4 cups rice, soaked in water
1 large Cabbage
2 onions, fried
500 g minced meat
3 tablespoons tomato paste
Salt and pepper for seasoning

Procedure:
First strain the rice after putting the pot of soaked rice over the heat till the rice is little soft. In a frying pan, fry meat and fried onions. Mix and add in tomato paste. Then go over to cabbage florets and saute them a bit in a separate pan. add cabbage to the pan and mix well. after straining the rice, cook it with a lid on and a piece of cloth wrapped around it. once ready, transfer to a platter and fill with the fried ingredients of the pan in between.
