Zionism: God's gift to mankind in point of view of international law

Abstract:
The occupying regime of Quds has ignored all international laws since its birthday, and in point of view of internal law, domination state is considered as God's gift to mankind by America and it is like an exception. If we take a quick look at the history of Palestine land, we will see that Zionists have moved forward step by step, and they have not withdrawn till facing a strong resistance, and world domination system has supported them, too, in a way that so far, forty resolutions in favor of Israel have been vetoed by America in united nations security council. The World Zionist domination and the unfair system is considered as an ambulance, which can violate traffic laws and regulations to save patient which is the Zionist regime. They have the right to occupy any land and to be indifferent to international law. Zionist can undo any agreement or treaty in the name of Jewish interests, and they do not have to respond anybody.
Now we will take a quick look at the history of this illegitimate regime:
1. In 1901, Herzl on behalf of the Zionists asked Sultan Abdul Hamid, the Ottoman king, in a time that Palestine was considered as a part of his country, to grant a concession to the Jews so that they can build the promised land, and Abdul Hamid refused it; the Zionists went for England, and Britain gave Uganda that was not accepted by the Zionists.
2. In the First World War and the annexation of Palestine to England and defeat of the Ottoman state, the way for the domination of the Zionists in Palestine was opened, and thus Balfour Declaration was issued to create a Jewish state.
3. In 1920, the first clashes occurred between the Palestinian Arabs and the Zionists, and the British government changed the governor, who was a Zionist.
4. In 1921, in protest against the Jewish governor, some riots arose that continued for 15 days.
5. In 1926 and 1936, in protest against the Zionist immigration to Palestine territory and the occupation of Palestinian lands and farms and Zionist aggression measures, popular uprisings occurred in the occupied lands, which were suppressed by the Zionists and Great Britain.
6. From 1937 to 1939 uprisings continued in which many homes were destroyed and thousands of Palestinians became martyr and wounded.
7. In 1942, by the influence of Jews on the Labor Party of England, the mentioned party called for the expulsion of Palestinian Arabs and Zionists replacement.
8. In 1944, the Jews succeeded to form Jewish army by attracting the attention of Churchill.
9. in 1947, Britain announced that it will exit Palestine from next year and will give its head to the United Nations, and at the same time, the United Nations divided Palestine into three parts according to Resolution 181: 44% for parties, 56 % for the Jews, and Jerusalem was announced international.
10. by Arabs' opposition at midnight on May 15, 1948, Zionists attacked the Palestinian areas and declared the Jewish state.
11. in 1948, 1956 and 1967 Arab-Israeli conflicts occurred, in which Arabs failed in all wars, and 77 percent of the Palestinian territory was occupied. In 1967, during six days, Zionists occupied Sinai, the West Bank, Gaza Strip, and Golan Heights. They increased occupied territories up to 3-times more.
12. On the basis of Resolution 242 that was issued after remained occupation of Palestinian territories in the 1967 war, all the West Bank and Gaza Strip along with all occupied territories in the 1967 war should have been returned to the Palestinians which was dined by Israel.
13. Against intifada of Palestinians, Israelis at the Madrid Conference in 1991, promised to refund 100 percent of the territories of the West Bank and Gaza Strip to the leaders of the PLO and Yasser Arafat and in this way they took all the necessary concessions from him. In the Oslo Conference in 1993 (Agreement of Gaza - Jericho) the number was decreased to 90%, in 1997 to 40% in the contract of Maryland, to 18% in Sharm El-sheikh meeting, and to 5/13 percent in Camp David 2meeting. There were talks about the creation of an independent Palestinian state at the Oslo conference, but during negotiations, the subject turned to a kind of limited autonomy with very low operation power. Undoubtedly, the Zionists' withdrawal from the Gaza Strip was done not by useless peace negotiations, but it was obtained by the pressure of intifada of the Palestinian people and jihadi groups such as Hamas and Islamic Jihad. Now that the Palestinian people have been able to create a jihadist state with limited autonomy and low practical power in a small area of 360 square kilometers of the Gaza Strip after years of struggle, they are beaten and attacked in schools, homes and streets day and night.
Israelis in contrary to all international laws have surrounded 5.1 million people in Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafe in dry and arid region without the port and airport in the Gaza Strip. The only way to escape for the oppressed people is 12 km of joint border between the Gaza Strip with Egypt which is strongly controlled by Israelis and Egyptians. Zionist regime wants to make people tired of Hamas jihadist movement by surrounding the Gaza Strip and government show off usefulness and inefficiency of the government to people or it wants to seize it again after making people tired or killing and assassination of Hamas leaders and deliver it to Mahmoud Abbassi and be relaxed and comfortable about Hamas in the Gaza strip, but it is just a wish with popular support for Hamas in the Gaza strip and mostly in the West Bank. Israelis have not prevented any crimes and violations of international law in the wake of Bush's trip to the Middle East and the US' support for him to achieve his goal. This is despite the fact that the Zionist regime in addition to all the rules and regulations that are binding for UN member, it should obey other exceptional requirements for the cause of emergence of the Zionist regime and its related consequences, including the displacement of millions of Palestinians outside the occupied territories and the tragic situation of millions of other Palestinians in the occupied territories. But in contrary, this illegitimate regime is exceptionally allowed by the US Green Lights to violate basic international laws. The truth is that Israel's record is all black of ignoring international law and denying them. The regime has done harassment of civilians, destroying homes, burning of farms, land occupation, creating inhuman receiving laissez-passer system, construction of the separation wall, assassinations, massacres and enslavement of Palestinians inside the Occupied Territories by blockade of the Gaza Strip and not giving water, electricity , food and medical supplies to the population of the region. Palestinians have to have a license to go to work and trafficking from point to point, and if they succeed, they must get permits from the military rapid reaction organization and have to wait in long lines for hours in tedious checkpoints and suffer humiliating behaviors of Zionists, and in many cases, they return home after long hours of waiting without any result. Zionist racist regime in occupied territories according to their internal rules, such as "law relating to the treatment of prisoners" are allowed to arrest any suspicious Palestinian without charge for a year and detention time is renewable until the military and security officials of the Zionist feel it is necessary.
what was pointed out is approved by hundreds of impartial experts who have repeatedly said Israel has not respected international obligations as far Swiss Foreign Ministry as the depositary of the Geneva Conventions issued a statement and sentenced Israel due to implementing military operations against Palestinians in Gaza Strip, collective punishment of civilians, destruction of Gaza's main power plant, attacking the offices of the Palestinian prime minister, attacking the Islamic University of Gaza and the mass detention of Palestinian MPs and ministers.
Without a doubt, a clear violation of international law and humanitarian law in the Occupied Palestinian Territories by Israel is been possible with hidden support of the White House. With the influence of the Israel lobby on American foreign policy, the Zionist regime has become a favorite and exceptional one.
Prof. John Mearsheimer, professor of political science at the University of Chicago, and Stephen decker, professor of international relations at Harvard University, have mentioned the issues well in their joint book entitled "The Israel Lobbr and US Foreign Policy", which is introduced as one of the best-selling books by The New York Times.

The importance of this funding is clear when considering that Israel is a rich industrialized country that its per capita income is equal to South Korea and Spain; Furthermore, Israel is the only country which is the recipient of aids, which does not have to report anything to the US government about how it spent the money. since 1982, the United States has vetoed 32 resolutions of the UN Security Council against Israel in political and diplomatic fields; the use of the veto is more than all times that all other permanent members of the Security Council have vetoed; in addition, the US has done multiple efforts to cancel limiting Israel's nuclear weapons in the International atomic energy.
In fact, if sovereign nations such as Iran because of lack of coordination with the domination system are exceptional countries that have to act beyond international law. Zionist regime due to presence of Israeli lobbies in American foreign policy is an exceptional regime which can ignore international laws, and in contrary to all international conventions, they can do whatever they want with the oppressed people of Palestine; it means that by presence of Zionists and the US support, international law is valid to the extent that they serve in the direction of the interests of the Zionist apartheid regime, and this is an unfair system that the oppressed of the world will not tolerate it, and they will not stop until they collapse it, and this is the promise of God that he said: We will to make those on the Earth, who have tolerated weakness and cowardice, as examples and heirs of the Earth.
