250 g Ground meat
1 tablespoon chickpea flour or wheat flour
2 tablespoons Tomato paste
3 potatoes, sliced
1 cup Fried onion
1 Onion, grated
Spices including, salt, black caraway, cinnamon, black pepper, turmeric and Golpar for seasoning
2 tablespoons liquid oil
Directions
First, mix the grated onion, ground meat, salt, pepper and turmeric powder and all the spices as well as 1 tablespoon flour in a big bowl. Try to knead well and the shape into normal-sized meatballs. Put the balls inside the fridge a half hour till consistent enough.
Cook the cranberry beans, soaked overnight, in a pot. In a pan, mix fried onion, tomato paste and add 2 glasses of water. Remove the balls and put inside it. Do not close the lid. After a half hour when it's boiling, cover the dish and reduce the heat to low till settled. Garnish with fried potatoes. Serve hot with bread. Bon Appetit!
