1 small green bell pepper
1 small red bell pepper
1 clove garlic
2 eggs

Directions:
Chop up all the vegetables in the same size; you can do in a food processor or vegetables chopper. Just make sure not to overdo to crush them. In a mixing bowl, put the chopped vegetables and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Crack in the eggs and whisk well. Grease a non-stick frying pan and heat oil. Then spread the mixture all around the dish and fry on both sides. Serve hot with bread and plenty of leafy vegetables and greens. Bon appetit!
