Ingredients
500 g eggplants
1/3 cup
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup sour lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt as per taste
1/3 cup Ardeh
Parsley leaves for garnish
Procedure:
Wash the eggplants and make a cut on one side with a knife. Then grill over the stove or inside the oven. Once they are cool, peel the skin and remove the seeds as much as possible. Crush them properly with a gadget. Make sure to soften them finely. Grate the garlic and take a mixing bowl. Put the mashed eggplants along with ......lemon juice olive oil, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients and then transfer them into a serving dish. Garnish with parsley leaves. Bon Appetit!
