Hazrat Masume (peace be upon her) was born in Medina in the first day of Zi Al-Ghade in 173 Heijrat. From the beginning, this exalted lady was brought up in a family whose members (father, mother, and children) behaved according to moral principles. Worship, piousness, piety, virtue, honesty, patience, endurance against difficulties, generosity, chastity and the remembrance of God are considered as the prominent features of this good- natured dynasty. The fathers of this dynasty were all selected persons and the Imams that led others and precious gems and they had the rudders of humanity ship. Hazrat Masume was brought up in a dynasty that was the source of science, piety and moral principles. After the great father of dear lady was martyred, the dear child of the Imam (Hazrat Reza (peace be upon him)) undertook the responsibility of training his sisters and brothers and their expenses. Since Imam Reza (peace be upon him) trained them well, the children of Imam Kazem (peace be upon him) achieved to high rank and they were known as prominent persons among other people. There is no question that Hazrat Masume (peace be upon her) had the highest rank from the aspects of science and moral principles after Imam Reza (peace be upon him). This fact is clear from names, titles, admirations and descriptions that pure Imams have had about her and this fact clarifies that she is a self- made scientist the same as Hazrat Zeinab (peace be upon her). Hazrat Fateme Masume is the representative of virtues and ranks. The narrations of innocent Imams (peace be upon them) attribute virtues and high ranks to her. Imam Sadegh (peace be upon him) states '' you should know there is a holy shrine for God; it is Mecca and there is a holy shrine for the prophet of God; it is Medina. There is a holy shrine for Amir Momenan (peace be upon him), it is Kufe. You should know that the holy shrine of mine and my children is Qom. You should know that Qom is our small Kufa and the heaven has eight gates whose three are toward Qom. A lady (one of my children) with the name '' Fateme'' (the daughter of Musa) will decease there and with her intermediate, all of our Shias will enter the heaven.
Hazrat Masume (peace be upon her) is one of dear and exalted ladies in the world of the Shias and she has a high scientific rank. It has been narrated that one day some of shias set off toward luminous Medina in order to visit Musa Bin Jafar (peace be upon him) and to ask some questions from him. Since Imam Kazem (peace be upon him) was on trip, their questions gave to Hazrat Masume (peace be upon her) that was only child. Next day they went to the house of Imam once more, but he had not come back yet. Therefore, they took back their questions desperately in order to give them to Imam in next trip without knowing that Hazrat Fateme (peace be upon her) had already answered them. When they observed the answers, they became so happy. After they highly appreciated Hazrat Fateme (peace be upon her), they left Medina. When they were coming back Medina, they visited Hazrat Kazem (peace be upon him) on the way and narrated whatever happened to them. When Imam observed the answers, he said three times '' her father sacrifices himself for her''.
The messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) along with the Muslims arrived Badr in the first day of Zi Ghade. One of features of Hazrat Masume (peace be upon her) is the inclusion of written prayers for the shrine visitors from the innocent Imams (peace be upon them) about her. In fact, After Hazrat Fateme Zahra (peace be upon her), she is only exalted lady that has written prayers. There is no doubt about the high rank and position of prominent ladies such as Amene Bint Vahab, Fateme Bint Asad, Khadija Bint Khovild, Fateme Um Al-Banin, Zeinab Kobra, Hakime Khatun and Narjes Khatun. None of them have written prayers except from the innocent Imams (peace be upon them) and this shows that this dear person of the Islam has such high rank. Hence, Shias and the followers of innocent and immaculate Ahle Beit (peace be upon them), especially women, should cherish this superb and exalted rank and they are always the pattern and the representative of chastity, piety and grace. In this way, they can satisfy the great soul of this exalted lady. Generally, there are three written prayers for Hazrat Masume (peace be upon her), one of them is well known and other two ones are well known. the names and the titles that have been mentioned in two unknown written prayers include: Tahere ( clean), Hamide ( exalted), Barre ( good doer), Rashide ( grown up), Taghiye(virtuous), Razziye( satisfied from God), Marziyye ( satisfied by God), Seyede Sedighe ( very honest lady), Seyede Raziyye Marziyye ( the satisfied lady of God and satisfied by God) and Seyede Nesa Al-Alamin ( the master of the world women). Mohadese and Abede are titles that have been mentioned for Hazrat Masume (peace be upon her).
Pray and Ziyarat are flying from loneliness and being with God. Pray and Ziyarat are clear cups from pure religion in the thirsty mouth of the life. The written prayer of the holy shrine of Hazrat Masume (peace be upon her) is hope in the dusty atmosphere of the world, the shout of abandoned soul in the time of ignorance and pleasant breeze from the gardens of the heaven. The visit of the holy shrine of Hazrat Masume (peace be upon her) gives human self-confidence and prevents him or her from drowning in hapless vortex and encourages her or him to try more. The visit of the delightful tomb of Ahle Beit (peace be upon them) makes the visitor of the holy shrine need God, surrender him , gets away from vanity and arrogance that are the source of miseries and considers Hazrat Masume ( peace be upon her) as an intermediate in the threshold of God. Therefore, a lot of reward has been promised to visit Hazrat Masume (peace be upon her), entrance to the heaven. It has been narrated that Imam Javad (peace be upon him) stated '' whoever visits my aunt in Qom will enter the heaven''.
Today is the anniversary of Badr War of Soghra. The explanation of this event is that when Abu Sufyan wanted to come back from Medina to Mecca, he shouted '' our promise will be in Badr''. The prophet (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) also ordered to answer him and to announce their preparation for this war. When the due time arrived, Abu Sufyan got ready to move toward Badr in spite of a lot of difficulties. According to some historians, because Abu Sufyan wanted to scare the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) to come Badr, he delayed this war and said to Naeim Bin Masud Ashjaei that had set off from Mecca toward Media '' O' Naeim! Can you take a message from me for Muhammad and do what I say to you? In return, I will give you money''. Naeim said '' what are your job and message? '' Abu Sofyan said '' I have a war with Muhammad and his companions in this time. This year is drought and it is harmful for us to arrange this war. On the other hand, I scare that Muhammad and his companions come to Badr on the behalf of our promise and if they see we have not come, they will stand against us and in the opinion of other tribes and Arabic people, it will not be good if we do not go there. Hence, I want you to go Yasreb and delay this war with whatever remarks and however ways you can''. Naeim came to Medina, arrived in the presence of the prophet and narrated the importance of Quraish Troop, weapon and the persons of the troop for the prophet in order to prevent the prophet to move toward Badr with these lies. But the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) stated '' I swear to God that my life depends on him; I will fight with you and if no one accompanies, I will give the flag of war to Imam Ali (peace be upon him). They left Medina with one thousand and five hundred the Muslims and they also had ten horses. Because a lot of Arabic Tribes gathered for trade, business and other social affairs, the Muslims picked up business properties and commodities in order to sell them and make money. Abu Sofyan left Mecca with two thousand soldiers and five hundred horses and continued their path toward Al-Zahran, but he summoned the heads of the troop and said '' come back; it is not appropriate to fight this year due to drought and the war should happen in a year that animals can eat the grass of the prairie and the leaves of trees and you can drink their milk. Due to such an excuse, they made them come back Mecca and after they strolled around, had a lot of fun and drank wine, the Quraish Tribe understood that they called them '' Jeish Al-suigh'' (the Suigh Troop) to rebuke them and said '' you went to this trip in order to eat suigh''. The messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) along with the Muslims arrived Badr on the first day of Zi Al-Ghade and they stayed there for eight day until Abusofyan came. The Muslims were present in the Badr Market every day and sold their commodities and in this way, made a lot of money. After the market of Badr finished within eight days, they came back Medina. Politically, they came to Median like winner troops because the enemy had not been in the battle field due to their fear. Hence, they achieved to great honor in the opinion of Arabic people and the tribes and they removed the consequences of the failure of Ohod War. It has been said in some historical books that Sufyan Bin Omaye came to Abu Sofyan, rebuked him and said '' what the hell did you do? You promised to fight with them, but you refused to do it; therefore, you made them stronger and braver. Therefore, the polytheists of Quraish Tribe started a new war and dealt with providing troop and weapons for Ahzab War. According to some historians, after the messenger of God came back from Badr Soghra, a person with the name '' Mabad Bin Abi Mabad Khazaee that was present in Badr and observed the troop of the Islam came to Mecca immediately and informed the Quraish Tribe of the large number of the Muslims in Badr and made them get help from different tribes, their companions, the heads of Quraish Tribe, rich people and even common people and they prepared weapons and soldiers as much as they could and made the Ahzab War with armed troop.
