Zionism is a form of racism.
"United Nations General Assembly"
In 1975, the UN General Assembly issued a resolution where Zionism was called as "a form of racism". The reason to the adoption of such a resolution was presence of legal discrimination against Arabs in Israeli law. Issuance of the resolution was strongly criticized by the European powers, but the idea that Zionism in a way that is in Israel, reflects the racial hostility against the Palestinian Arabs, largely exists in the international community; especially those countries that previously were operated by foreign countries see the position of the Palestinian Arabs as their position before they achieve independence. Non-aligned countries, Zionism "imperial ideology" called. Organization of African Unity stated that "the racist regime in occupied Palestine and racist regimes in Zimbabwe and South Africa have common imperialism root." African Charter on Human Rights and Nations has mentioned "colonialism, neo-colonialism, apartheid and Zionism" concepts involving human rights violations.
in a part of the resolution 3379 of the UN General Assembly, in addition to stating the Israel as a racist state we can read: according to political statement and strategy of strengthening international peace and security and intensifying the unity and mutual assistance among committed States, adopted by the conference of foreign ministers of non-aligned countries in "Lima", which was held from 25 to 30 August 1975, they condemned Zionism in the strongest terms as a threat to international peace and security and invited all countries to deal with this racist and imperialist ideology. It also asserts that Zionism is a form of racism and racial discrimination.
America after the adoption of resolution 3379 of the UN General Assembly in 1975 (1354), continued wide efforts to cancel or modify it and in this regard, it used its political and economic levers to put pressure, threaten and bribe other governments as well as the UN. Powerful and influential Zionist organizations, institutions and foundations in the West also did not hesitate any effort in order to achieve the above purpose. A number of countries, particularly countries that are members of joint market of the Europe, were supportive of America and Zionist circles' efforts in this regard.
Efforts and stances of America, European governments, the Soviet Union and the United Nations general secretary for the cancellation of the resolution of "Zionism as racism" predict coordinated and parallel policy, insights and attitudes of governments and mentioned societies towards the phenomenon of "Zionism".
Israeli policy was based on expansionist and racist principles of Zionism and to empty Palestine of its original inhabitants to create and mobilize the Jewish colonies of the Jewish world that followed the Arabic lands.
However racism is beginning and fertile ground for expansionist policy of Israel. Zionists see them as Chosen People and separated from other nations and believe that other nations should serve them and be conquered by them.
The aim of Zionism from the beginning was to set Palestine as "Ghoym Rin", and in Hebrew language it means that Palestine is empty of non-Jews. Reason of it is as Israel Zangoyl (of the first prominent Zionists and pro-British policy) says:
As long as the Arabic majority remains in Palestine, they will be hard on Jewish minority and prevent the minority to develop their domination over the people who are more than them. Anyway, control of the majority will soon limit our immigration and kills homeland of the Jewish people in the cradle.
Golda Meir said:
No such thing as Palestine cannot be found. Palestinians are not in Palestine to be said that we have come to take them out and took their land! They do not exist at all.
Joseph Ritz, one of the heads of department of the settlements in the "Jewish Agency", writes:
it should be clear to everyone that in this land there is no room for both Jews and Arabs. The only solution of "Arts Israel" is no Arabs. We have no way out except the displacement of Palestinian Arabs in neighboring Arab countries, the displacement of all of them and not just the inhabitants of a village. It is necessary that none of their family stay here.
In fact, allover the domestic and foreign policy of the Israeli government with brutal logic originates in tow essential characters of political Zionism: in other words, political Zionism is essentially a colonial phenomenon, but it is ornamented with particular goat that is false religious myth and it is considered as a crime for Judaism; a Judaism that lacks of any spiritual concept and is used to justify nationalist and racist policies. This type of taking advantage of Judaism has been disclosed by vast majority of rabbis, and those interested in the Jewish religion during the Basel Congress in 1897.
Political Zionism racism is a perfectly coordinated system that inspires all the laws and policies of the Israeli government.
The racism from the beginning was considered incarnation of Theodor Herzl's project in such a way that his book disclosed it. Herzl's project has been mentioned in his book titled as a Jewish state and it is been stated more explicit in his memoirs.
Racial discrimination in Israeli law has been called public natural result of colonization of Palestine that is stick to the ideology of Zionism. Maxim Rodenson wrote that creating a Jewish state in Arabic Palestine by the Zionist concept "led to a colonial and racist situation."
In the 1948 war, Israel annexed six thousand kilometers of the Palestinian territories with a population of about four hundred thousand people. In early 1949, according to Israeli sources, more than a hundred and sixty thousand Arabs were left in more than twenty thousand square kilometers of Israeli territory.
But how and under what circumstances did the seven hundred thousand Arabs disappear and where did they go? And what happened on their property? Who is now owner of their land? And how many of them were killed for the edification of others who refused to leave their homes? And how many died of morbidity and starvation?
Figures of Israeli sources depict that the majority of people were expelled forcibly from their homes in the 1948 war and their villages were destroyed:
in 05/11/1948, residents of the "Ephrit" village in the West Galilee were expelled, and the fifteenth of the same month "Byram Kafr" village was evacuated by force.
In 04/02/1948, residents of the village "Kafr Anan" were expelled from their homes, and most of them withdrew from the border and the army smashed and destroyed villages.
In 28/2/1949 seven hundred Arabs that were settled in" Kefr Yasyf" after displacement from their former villages were expelled from the town and withdrew them all from the border.
On 24/01/1950, the army forcibly evacuated residents of "Qabsyh " and expelled them all from the border.
In 17/08/1950 residents in the western town "Ashkelon Majal" (about two thousand people) were expelled from the country. In early February 1951, residents of thirteen Arab villages located in the "Vadi - Ara" were expelled from the country. On 17/11/1951, the army destroyed "Albevyshat" and expelled its inhabitants from the country. In September 1953 the residents of "Umm Al-Faraj" village were expelled from the country and their homes were razed. On 29/10/1956 men, women and children in "Kafr Qasem" were massacred.
In thirteenth of October 1956, people of "Albaqareh", in the north of the country, were forced to relocate to the border between Israel and Syria.
At the end of 1959 (eleven years after the establishment of the State of Israel), order of the expulsion of Arab Bedouin tribes in Jordan and Egypt was issued. The massacres of Sabra, Shatila and Tel Zatar also happened. Zionists felt no discomfort in conscience from this brutal killing because they slaughtered women and children and elderly people because of their Nazi spirit and barbarism. The Israelis, who still widely publicized around the world about the murder of Jews by the Nazis in World War II, within two months continuously during the siege of Beirut, committed such savage slaughter of children, women, sick and elderly people that any conscientious people would feel shameful.
It should be added that Israel by shameful bad way violated all of the Geneva conventions in the occupied territories. Article 5 of the UDHR states:
No one shall be subjected to torture, acts of cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment or punishment.
Article 31 of the Fourth Geneva agreement says:
No one should be under physical and mental pressure especially to obtain information from them or from third parties.
Zionism daily routine since the formation of the government is full of violations of law including torture, detention and murder. For example, Ma'mun Ezat Tricky says that on April 22nd, 1970, when I was returning to Jordan from West Coast, I was arrested ... They detained me for alleged cooperation with the Palestinian resistance movement. From the first day that I was arrested, I was subjected to the worst kind of torture. In Nablus prison, I was imprisoned in a room where there were 8 interrogators.
They tortured me through this way:
1. They beat me so much that I passed out.
2. They forced me to take off my clothes and then plug electricity to me.
3. For a long time, they hung me from the ceiling and at the same time they whipped my body so much until I felt numb.
4 . Before I was interrogated, they injected a serum into my body to tell the "truth".
5. They inserted a composite pipe (reed pen) into my urethra so that it bled.
6. They brought a police teeth less dog with to bite my genital duct.
As a result of all this torture, I lost the ability to speak and I was speechless. They continued to torture me no matter the situation. There are still scars on my chest. Occasionally I made mild noises, but they would not let me go to the hospital.
Article 32 of Fourth Geneva Convention states:
Higher signatory parties of the Geneva Agreement agree in particular that no of them has the right to act that cause’s physical damage or crush protectorate people in their land. The ban includes not only murder, torture, corporal punishments, mutilation and medical or unnecessary scientific experimentation for the protectorate person, but includes any cruel and brutal actions by military or civilian elements.
Another example is Miss Latifa Ibrahim Al-Khari who was arrested on the seventh day of August 1969. She was arrested at the police station of "Bat - Shamash" by the worst conditions. The prison is called "trial camp" and is for Arabs who are residents of newly occupied territories as well as for criminal Israelis. She was kept in the prison to "make confession" that she was involved in poisoning whiskey of one of the instigators of Israel, "Ramallah". She was sentenced to ten years in prison. Even before announcing her sentence, her home by a large family living was exploded by dynamite and threw her family to the street.
