Ingredients:
1 1/2 kg zuchinnis
1 dessertspoon baking powder
1/3 cup flour
Salt and powdered black pepper, for seasoning
2 eggs
1/4 up fresh dill chopped finely
3 tablespoons oil for frying
Yogurt for garnish
Directions:
Grate the zuchinins and sprinkle with salt on top. Put them in a sieve or a colander till the excess water is drained. Do this properly. Then in a mixing bowl, mix well the grated zuchinins baking powder, flour, chopped dill, and crack in the eggs. Season to taste with chili and other spices. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan and place parts of mixture inside oil and shape into round pattie with your spoon. Fry on both sides. Place in a serving dish topped with yogurt. Serve with bread.
