HORMOZ ARASH, known as ARBAB HORMOZ, was one of the Zoroastrians born in the KHEYRABAD area of Yazd. In 1949, HORMOZ bought the current TEHRANPARS, which was 36 million square meters, and consisting of 3 regions of MAJID ABAD, MAHDI ABAD and HOSSEIN ABAD from the widow of ABOLQASEM KHAN BAKHTIYAR, Mrs. BIBI AZIMEH, BAKHTIYAR. And then registered the said property as half for himself and half for his wife PARI AGAHI ARASH. The current mansion, known as ARBAB HORMOZ, with approximate area of 900 square meters, is a combination of traditional architecture with western architecture in two floors with a small underground, was constructed in a garden of 1 million square meters, but currently 42 thousand square meters remained .
Visiting the Iranian graphic arts museum and the mansion of ARBAB HORMOZ is possible from Sunday to Thursday and non-holidays from 10 am to 18 pm and the amount of the ticket is 1000 TOMAN.

The garden and mansion of MASOUDIYEH was constructed by the order of MASOUD MIRZA, also known as ZELOL SOLTAN the son of NASERODIN SHAH, in 1295, on a land of about 4,000 square meters, consisting of an outer court and an interior and other accessories. The name of this mansion is also derived from the name MASOUD MIRZA to MASOUDIYEH and the architect of this building is master SHABAN MEMARBASHI. MASOUDIYEH mansion complex is consisted of five mansion, courtyard, a dining room, pond, SEYED JAVADI mansion, MOSHIROLMALEKI mansion and SARDAR mansion, full of stucco, tiling, calligraphy, mural painting and, in general, exquisite decoration, space divisions, and various functions.
This historical collection has 7 inscriptions, two inscriptions on the main door, an inscription on coach gate, two inscriptions in the courtyard building and two inscriptions in the MOSHIRIYEH mansion. The first Iranian National Library and Museum was erected in the corner of this mansion.

The most important event in this mansion was Tehran conference during World War II. Visiting the exterior of the mansion is possible every day, except Fridays and Sundays, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Primary building belonged to QAJAR's minister, EINODOLEH. It is an aristocratic mansion, but a simple two-story bungalow. On the ground floor, there is an alcove room with a mirrored ceiling and decorations and two corridors on both sides of it.
The garden area is 11,900 square meters, which is set in the form of a north-south rectangle. Garden has 4 doors; two main entrances on the north and south and two secondary entrances in both directions of east and west. In the northern door, is considered to be the original door. Currently, the NEGARKHANE Gallery is located in EINODOLEH Mansion.

KUSHK Mansion or "SHAGHAGHI" house belongs to "HOSSEIN SHAGHAGHI"
KUSHK Mansion or "SHAGHAGHI" house belongs to "HOSSEIN SHAGHAGHI", which was made 80 years ago and after his return from Germany to Iran.
The building consists of basement, ground floor, first floor and pergola, which is made up obliquely middle ground with dimension of approximately 33 × 49 m. This building belongs to the first PAHLAVI era and covers an area of 1550 square meters. The KUSHK mansion has almost an ellipsoidal design, and has four beautiful verandas. This building has valuable decorations such as mural painting, mirroring, stucco and tiled facades. .
The "KUSHK" mansion is in 3 stores and constructed in shape of pergola and has 6 bedrooms, a study or office room, 5 halls, and several basements with appliances and sanitary facilities. .
Presently, there are other activities in this monument, apart from its unique architecture and style. The first floor and the basement of this mansion are under the handicrafts and traditional art department of the cultural heritage organization. The basement of this mansion is dedicated to the offices of the guild organization and public organizations that operate in a national form and the first floor is allocated to workshops for the acquaintance of interested fellows with various fields of handicrafts.

This mansion, which is one of the remained buildings of the QAJAR era, has been used since the year of 1393 as the Iranian Graphic Museum.
