First, as it was already said, the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) used the word '' Men Badi'' in contrast with the remark of Ibn Hajar and he has specified the time of its implementation, but he has not said it absolutely. In fact, he has specified the exact time of Imamate implementation and this guardianship after himself.
Hence, with the existence of Ali Ben Abi Taleb (peace be upon him), others will have no right for caliphate and Imamate and their caliphate will be false.
Second, in spite of the existence of the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants), Ami Momenan (peace be upon him) has implemented this guardianship and has the right of possession for it. In fact, the implementation of this guardianship by Amir Momena made the companions complain and the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) bade to in order to answer them
وَهُوَ وَلِیُّ كُلِّ مُؤْمِنٍ بَعْدِی.
This matter has no obligation because the guardianship of Amir Momenan (peace be upon him) isnot in the width of the guardianship of the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants), but it is along his guardianship.
His claim, the guardianship of Mafzul has no problem in spite of Fazel, is in contrast with the wisdom, Quran and the tradition of the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) because all of the wise scientists consider the priority of Mafzul to Fazel vulgar. It has never been seen that a sick person refers to a novice phsycain in spite of the existence of a professional specialist. in such situaron, his sickness will not be cured, but it will get worse.
The verses of the Quran are the best reasons that the priority of Mafzul to Afzal is not accepted. God has admonished this matter in different verses.
قُلْ هَلْ یَسْتَوِی الْأَعْمى‏ وَ الْبَصیرُ أَمْ هَلْ تَسْتَوِی الظُّلُماتُ وَ النُّورُal-Rad/ verse 16
Say: "Are the blind equal with those who see? Or the depths of darkness equal with light
وَ ضَرَبَ اللَّهُ مَثَلاً رَجُلَیْنِ أَحَدُهُما أَبْكَمُ لا یَقْدِرُ عَلى‏ شَیْ‏ءٍ وَ هُوَ كَلٌّ عَلى‏ مَوْلاهُ أَیْنَما یُوَجِّهْهُ لا یَأْتِ بِخَیْرٍ هَلْ یَسْتَوی هُوَ وَ مَنْ یَأْمُرُ بِالْعَدْلِ وَ هُوَ عَلى‏ صِراطٍ مُسْتَقیم‏.Al-Nahl/ verse 76
Allah sets forth (another) Parable of two men: one of them dumb, with no power of any sort; a wearisome burden is he to his master; whichever way be directs him, he brings no good: is such a man equal with one who commands Justice, and is on a Straight Way?
قُلْ هَلْ یَسْتَوِی الَّذینَ یَعْلَمُونَ وَ الَّذینَ لا یَعْلَمُونَ إِنَّما یَتَذَكَّرُ أُولُوا الْأَلْباب‏. Al-Zomr/ verse 9
Say: "Are those equal, those who know and those who do not know? It is those who are endued with understanding that receive admonition.
He has bade in another verse
أَ فَمَنْ یَهْدی إِلَى الْحَقِّ أَحَقُّ أَنْ یُتَّبَعَ أَمَّنْ لا یَهِدِّی إِلاَّ أَنْ یُهْدى‏ فَما لَكُمْ كَیْفَ تَحْكُمُونَ.Yunes/ verse 35
Then He Who gives guidance to truth more worthy to be followed, or he who finds not guidance (himself) unless he is guided? What then is the matter with you? How judge ye.
We already said a lot of narrations through the Sunni scientists that the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) bade clearly
مَن تَقَدَّمَ على قومٍ من المسلمین یَرى أنَّ فیهم من هو أفضلُ منه فقد خانَ اللهَ ورسولَه والمسلمین.
Whoever prioritized himself to other Muslims, whereas he knows that there is no one better than him in the tribe, has really betrayed God, his messenger and the Muslims.
Hence, prioritizing mafzul to Afzal is prohibited from the point of view of wisdom, Quran and the Sunni scientists.
These are the most important questions and doubts that the Sunni scientists have presented in order to answer to the narration
«على ولى كل مؤمن بعدی»
The meaning of the word '' guardian'' in the culture of the Islam era:
After answering these doubts, the exact meaning of the word '' guardian'' and its derivations should be specified from the point of view of terminology.
There is no question that all of words are changing and words and meanings will change during time. Therefore, if we want to understand exact meaning of the remark of God and his messenger, we should refer to a dictionary and the understanding of people at that time.
Referring to the words and the remarks of the well-guided caliphs and some persons like them, all of them have interpreted the word '' guardian'' as guardianship, priority in possession, Imamate, government, and caliphate and they have used them in their speeches, discourses and writings. We will refer to some examples.
Balazeri in the book '' Ansab Al-Ashraf'' Ibn Ghatibe Dinuri in the book '' Ayun Al-Akhbar'' , Tabari and Ibn Kasir and most of the Sunni scientists have narrated that when Abu Bakr achieved the caliphate rank, he introduced himself the guardian of the people in his first speech
لَمَّا وُلِّیَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ رَضِیَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ، خَطَبَ النَّاسُ فَحَمِدَ اللَّهَ وَأَثْنَى عَلَیْهِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: أَمَّا بَعْدُ، أَیُّهَا النَّاسُ فَقَدْ وُلِّیتُكُمْ وَلَسْتُ بِخَیْرِكُمْ.
When Abu Bake achieved to the caliphate rank, he sermonized for the people. After he thanked and praised God, he said '' O' people! I have been assigned as your leader, but I am not the best person among you.

Narrating from the second caliph, Moslem Ben Hojaj Neishabur has written
فَلَمَّا تُوُفِّىَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله علیه وسلم قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: أَنَا وَلِىُّ رَسول صلی الله علیه وآله مَا تَرَكْنَا صَدَقَةٌ. فَرَأَیْتُمَاهُ كَاذِبًا آثِمًا غَادِرًا خَائِنًا... ثُمَّ تُوُفِّىَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَأَنَا وَلِىُّ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله علیه وسلم وَوَلِىُّ أَبِى بَكْرٍ فَرَأَیْتُمَانِى كَاذِبًا آثِمًا غَادِرًا خَائِنًا.

Umar said '' when the messenger of God passed away, Abu Bakr said '' I am the guardian and the successor of the messenger of God. I will behave as he behaved. Then Umar said to Ali and Abbas '' you think Abu Bakr is a tyrant and a liar I governed for two years after Abu Bakr and continued the way of the messenger of God and Abu Bakr…

خطب عمر بن الخطاب حین ولی فحمد الله وأثنى علیه وصلى على نبیه ثم قال: إنی قد ولیت علیكم... .
After Umar achieved to the caliphate rank, he recited the sermon and after he thanked and praised God, he said '' I have been assigned as your caliph…

When Abu Bake achieved to the caliphate rank, he said '' my tribe really knows that I do not have such job because I cannot shoulder the responsibility of the expanses of my family.
