Biography of MOHAMMAD JAVAD ZAMIRI

Doctor ZAMIRI was born in NEIRIZ city (FARS state), in 1327 (SHAMSI). He got doctorate in reproductive physiology from the QUEENSLAND University of Australia in 1358 (SH). The said person, at present is the scientific committee member of Agriculture College of SHIRAZ University with scientific grade of assistant professor. The book of reproduction in cow, which was translated by Mr. MOHAMMAD JAVAD ZAMIRI was selected the year book in twelfth period (1372), of Islamic republic of Iran year book, on behalf of ministry culture and Islamic guidance.

Official and professional education:

MOHAMMAD JAVAD, after finishing primary and secondary education, in the same city, entered SHIRAZ University in 1346 (SH),
And studied agriculture engineering. In 1349 (SH), received his degree, then to continue his education, went to Australia. In 1353, obtained his master degree from Queensland University in reproduction and in 1358 achieved his PhD in the field of reproductive physiology from the same university. He could continue in the same field and same university and received his postdoctoral in hormone (beginning of the pregnancy).

ZAMIRI has very good memories from his journeys to Australia, America, India, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.
While education activities: MOHAMMAD JAVAD, by the side of education, was learning English.
Middle age events: after finishing his education, and getting his doctorate in physiology course, started to teach in Shiraz University. This doctor with scientific grade of assistant professor is teaching and doing research in characteristics research fields of native chickens production in FARS state and verifying the effect of beta agonists on mixture of Iranian sheep carcass and others.

ZAMIRI is a scientific committee member, assistant professor and head of research assistant department of Agriculture College of Shiraz University.

verifying the possibility of two or multiple pregnancies by using FOTOBARBITAL, master degree, 1370 (SH), investigating the concentration change of RIBOFLAVIN in native eggs and its relation with HEG pregnancy, master degree,1365 (SH), examining the production and composition of milk in GHEZEL sheep, master degree, 1369 (SH), verifying the effect of SALBIYOTAMOL on body composition of guinea pigs, master degree, 1373 (SH), investigating the changes of sex steroids after calving in cow, master degree, 1373 (SH), verifying the effect of continuation in multiple twining in sheep, master degree, 1375.

Prizes and rewards:

The breeding of cattle book, translated by MOHMMAD JAVAD ZAMIRI, in the twelfth Period in 1372, was selected as book of the year, by the ministry of culture and Islamic guidance of the Islamic republic of Iran.
He was selected as best researcher and translator of the university.
