Ingredients:
1 large onion, grated
5 eggs, well-beaten
2 tablesppons liquid oil
2 tomatoes, grated
1/4 cup parsley leaves, chopped
1 canned oil free tuna fish, shredded
Salt, 1 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon mixed spices
1/4 desserrtsppon chili powder
2 tablespoons flour
1 dessertspoon baking powder
1 clove garlic, pressed
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, mix well grated tomato, onion, garlic and chopped parsley and sprinkle with salt, chili and mixed spices. Then add the beaten eggs as well as vegetable oil and stir with a whisk. Add in tuna fish and keep stirring. In the end, sprinkle the flour and baking powder and mix well. Grease the oven tray with 1 tablespoon utter and spread the mixture all over the tray. Cook at 160 degrees Celsius for 20 miuntes till omelet becomes golden in color. Serve with bread. Bon Appetit!
