Ingredients:
4 thin eggplants
100 g pasta
200 slamon fillets
4 mushrooms, sliced
50 g sweet corns, canned
50 g red bell pepper, finely chopped
50 g parsley, finely chopped
1/3 cup pickled cucumbers
100 g pizza cheese
Salt and pepper for seasoning
Directions:
First, peel the eggplants and cut in thin rings. Sprinkle with salt to remove the bitter taste of the eggplants and make them a bit soft. After 15 minutes, wash them and dry them finely.
