Zionist Israel which says the slogan of: 'From the Nile to the Euphrates" today takes advantages of chaotic situation in Iraq in the purchase of land from the people of Iraq with the same roles that took place in occupied Palestine and the British guidance. This confirms the evil intentions of implementing this slogan in a suitable opportunity, and therefore they cannot be peaceful. So, it is natural that neither the Palestinian people, and nor the Palestinian militant groups and Islamic world cannot be optimistic about the Middle East peace talks.
Imam Khomeini was initiative and in the early days of the Islamic Revolution (1358 AD) announced last Friday of Ramadan as "Quds Day" to approve to defend of the oppressed people of Palestine by way of armed struggle and based on political Islam and called all Muslims to support this movement.
In a part of the message of Imam Khomeini in this regard, he stated: "Quds Day is a global day that is not just devoted to Jerusalem. It is the day of confrontation of oppressed against the oppressors; it is the day of confrontation of the nations that have been under the pressure of oppressions of US and non-US countries. It is the day that the poor must be equipped to stand in front of the oppressors to defeat them. Committed ones know today as Quds Day and act what they should do, and the hypocrites and those who are familiar with the superpowers in the following screens and are friends of Israel, are not indifferent to this day or do not allow nations to do protests.
Quds Day is a day that the fate of oppressed nations should be determined. Oppressed nations must announce their existence against their oppressors; they should be the same as Iran did that rubbed nose of tyrants to the ground and it will do in future as well, all nations must rise and throw away these corruption factors.
Quds Day is the day when we have to do efforts to save Jerusalem. Quds Day is a day that intellectuals, who have relations with the United States and agents of America, should be warned; warning that if they do not stop interfering, they will be suppressed. Quds Day is not only a Palestinian day; it is Islam day and day of Islamic state."
Islamic states and all Muslims should support the Palestinian Intifada. Our support for the Palestinian people is not only a legitimate right in Islam and contemporary international law, but it is also as a religious and the National Human duty which is rooted in three principles:
1. Religious teachings; 2. Requirements of national interest; 3. Support of human rights.
In this article we discuss just two of them, so:
The first reason: religious duty of all Muslims
One of the unquestionable religious tasks of every Muslim and also one of the general principles of foreign policy of Islamic states is defending the Islamic nation, and supporting all oppressed of the world, as a part of a defensive jihad and legitimate fight against the aggressors and oppressors. Numerous verses of the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet and Imams (peace be upon them), reason and consensus of Islamic jurists and scholars all imply this task in Islam.
1. Holy Quran: in addition to these verses that refer in general to fight with the aggressors, such as verses that know the reason of jihad as "being innocent" (being oppressed) and expulsion from homes and the displacement of believers from their homeland by the evildoers, or verses that command public battle with all those who are fighting the Muslims and the believers, including the verse which says "fight in the way of Allah with those who fight with you, Muslims and believers, but do not be aggressive as God does not love aggressors ", following verses are specifically document for our claims:
1. "... those who believed in but did not migrate, you do not have any province (friendship and commitment) for them, until they emigrate, and only if they seek your help for the religion's sake, then you need to help them, except against a people that there is Treaty between them and you (truce) and God sees the things you do. "(Al-Anfal: 73)
Then, in arguing the need to defend Muslims from each other and forge province, God says: "Those who disbelieve, are friends and protectors of one another. If you do not do this command, intrigue and massive corruption occurs in the earth. "(Al-Anfal: 73)
2. "Those who were being oppressed after it, should ask for help, and there is no objection to them and objection and blame is only for the ones who oppress people and unjustly oppress in the earth." (Shura: 41 and 42). This verse could be the subject of a documentary, If "Intisar" means "help seekers".
3. "Why do not you fight in God's way and (in the way of) men, women and children (the oppressors) who are weakened? The same people who say: Our Lord! Take us out from this town, whose people are oppressive, and set a supporter for us from your side, and determine a helper for us from God." (An-Nisa ': 75)
Then in continue he says: "Those who believe in will fight in the cause of Allah, and those who disbelieve will fight in the way of evil. (An-Nisa ': 76). This means that in addition to encouraging the faithful ones to help the oppressed ones and fight for the emancipation of the oppressed, he sees it as examples of jihad in Allah's way.
The author of the book "message of Quran" wrote: "It is clear that jihad to support the oppressed is the defensive jihad; defend the oppressed ones against the oppressors."
4. The verses, which has known the faithful ones as brothers, urged them to peace and harmony between each other. Each tribe that wants the aggressive wars, other Muslims must fight with them so that they return to God's command. (Hajarat: 15,9)
2. Sunnah of Prophet and Imams (peace be upon them): In the tradition of the Prophet and Imams (peace be upon them), there are also a lot of orders; whether the fact that in Islam, the duty of dealing with the threats and intimidation is everyone's responsibility that all must stand against threats and intimidation in united way and they should defend the oppressed and they should be the enemy of the oppressor. As Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (Peace be upon him) illuminated order says that "always be hostile to the oppressor and the friends of oppressed ones" always shines on the apex of the world and reflects the excellence of the principles of Islamic law and the legitimacy of the legal system. In a hadith of the Prophet of Islam it is quoted that: "Whoever hears the cry for justice of the oppressed (whether Muslim or non-Muslim) that requires Muslims to help him, but does not go for assistance is not a Muslim."
In another narration he said: "helping the weak is the best charity."
According to many hadiths, Muslims and believers are brothers of each other, and they are like the same spirit, and they are companion and sympathetic guide and guard of each other, and are single hand in front of others "and repel enemies from one another and have to solve each other's problems and reliefs, otherwise they are not true Muslims.
in Sahih of Bukhari also it is narrated about the Prophet that said: "All Muslims are brothers to one another and do not oppress one another and do not abandon each other in confrontation of their enemies and do give up on them." in the Musnad of Ahmad ibn Hanbal it is also narrated from the Prophet that says: "anyone who sees a believer needing help, but he does not help, while being able to help him, Allah will humiliate him in the day of Judgment in front of all his creatures."
Fath Al-Bari's author writes in describing the hadith of the Prophet in defense of the oppressed: "He who has the power to save the oppressed, he is required to repel him in any possible way, and his intention to defend is not killing the oppressed, but his purpose is disposal of oppressors, and in this way to defend, the cruel ones' blood is loss and it does not matter whether it is defending himself or another."
In addition, the practical tradition of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) at the conclusion of defense treaties as happened in helping the oppressed, as in "Khalaf Alfozul", or as "announcing solidarity and mutual support" as took place in accord with "the children of Zomareh" and "Khuza'ah" is the proof of this issue. In treaty of Hilf al-Fudul, participants, including the messenger of God sworn to have unity in helping the oppressed and confronting oppressors until the oppressor gives right of the oppressed to him and the treaty will be stable forever, and in the hadith states that "in the house of Abdullah bin Jadan I saw a promise that if now (after the mission) they ask me to have the treaty, I will do that, that now I will be loyal to the covenant." Ibn Hisham states that the Prophet said about the treaty: "I am not ready to violate my covenant in any way, although in contrast they giveme the precious blessing".
Some writers such as Mohammed Hassanein Heikal argued objection to the treaty that "this was a special treaty about the inter-relationships between people and has nothing to do with foreign policy, which is set by law of religion" which is correct because as it was noted the spirit of the Treaty was defending the oppressed that even after the Mission it was stabilized among directions and orders of Islam in politics and social affairs. As the prophet of Islam said, although the treaty was concluded twenty years before the mission, even if after the mission they summoned him to that promise, he would have done it still. If we know the reason of banning it because of interference, there is no difference in the private or international relations, although it will be as illegitimate intervention in private relationships. In addition to the point that in treaties "Bani Zomreh" and "Khuza'ah" we must pay attention that the land of the Arabian Peninsula included independent sovereign political units which were as subjects of international law today; it means they were country-tribe and many relations of Medina with scattered country-tribes in the Arabian Peninsula was considered like their relationships with the surrounding country-towns as international law.
