450 g ground meat
1 onion, chopped
400 g tomatoes, cubed
400 g canned beans
2 tbsp. chili powder
Cheddar cheese, sliced scallions, sour cream for garnish
½ cubed bell pepper
Chili casserole is made extraordinarily fast and easy and tastes out of this world.
This could be an option to go for whenever you are pressed for time during the week. It is best to serve for dinner.

Directions:

Take a large frying pan and put over medium height. Drizzle with oil. Put the chopped onion inside and sauté 5 minutes till soft and light. Add in ground meat and go on another few minutes till it changes in color.
Equally add in cubes of bell pepper and tomatoes and sauté a bit longer. Then add in canned beans and season with chili, salt and pepper. When the pot is boiling, lower the flame and allow 1o minutes to cook properly to get thick.
Chili Casserole
Transfer into a desired dish and decorate amazingly with scallion, cheddar cheese, as well as sour cream. Serve hot.
Cooking Point:
Instead of canned beans, you can make your own cooked beans. It’s just a matter of time. In this case, apply 1 glass of water along with 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.
