Ingredients:
3 zucchinis, shredded
300 g ground meat
1 egg
1 medium-sized onion, grated
2 garlic cloves, grated
2 tbsp. oil
1 tomato paste
Salt and pepper
Turmeric
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, egg, and grated onion and season to taste with salt, pepper, and turmeric. Knead with your palm and make meatballs in your desired sizes.
Drizzle the pan in 1 tablespoon of oil and place the meatballs in. Fry a bit.
Dissolve 1 tablespoon of tomato paste in ½ glass of boiling water and then pour in the pan. Allow to boil on a slow heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
In the meantime, Peel off the zucchinis and cut them in desired sizes. Put 1 tablespoon oil in another pan and fry the zucchinis shreds. Finally add the grated garlic and sauté till soft and smooth.
Transfer into a dish of desire and place the meatballs beside. Serve with bread! Bon Appetite!
