette.

Ingredients

1/2 glass flour
1/2 glass milk
3 tablespoons Canola oil
1/2 dessertspoon baking powder and salt
1/4 desserspoon black pepper powder
2 glasses sweet corn or canned corns
1/2 glass basil leaves, finely chopped
2 large eggs

Directions:

Take a mixing bowl and ix all the ingredients: flour, ilk, 1 tablespoon oil, sweet corn and basil. sprinkle with baking powder, salt and black pepper. Mix well with a spoon or fork. Grease a frying pan with the remaining oil and put over the flame till hot. Spread 1/4th of the mixture in the pan each time. Repeat 4 times till your mixture is over. Make sure to fry both sides properly. Serve with bread. Bon Appetit!
