The arms and legs of the king's sons were loosened by fear and they looked to each other and did not know what they should do. The smallest brother said them not to be worry and he cope the demon alone. He wanted them and their wives to sleep comfortably. In this manner they slept. At the midnight the demon appeared. By trust in God, the king's son threw toward his heart an arrow such that the arrow came out from behind of the demon after passing his heart, and immediately killed him.
When it was day and they had become ready to get going, they heard again the same voice that the demon of fire would come that night to avenge all the killed demons, and they must fight him just at the same place they were. So the boys of the king had to remain there that day and night. At night, again the little brother volunteered and said he would remain awake and would make the demon regretful of his coming. The brothers and women got relieved and slept. The boy caught a fire and sat waiting to the demon. He put a big water skin full of water beside himself without informing other brothers about it. At the midnight the demon came and as he approached the fire without any delay the boy poured the water of the water skin on him and suffocated him in this manner.
In the morning they were again ready to get going that still the same voice said that night their work would be finished because the steel armored demon would come to them to avenge. The brothers were wondering what they should do that the little brother said: "It is better you go, because I don't know what will be the result of my fight with this demon. Only promise me if I will be killed and won't be returned back, treat with my child like the child of your own and be kind to him."
The brothers accepted and took the wife of their brother and said good bye and went. The boy remained alone in that desert. When it was night he ignited a fire and sat remaining to reach the demon. The night had just begun that the steel armored demon reached and without any delay, before the boy to have any opportunity to do anything, immediately took him and roared and went to the sky. In the seventh sky he put him down in a very big palace and went out himself. At first the king's son was surprised and did not know what to do. He began to cry. But he noticed that cry was useless. So he stopped crying and decided to verify around him in order to find probably a way to escape from there. He got going and went until he reached another palace. He went up the stairs. There he saw a beautiful girl siting sadly. He went ahead and said what she was doing there. At first, the girl was surprised by seeing the king's son and asked him how he had come to that palace. When the boy told her his story, she also told him that that damn demon had come her there from three years ago and insisted that she became his wife, but until then she had been excusing. When the boy and the girl understood their stories fell deeply in love to each other. After a while, the girl said to the boy that he should go because just then the demon was coming. Before going, the boy said to the girl that when the demon arrived she began to cry and said to him that she was unaccompanied in that palace and had no entertainment, and he should bring her his life bottle to wash it as an entertainment.
When the demon came, the girl said him what the king's son had learned her, and the demon agreed and gave the girl a very dirty bottle and went. When he returned back the next day, he saw she had cleaned the bottle very well. This time he gave her a bottle dirtier than before and went. In this manner he was testing the girl. At last he belied that the girl had become docile and did not want to break his life bottle but she wanted really to quite clean it. He thought it was better to give her his bottle life to clean it because so his heart would become clear when the bottle became clean. So he brought his life bottle and gave it to the girl and went. She understood that so far he was testing her. When the king's son came, she told him all what had occurred.
The demon came the next day and saw a young boy was sitting beside the girl. The king's son immediately picked up the life bottle of the demon and said he wanted that he would not break it by hitting it to the stone, he must take the girl and him and that palace simultaneously and put down near the city of his father. Inevitably the demon accepted to do so, and took them with the palace near that city and begged the boy to give back him his life bottle. The king's son said if he wanted his life bottle he must fetch him a load of firewood and a load of wood. The demon fetched him what he wanted. The boy said him since he was afraid of closing to demon he should go close to a nearby stone being there and take his skirt up in order that he could throw the bottle into it. The demon agreed and went near the stone. At once, the boy hit the bottle to the stone and the demon became smoke rising to airand only some bones of him remained. The boy fired the bones and they became ash. The boy married the girl and they had a happy common comfortable life in the palace.
One day the boy took the hand of his wife and they went to the city to see there. Near the palace they saw forty children in the same age were playing with each other. All were clean and cheery except one who was wearing dirty and torn clothes and the other thirty nine children beat him and made fun of him. The king's son immediately recognized his son but said nothing and slowly called him toward himself and distant form the sight of others gave him a money and wanted him to give it to his mother to buy for him new clothes, and, the day after, to wear the new clothes and come there.
The next day, he saw his son had worn beautiful and new clothes and no longer other children were beating or making fun of him. Again he gave him one hundred Toomns and said him: "Tell your mother to buy clothes for herself by this money. You also come here tomorrow wearing the same dirty and torn clothes."
The next day that the children were playing and again beat and made fun of that boy due to his old clothes, the king's son sent a slave and invited the king and the thirty nine sons of him. The king and the sons of him, who had heard already about a rich man and his luxurious palace and were eager to visit him, got going swiftly toward the country palace. The king's son disguised such that no one was able to recognize him. When all were gathered, the boy faced to his father and said: "Oh, Pivot of the Universe! Do you know these children?" The king answered: "They are my grandsons." The boy said: "Who is this child wearing old and torn clothes?" The king replied: "He is also my grandson, but since has no father is not like others brisk and lively and glad." The king looked at the child more carefully and was ashamed of his situation and looked dawn.
The king's son faced to his brothers and said: "Are you sons of this king?" All nodded, that was yes. The boy asked: "Where and how did you marry?" The boys answered each one some irrelevant matters. Only a few of them told right. The boy smirked and asked: "Where is your brother who is the father of this child?" They answered that they did not know where he was and that when they returned back the demon took him to the sky and from then they knew nothing about him. At that moment the boy picked up his mask and kissed the hands of his father and told them all of his story. As the king heard these truths, became very sad due to the lies he had heard from his sons in that respect. So he ordered to gather a huge amount of firewood to make a fire to burn the lying boys. Then he put the crown on the head of his little son and made some few sons of him who had told right as his ministers.
The youngest son kissed his father's hands again and requested him to not burn his false brothers and just kick them out of the city. The boy himself with his wife and son went to the palace that his father gifted him, and gifted the palace which the demon had taken for him to his second wife. He also did not accept the crown and said he would remain prince as long as his father was alive. The king was very happy. The people were also very glad and decorated the city and celebrated for seven nights and seven days.
