Suspended bridge of Pir Taqi in the deep and beautiful valleys of Hashtjin of Khalkhal perhaps is one of the highest bridges of Iran. Crossing the bridge over the deep valleys with the shake of its passes will bring certainly one of the most exciting moments to its visitors. A large number of people annually come to this city to visit this bridge.
The bridge is just like the pictures that you have seen about the most dangerous bridges of the world. It is long, with ropes that keep the wobbly sticks together, and cross over the deep valleys. This bridge was built at the junction of two rivers of Qivi Chay and Qyzyl Uzun and it is 70 meters long and 1 meter wide and the height of it from the river is about 60 meters. For crossing this bridge, you need to have plenty pluck, simple hiking shoes, seasonal dress and preferably rainy jacket.
Over the bridge, the sound of dry woods, cool breeze of Hashtjin, and slow loss of water from the mountain give more dream to the environment. A most exciting and frightening dream can turn into a pleasant calm by passing over the 70 meters long bridge. Pir Taqi village which is located near the bridge, has only one resident family and previously it was used by the researchers who were traveling to this area to study and build the dam in the downstream.

Aq Daq which literally means White Mountain, is white due to the existence of limestone accordingly. The local people call the mountain with other names; Hajja Daq which means Plugs Mountain, is one of the other names of this mountain.
Also, because of the mausoleum named Imamzade Sultan Seyed Mahmoud, this mountain is called Imamzada Daqi. At an altitude of approximately 2100 meters of this mountain, there is a spring which has pleasant water and local people believe that its water causes good food digestion and it is advantageous for digestive health.
