Parts of Talmud

Talmud consists of two basic parts: Mishna and the other one Gamra which mean research. We will see some of the teachings of the Talmud for better understanding:
Yurdeh, Hagag 232-14:
"Fake swear is ok in finance issues".
Heuem Hamyshpat, Hagag 156- 5:
"non-Jewish property and wealth are known non-owned. Every Jew who sees them first of all is its owner. "
Hoshem Hamyshpat, Hagag 183-7:
If a Jew does a joint work with a non-Jew, and if other Jew do actions such as deceiving the non-Jew, deliberate mistaking in size and scale, diminishing the number or weight of the product, funding aid of the second Jew, profits between the Jewish people will be divided equally. "
Husham hamyshpat, Hagag 266-1:
"ownership of non-Jewish Missing property is permitted by the finder if he is a Jew."
Husham Hamyshpat, 283:
"If a Jewish person owns a non-Jew and creditor is dead, and not another Jewish is involved about the debt, Jewish debtor in this situation does not have to pay the creditor to the heirs of the dead creditor.
Husham Hamyshpat, 248-2:
" Jews using any non-Jews' error in their favor is permitted. For example, if miscalculation or returning forgotten loan are considered, rejection of them by Jew would not have damage to his reputation. "
Hosham Hamyshpat, 369:
"a Jew shall never fool a Jewish customs officer. But non-Jewish customs officer, even a non-Jew king can be deceived, even if it is contrary to the laws of the country. In case of not having danger, a Jew with a Jewish customs officer can prevent paying the amount of debt to the non-Jewish State Fund with compromise and understanding each other. In such cases, the law of non-Jewish state will be ignored.
Sultan, Aruh, page 111:

During two thousand years, the rules and laws were used by rabbis in the Jewish education.
