Sour kebab is a food which is cooked in the north of Iran.
Ingredients:
500g lamb or beef meat
100g minced walnuts
3 tablespoons pomegranate sauce
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup olive oil or liquid oil
3 tablespoons chopped tarragon, parsley, cilantro, and savory
Salt and Pepper
Preparation:
Add oil, onion, grated garlic and chopped vegetables, minced walnuts, pepper and pomegranate sauce in a bowl and mix them. Then, add the meet size to the mixture that you have cut in large and same (add salt in the cooking time to prevent kebab to be stiff).
Cover the bowl and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to absorb the flavors of all the ingredients. After this time, implate meet on grills with the distance of a finger (distance between the meat is for better cooking the kebab).
Put the grills on the barbecue or fire and when kebab a little cooked, pour salt on it to stay crisp (the best cook for cooking sour kebab and every kebab is charcoal fire).
Sour kebab has an excellent flavor and it is very delicious and it is served with saffron rice or bread.
