In 1966 AD, BBC TV of British made a film called "war game" directed by "Peter Vatkiniz». The duration of the film is only 50 minutes that showed the consequences of nuclear war. The film was made only for display within the country but it was showed also in abroad, and received the Academy Award for best documentary. The film is a mix of fake news and interviews with people in the street. At first, husky indifferent voice tells the audience that as a result of a series of strategic shifts, the flames of war in Vietnam reached Berlin, where nuclear weapons of America will shoot against Russian positions. Soviet country will show reciprocal reaction. The rest of the film is concentrated on a single attack that takes place against England. In beginning view of film police motorcycles that are placed in the frame refer a sense of fear and danger. Then, fear increases when the camera moves on police guns, burning the bodies of executed rebels and attack of people to food shortages. The influence of the documentary film disappears under tendency of screenplay to issue a message and its occasional shine fades at the insistence of the use of techniques of television. The film was never displayed from TV transmitters of the world and after display for Oscar jury it was not found in movie theaters, but playing it through B.B.C. in Kent of England was enough to convince thousands of viewers that this war should never happen and in terms of political influence led to the country's defense budget even be reduced. The predictive documentary of B.B.C. using unknown actors in an interview with television reporter, represented their thoughts and ideas in the middle of a fire storm. Statistics released from public figures and officials' quotes showing the country's lack of preparation to deal with such events. However overall, the film lacks charisma and acceptable style, and assurance to the audience and balance and rhythm are necessary.
"The Day the fish died" movie was a joint product of Britain and Greece in 1967, written and directed by "Michael Kakuyanis". The story of movie states that in the year 1972, a bomber aircraft over the Aegean Sea will be in trouble and its crew after pouring out their dangerous cargoes which consists of two bombs and a metal box, landing on the water with parachutes and swim to the island "Carus" and although they find the two bombs, but they do not find big metal box. So it is supposed to purchase a part of the island. With the news spread, tourists are down to "Carus" to see the island. A shepherd finds the box, but except for a few odd black round objects he does not find anything so he throws the box into the sea and his wife throws two of these strange objects into the water of the island. Soon waves bring flock of dead fish to the beach and other events and adventures are on the way. The film does not follow a specific theme. It is unclear whether military rule, the oppressor and the oppressed of islanders or something else is desired. The island's drinking water has been contaminated by radioactive material does not leave any impact. The film does not even show the dangerous effects of nuclear materials, and it is unclear what the purpose of making the film was.
The effects of nuclear war can be found in numerous films, especially with the apocalyptic phenomena. Attack of birds in "Birds", made of "Alfred Hitchcock" in 1963 is a kind of reference to unsafe contemporary times which has been created due to the effects of nuclear radiation on animals. The same is seen in another film called "Panic at the Beach Party" made by "Dell Tony" in 1964 that in fact is the first anti-bomb film. In this film we see the accumulation of radioactive waste on the beach "Connecticut" in America turns that dream day makes into a nightmare at the seaside. Here creeping monsters will attack to people who gathered on the beach and cause disaster. In this black and white film "John Scott", "Alan Lyons" and "Marilyn Clark" play a role.
Later, we will see another type of these films that show the effects of the atomic bomb and nuclear war on Earth and that is the first movie of Planet of the Apes. In the movie "Planet of the Apes" (1968 ) which is a science fiction work directed by "Franklin J. Chefs", a group of astronauts in a two thousand years direction in time and space decline on an unknown planet. After crossing the desert of planet they arrive to humanoid tribe of monkeys. After the death of some of them, hero of story is captured and imprisoned. After a while they discover the issue that human civilization has been destroyed by nuclear war and the movie is predictions about the future of human kind.
The use of nuclear energy and radioactive materials in some James Bond movies "two zero seven", “Britain intelligence organization", and joint spying organization of America and England" can be seen.
in movie "Gold finger" made by "Guy Hamilton" in 1964, the chairman of the criminals who are insane for power and gold hoarder, has a plan to explode a small nuclear bomb into the "Fort Knox", America's government gold tank, and infect its vast gold reserves to deadly radioactive radiation.
In "Thunder ball" film made by "Trace Bang" in 1965, the International Association of Crime intends to steal two nuclear bombs from NATO to blackmail two hundred and eighty million dollars and if it does not pay the two cities will be completely destroyed. The fourth film in the James Bond series, is following the theft of a NATO bombers that carry nuclear weapons. The film is the best-selling film in 1966 in the world.
In the film "you only live twice" by "Lewis Gilbert" in 1967, a space capsule of America falls into a giant ship while orbiting the Earth. America knows the Russians as the main reason, but the main culprit of this incident is the International Criminal organization "Specter" who wants to start World War III. Evidence suggests that this spacecraft has landed in Japan. James Bond is sent to investigate to identify the enemy after command center events. A Russian space capsule also disappears. On the brink of nuclear war in the world, James Bond goes to the volcano on the board of a local fisherman and destroys there.
In the movie "Never Say Never" made by "Irwin Kerkershiz" in 1983, also the organization "Specter" that threatened the world's other large organizations, managed to steal two America's cruise missiles and declared that it will explode nuclear warheads in strategic areas unless they give a favorable response to their shameless blackmail.
In movie "there is always a tomorrow" by "Roger Aspatis Wood" in 1997, Great Britain's secret service discovered that the core decoder made in America is for sale in a terrorist arms bazaar on the Russian border. They decide to set bomb in the place to prevent the sale of devices, but too late they understand that bombs will cause explode of nuclear missiles connected to Russian-made aircraft. James Bond steals plane with missiles and prevents nuclear catastrophe but device is in hands of an ill-wisher, who wants to rule over the world. Finally, after exciting adventures in exotic locations full of explosions at the end of an international conflict will be solved. The creator of James Bond, "Ian Fleming" is author of the English secret service spy and his novels are full of references to fascism, McCarthyism, religion, extremism and violence and racialists. His novels have been established on the basis of a series of oppositions. He faces free world and the Soviet Union on the one hand and Britain and other Anglo-Saxon countries against each other.
Meanwhile the novels and movies have shown the best form of racial discrimination between East and West and wicked and evil people are from the Soviet communists, or East Germany, Japan or anywhere in the Far East and of course we should add blacks and colored people to that list.
In the mentioned movies, if there is no detailed plans and ideas of "James Bond", evil people will cause huge explosions, the conflict of two superpowers and the destruction of people on earth, and thus, this responsible western figure who is joint product of America and England, had the control of nuclear power and give it to the main owners and saves the world.
Hence, production wave of science-fiction movies ends in the late 60s and of course, what was expressed here is not all produced movies in that time but other movies are also produced which directly refer to nuclear bombs.
A glance at the 1970s
We can say that the community of the West and America is at the height of the anti-religious values since the late 1970s and all 1980s AD. In this era, culture of drug addiction and crime and cultural banality is rampant among the younger generation. The films produced in the years promote a culture of violence and vulgarity, which normally increase crime, pregnancy among girls less than 19 years, increases sexually transmitted diseases, violence against children and women, the growth rate of divorce, increase of same-sex dramatic and a fantastic plurality of prisoners. Evangelists in the 1980s had strongly criticized the manifestations of corruption of secular culture, influenced America's society and promoted religious activities. They said that they tend to return back the values and morality to America and unstable families of the country and in their advertisings, they frightened people of "anti-Christianity" and they still believe that" Antichrist "will soon emerge and the world will face severe punishment. They believe that only Christians will be saved who will be born again.
From the beginning, Evangelists introduced themselves as legal influence factor in changing American culture and public media and also of pioneers of fighting with Liberalism secular in American society during the twentieth century.
They prevent discussions with scientists of other religions and use local emotions and dependency for religious advertising in radio and television, magazines and internet, and the most important thing is that a close relation is evident between the ideas of Evangelism Conservatives with political conservatism ideology. The overriding motivation of the American Evangelists is mobilizing the Christian community of the country in line with the objectives of the political conservatives. They influenced on the presidents of America before the Second World War. "Truman" and "Eisenhower," who were from the two Democratic and Republican parties, were his supporters.
In America's presidential election in 1976, Evangelists supported their "Jimmy Carter", Democratic Party candidate, who was a follower of the Church of Christian fundamentalists, and in fact "Carter" came to power with the full support of them.
In 1979, their motto was: time is arrived so that they enter Congress of America to change the course of America and to save this country are Christians and faithful of the church.
"Jimmy Carter" considered interests to America and Judaism as unity in the cultural and moral precepts from the beginning of his entrance to the political scene. He knew foundation of the state of Israel in 1948 as returning to the Land of sun that Jewish people were exiled hundreds of years ago, and he knew it as completing predictions of the holy book and essence of all issues.
