Concept of the Crusades

In particular Crusades means a series of clashes began in the year 489 AH / 1095 CE by European Christians against the Muslims with the aim of liberating Jerusalem and continued till 690 AH / 1291 AD, for the two hundred year. The wars were called the Crusades because the Christian fighters during to travelling to lands of Islam showed Cross as their symbol by the command of "Pope Urban II" and showed it on their chest and weapons.
Crusade in the sense of its own was limited to that time period, but the wars continues to this day in its general meaning which is the idea of cross-founding and Christianity fighting with Islam. This idea rooted in the spirit of domination and monopoly, megalomania, greed, aggressiveness and colonialism of Europeans and flares as fire under ashes from time to time in the corners of the Muslim world.
Especially after the acquisition of Western technological superiority due to what Muslims were in a position of weakness, the opposition became in form of one-sided approach. During the First and Second World Wars, the Ottoman Empire was collapsed and Muslim lands were invaded by colonialists, without any serious damage to looters.
During the two great wars, Jews under the pretext of returning to the "promised land" were attempting to usurp Palestine, and along with it Jews and Christians, who were enemy in the past, established friendship against Muslims, and then ripped off Muslim lands and created illegitimate regime of Israel to grant a sad fate for Muslims.
But in the current circumstances, Muslims need to be very vigilant, and make their ranks more compact and make their will more determined as if on a crusade Christians' aim limited to Jerusalem, now the Jews sought all over Palestine, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Russia, Iraq, a broad area of Egypt, including Sinai and the Nile Delta; and most importantly, they greed for lands located south of Aqaba in where Medina is. This is Jewish ideal and they will do any effort to achieve it. Ben-Gurion, Prime Minister of Israel, said in a speech for celebrating the graduation of cadets Jews in March 1949:"We still have not achieved our ultimate goal. We only achieved a corner of our ideal country and the rest of it must be conquered by our sacrificing forces. In future, war will be career of the people of Israel so that we achieve all spots. We do not sit quiet and we will fight with everything that prevents reaching the target; yes soon we will interpret sweet dream of prophets of Israel and we will collect all the Jewish people in the ancestral territory, which its West and East borders are the Nile and the Euphrates Rivers.
But if the idea of Zionist control over the lands of the Nile and the Euphrates cannot be easily reached, and it needs the outbreak of a war in the name of Armageddon. And it is believed by Judaism and Christianity, that Christ will emerge once again in the land of Palestine and the introduction of his appearance is a battle in which two hundred millions of human beings, including two thirds of the Jews of the world are killed. According to the belief, a place called Megiddo is located on the old road to Damascus and Egypt in Palestine that during the history it has been war more than anywhere in the world. According to ancient conquerors any commander, who has Megiddo in hands, will resist against all the invaders. In Megiddo conflicts all nations are involved. "The last battle will be between the forces of goodness and charity led by Jesus Christ and the evil forces led by the Antichrist "; "an army of 200 million in East will move to the West during a year and will destroy the most densely populated areas of the world before reaching the Euphrates River." In the war a large number of Jews will be killed even more than the numbers that were killed by the Nazis, and the Jews will be purified and can know Christ as their Savior. Then God will save the land of Israel.
For realization of this idea they must constantly beat the drums of war and attempt for destruction of the world. In opinion of Christians who have the idea "that people do not need to do anything to eliminate environmental pollution in our cities or to remove famine epidemics in India and Africa. We should not be concerned about the spread of nuclear weapons in the world. We do not need to try to prevent a war between the Arabs and Israel, but rather than all these issues, we need to pray that the war occur and take the whole world because it is a part of a divine plan".
Such beliefs can justify aggression for the West, and that is why we see that even by European historians' hatred towards Crusades, in contemporary era American President, Bush, knew invasion to Afghanistan as a type of Crusade. Although he feared the wrath of Muslims and regretted his words, American reasonless invasion to Iraq and threatening Iran and Syria and Hezbollah in Lebanon proved that Bush follows the Zionist Crusader idea. Crusade precursors are living in illusion, because the conflicts ended by victory of Muslims and defeat of Christians with all the damage inflicted on the Islamic territory. European kings rule in Jerusalem lasted only for seventy years and fell by the hands of Saladin. Do not imagine that in our times, Muslim countries are involved in dispersion and scatterings and cannot deal with aggression of e Christians. No, Islamic world undergone a schism at the time of the Crusades as well, while Christians deployed forces from all over Europe and the warriors of Islamic forces was limited in Egypt and Syria, but our time has one major difference by the past which is the fact that although the main goal of runners of the Crusades were colonial and material goals, they pretended them as religious aims and called them for jihad in Allah's way; and this justification had a great impact in encouraging Europeans and their sacrifice in the wars.
But in the present day, they have no religious motivation and do not fight to achieve heavenly reward, and when the Muslims consider fight for the Liberation of Palestine as Jihad like the Crusades, and call their dead "martyr", their anger will arise.
Today, the Muslims need to keep their historic defend profile in crusade open write and read more and more about it and let its lessons be guidance for their behavior. That is what our enemies do and besides retelling and rewriting the history of the wars, they use experience of their ancestors in their own favor. As Professor Sam al-Asali, one of military history writers of Crusade, reminds; today, the inhabitants of the West have devoted a major part of their research efforts to the experience of the Crusades and during the past half century and more specifically after the formation of the Zionist regime, they have created a lot of research works in the field.
