Abstract:

The universe, the laws of God and the religious commands are organized in accordance with an astonishing regularity. In religious teachings persists on this principle and it is placed at the head of Islamic values. The verses and traditions that are relevant to this topic are written in this summary.
The range of Islamic areas is from the social, economic, political and cultural ones. But this writing is especially on the subject in the social area and from point of view of the religious teachings.
By Looking at the universe we can see the world as a large government organization under the sovereignty of God, and the least clutter and mess is there. Perfection Organization by human in this way requires coordination of all ones together and developing legislation in line with the world. So what can manage the conflicts between tendencies to organize and lead the public, and which manage the disorders among them is discipline. By respecting the borders and adhering to them, human being can live free of tension.
The three principles of order, purpose, planning and management are introduced as the components [elements] of discipline in this writing.
Areas of self-discipline and social discipline are introduced as the second chapter. The third chapter is about disciplines of someone's environment, behavior, communication, family, organization and society.
The following chapter is associated with religion, motivation, justice, modeling, planning, strengthening the surveillance systems and dealing with outlaws, encouraging and considering basic needs.
Functions and damage of irregularities, which are the next two chapters include these in this writing: biological, psychological, emotional, social, educational, cultural and personal irregularities.
The consequences of Irregularities and loopholes are the last two chapters in this writing.

The persistence in religious teachings is on this principle, and it is placed at the head of Islamic values. What is written in this summary are verses which are relevant to this topic.
The Range of the individual areas is from the social, economic, political, and cultural ones. But in this article due to our particular social culture, this issue is presented in the social area and from the point of view of our Islamic teachings.

Definition:

discipline means order, adornment and coherence. This word lexically means to string out silver beads, put each row of one thing for another or attach to some other parts. Thus, on any issue, weighting something and arranging the speech or the reading is discipline. If someone is not fixed in his way of doing things, and if he is not in line with his own affairs, we say he does not have disciplinary. Discipline in the sense is settling down, having a discipline and order. Hence we can say that the outcome of being fixed and in order is having discipline.
Social order lies in the many religious values and following them is following the system. Therefore, the scope of the social order is in values such as justice, faithfulness, praying and etc.

Position:

To realize the position and the need for order and organization in advancing social goals, we should at first look at the course of internal and external, and the law governing of the universe.
By Looking at the universe, we see the world as a large government organization which is under the sovereignty of God and there is no clutter and mess in there. Organization that human needs along the route of perfection requires coordination with it. The Quran says:
"created the heavens and had the count, order and degree in that." Then, immediately concludes that: "so you do not exceed the limits and do not deviate from the path of righteousness."
Significant extent and degree of order in the universe is to a degree that the most important reason of knowing God is discipline. And God has been called the regulator of affairs.
In order to explain the position and importance of discipline, it is sufficient to say that Imam Ali in the last days of his holy life recommended the order and discipline which are the superior values of Islamic and it is equal to the fear of God. This statement is along with God's command of justice and respecting the social relations and preventing corruption. Piety and discipline are both necessary for human life. Fear destroys some disorder and indiscipline and corruption but one dimensional look at the religion and the separation of the order center and organization from religion, faith and spirituality can shake the foundations of the religion and make a corrupted environment.
Quran considers the importance of maintaining discipline in various issues and demands of society and refers to it in different forms. For example regarding the moderation and avoidance of corruption in the society, he considers hypocrites as the corrupters and says: God does not love corruption in the land. And elsewhere he says: do not leave the other duties because of jihad, and do not abandon affairs such as having knowledge.
Loyalty to the law and order center is another way of getting away from stress and human encounters. Human has various trends that are incompatible with one another. What can often manage the conflicting tendencies and organize and lead among them order and discipline. By respecting the borders and adhering to them, the human live free of tension.
Imam Ali says: best people are those who stop in front of their boundaries and borders and do not go beyond them.

Elements (parts):

discipline has content and elements which makes various regulation fields. It can be objective, planning, management, motivation, power, and efficiency of the achievements of the others, culture, health economics, modeling and post work.

Goal:

The aim is in direct contact between the order and the order cannot be achieved without it. The goal is the main factor in shaping behavior, speech and personality. Thus the great works stay long because of great goals. Imam Ali (peace be upon him) says: according to the size of intent [purpose], God gives us.
Individuals and institutions who are living without a clear vision and regardless of the cause respond to their needs and apply the availabilities, in addition to high costs, do not experience success.
Without purpose, they do not use their talents and their guidance is by chance. Thus they do not control their own life, and the result will be a feeling of disappointment and frustration.
It should be noted that to achieve the goals, it is necessary to create motivation and enthusiasm in people.

Planning:

Planning is identifying the route and the number of components of the order. By programming we could take long strides, and be strong and straight up. We could make short the time of reaching the goal, and raise its safety factor and get free of weakness, stumbling, duplication, confusion and grief. To achieve this important goal we should be prudent and act wisely in a way that all components be structured and organized.
Imam Javad (peace be upon him) in a command pay attention to the importance of planning and says: "Anyone who does not know where to start cannot accomplish it."
Imam Ali (peace be upon him) in order to having daily plan and catch the golden opportunity says:
"Avoid accelerating to do a work whose time is not this time, or not doing it because of being lazy, or fighting to get those whose way of doing is not clear or being inactive when its way of doing is obvious. Then keep everything in its place and everything in its right time. Do the work of every day in that day and not in another day, because each work has a special day. And also he says: opportunity passes like the cloud. So be careful about good opportunities.”
Thus for achieving the target you should know the opportunities and manage them well. Because every work needs a special time. However, you should avoid rushing to do disorganized work.
Each planned activity of human being from the smallest to the largest social affairs needs special conditions. Here are some of the conditions for successful planning in the following:
A) You should have calculation tools, work force and the accurate costs and timing as possible and divide the work to various duties.
Imam Ali (peace be upon him) emphasis on planning and division of labor, the son of Imam Hassan (peace be upon him) says: "Let each of servants do the work that is his duty and not leave it to be done by another one.
This Imam says to Malek Ashtar that in addition considering the division of labor and the role of each individual, there should be special conditions for those who have the role and he also says that "have a role for them that is not too heavy work which distract them and too much that make them powerless.
Ahl al Bayt (peace be upon them) emphasized the division of time into three or four categories and enumerates the duties for the wise people who keep their wisdom. This makes clear the importance of this too.
B) The compatibility of the divided and organized in such a way that it provides the ability to perform the job properly. Consistency constituent parts of a whole – that is to achieve a common goal together – these are the basic conditions of planning which the lack of attention to these conditions, disrupt and defeat the activities. Examples of inconsistencies and irregularities and we see that the greatest damage in the organization Ohod Battle. In this war, the single shooter did against what the Prophet had said and his descendants' behavior caused the failure of Muslim and testimony of 70 tons.
C) The vision and foresight is another element of the planning. the Prophet (peace be upon him) in order to reflect discipline on things says: "Whenever I work on an issue which is influenced by the impressments, I Think if it is a source of growth and prosperity, and if the track was a source of confusion and decline or not.
Imam Ali (peace be upon him) says: “Think so you will be far-sighted, and you see all aspects of the work and by it you will make the final decision. If you think in your work, you will be successful in everything.
The Prophet (peace be upon him) says about the result of fore sighting on economic issues: "Good thinking and planning, grow the assets and mishandling will result in losing a lot of wealth."
D) Science is another prerequisite for the success of the plan and its implementation. Knowledge management skills, ARM can be the director of planning and sustainability. Thus the Qur'an in response to those who have objected to the choice of Saul as the king (because of lack of financial ability is not deserve this place) says you do not know him and In fact, God has given him superiority over you, and he has a knowledge and even [his] body has superiority over you. Prophet Yusuf (peace be upon him) had also the responsibility of the government of Egypt. He had to be confident for treasury of management and their knowledge of him and said:" I appoint the treasurer of the land I am a skilled custodian. According to the grant of the liability, showing the importance of this matter is in the planning and management of the Quran. For this reason, God in describing the reasons of monotheism, says by in addition to bring examples of the mysteries of the universe and the creation that planning and detailed order of the system could be done in the light of knowledge and power. He says: "[He is the] piercing of the morning, and night for rest and the sun and moon for the reckoning. This is a measurement capable of knowing his power and knowledge.
E) Reliance, is worthy of mention as a spiritual factor in influencing planning. Although the active thoughts and rich ideas are successful in the planning; but trust should be remembered. Imam Baqir (peace be upon him) says: When Imam Ali Ibn Al Hussein (peace be upon him) decided to perform the Hajj, Umrah, or sale something and release a servant, he performed ablution and prayed two times and read in them "Rahman" and "Hashar" surah and when they were over, he wanted God goodness two hundred times. Then he read "Qul Huwa Allah", "Nas" and "Falaq" and then he said: O my God, I am going to do what I have realized. If you know it good for me in religion, world and the next world, make me to confront it and if you know it evil in my religion, world and the next world, avoid it.
The Referred condition provide a systematic structure of affairs which leads human in the organizing them and it specifies the role of each member. As a result, confusion is eliminated, and the assignment of responsibilities reduced interference in public affairs and it promote more effective collaboration with the other members, and monitoring gets easy.

Leadership:

One of the key elements in the social order is leadership and management. No society and no system of organization could achieve its fullest and control the management system. Imam Ali (peace be upon him) says: "There should be a leader for people who are honest or dishonest, it is the management that can be used as guidance, coordination and supervision in the community and guide people in their lives." And Imam Reza (peace be upon him) says: "we cannot find any nation or community which has been lived without a pioneer and leader, they need him in religion, in word deeds and etc. they could not live except by him, … if there was no trustful and religious leader for them, the religion gets old and will be changed and at last is put away".
Thus, it is an important factor to have order and stability in any community or any organization, weather large or small. How management and executive system is done is the underlying cause of integration or disintegration of society. Imam Ali (peace be upon him) said in response to first caliph (going to war and leaving the city) by referring to this fact that: "The people are more similar to their ruler rather than to their fathers. The ruler and leader have the position of a string which provides a band for beads together others are attached to it. If you leave it, the pieces are scattered, and a connection to the others is not provided at all.
Leaders Impact on human society and they can change people's behavior and everything is the outcome of stroke management's ruling. Imam (peace be upon him) says about it in another words that: "the ruler is a vast river from which small rivers are separated, If the water is fresh water, the water of small rivers will be good and if it is salty, the water of small rivers will be salty too. The Prophet (peace be upon him) says in this regard that: "People are more similar to their own rulers to their fathers.
Some Categories of narratives have specially focus on the social and religious role of Imam in restoring order and avoiding chaos. it is seen as a key factor by different interpretations and references. Among them, "holy obedience" is seen as an "organizing for people" and "leadership" as "the organization of nation". The others have seen "Imam" as the "system of religion".
Imam (peace be upon him), according to the grace of God and having the knowledge about the different views of the world and the hereafter represents the divine law and order and preserves the land and its people. In one narration of Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him), he says: the earth could not be in safe even a day without an Imam of us. He also says the proof is in the earth, because people will not be improved unless they are authorized and regulated by Imam.
A proper Manager is one that has vision, political insight, tolerance, broadmindedness, good-tempered, strongly, criticism, negligence, hope and endurance among the others.

Areas

Investigations reveal that the religious dimension of human life is not limited to the order. But it flows in different areas such as personal, social, economic, political and cultural areas. According to the association of this particularly text to culture, we focus on social areas more and in other parts, we will mention the other areas.

Self-discipline (individuality)

Adornment thoughts, words and deeds of people in different aspects of private life are personal discipline. By looking at the realities of the past and the future, management comes in three parts: environmental, behavioral and communication areas.
The first steps are order, sequence specificity mind. In this process, the things are classified and priorities are made clear in mind. The effect of this order appears well in the environment, speech, behavior and communication.
ordered Environment, putting any thing at its place, arranging the library, work equipment, storage, wardrobe and putting items in the bag and, thinking about the content of the speech, the place and time of speech and paying attention to the audience and focusing on behavioral skills and communication are all showing the orientation of the mind and the types of self-discipline.
Religion has presented detailed plans for personal matters provided that the products comply with the order completely. The orders should be from the simplest to the most sensitive matters when considering them.
As an example, the order in the life of the Prophet (peace be upon him and his progeny) affected objectivity and discipline throughout his life.
Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) said: I asked my father about the internal affairs of the life of Holy Prophet. He said when he had entered the home, he divided his time into three parts: the part of God (worship), and a part devoted to his family and a part to himself. He divided his time between his family and himself. He accepted special people and by them he transferred things to the whole people. He did not deprived them from anything. He preferred those who had knowledge and assigned more time in the meeting to people who were more religious.
Those who are familiar with the life of Imam Khomeini, know that a feature of his life was having discipline.
"Basically his comments about the timing were that when someone has discipline in his life, his nature would be ordered too. This seems not just for me but also for others who knew Imam's life. French police told us so much about his disciplines and that they even set their watches with his footwork.
The life and time of Imam was divided into day and night so that we could say what he is doing without watching him.
Imam organized his affairs and this was startled well. We referred to the order in the political, social, governing and all aspects of his life shortly.
Here it is briefly noted to species of the self-discipline and beyond that, is referred to the narrative collections in the field.

Environmental order

The first stage of self-discipline is the order of the environment which its range is from titivation appearance and dress until the arrangement of the furniture and workplace. The religious teachings insist on this subject and the conduct of the infallibles has also confirmed it.
Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: 'God loves beauty and self-assembly and hate from misery and showing the poverty. Whenever God gives some body some blessing, loves to see the effect of it in their life. They asked how will be done it? He said, they wear clean clothes, they use good smell, and use cast for their home, clean the suburbs of their home. Even turning on the lights before sunset, remove poverty and increase the aliment.
The Prophet peace be upon him and his progeny as a good model for Muslims paid attention to the adornment of environment and his appearance. He has some cloths for working and special dress for the occasion. He used from perfume too much in such a way that after passing through the streets, people found the place where he passed due to the smell of his perfume. If he did not find scent, the cloth that was marinated in saffron and also was wet, did fragrant his hands with it and touched it with his face. He combed his hair and beard and rubbed oil and used for this purpose from the best oils. He lined his eyes with kohl, decorated faces and looked in the mirror or clear water. It said an investigation about the appearance into the order and in dealing with people with unkempt hair and dirty clothes, he remind that the efficiency of material resources and revealing of the blessing is part of the religion.
Students deserve of this school have depicted the order environment and are clearly shown the secret of success. For example, the grandson of Imam Khomeini (Ra) narrates:
One day I came home from college and while I did not have a regular appearance, I went straight to serve him. Not only my shirt was black but also my shoes was dirty, he frowned as he was walking in the yard and asked me Why did you go to universities with this appearance, I jokingly said, "we cannot go better than this to the university in your Islamic Republic ," he said, "You have sinned two, one of them is that you're going to say that I am hypocritical, and you're going to say that I do not have enough financial means to buy a pair of shoes, second one is your irregularities which is against with the Islamic law.
I said if I wanted to go to university with more regular status, they may fuss me. He said: If they want to fuss you, say Khomeini said this that we should go to university regularly.
Imam always liked that his appearance be adorned and his faces be clean so much clean and tidy that I have not seen anyone like him. I did not see even once that a small stain be on his white dress.
Behavioral discipline (the order in interpersonal communication behavior)
Order in behavior is another area of self-discipline that learns all behaviors which is associated with a person. The person who ordered in the behavior of his inner, performs with this track. Self-knowledge, honesty with himself, computing of himself, maintaining of self-esteem and self-control. Such people, in addition to the mentioned subject, in their daily actions are regular. Such as the order in worship, writing, eating, walking, sleeping and defecating is from this types that religion emphasize on them and has been provided programs and special arrangements for those.
One of the effects of behavioral discipline is getting things done, on time and at its time that should be set with exact plan and knowing prior important issues. For effectiveness of this program should avoid from the less important matters, because according to the words of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) "Everyone which pays attention to something that is not important, will lost what is important." In other words, "leave unimportant things underlies the beneficial things."
It is important to remember that organized people to deal with unforeseen events and happenings with measuring the priorities and relocation the plan, try to achieve the goal. For this reason the work plan should not be developed in such a way that there is no place for possible changes in it. According to this capabilities in the analytical planning and for those who are at the beginning of this way, it seems necessary. According to written approach (social order), it is sufficient to mention a few examples about the behavioral discipline.

Discipline in eating

Many religious teachings advised to eat on time and to refrain from eating and drinking between meals, insist on eating breakfast and dinner, washing hands before meals and after it, drying hands after washing for food, remembering of God before eating and praising God after it, initiating and ending the meal with salt, do not get up in the middle of eating the food, do not eat with your left hand all show interest of religion to the discipline in the current affairs of life and also health.
Imam Ali peace be upon him knows having a clear agenda for start time and stop of eating the food, the amount of chewing and going to toilet after sleep as some matters for do not going to the medical field. They also count the balance of the body, healthy and consistent thought as the result of moderation in eating.
Emphasizes of narrations on the time of eating of some foods and fruits or adding the number of edible food or not eating them with together, clearly shows insisting of Islam on discipline in eating.
Life with full of ups and downs but regular of the leader of the revolution (RA), has considered the discipline in eating and has planned for the time of it. Miss Dabbagh says about this:
"Imam Khomeini always ate dinner at nine o'clock. Once they had brought a film from the speeches of the martyr Mofatteh in the Ghoba Mosque and March of people. I wanted to see this movie. That's why I arrived earlier than the time to see the Imam and unusual that I was waiting for him to say: I want dinner and I have to go to bring it; I said Haji! Do I go to bring dinner? He looked at the clock and said we have twenty minutes to eat it."
Once upon the time of eating dinner of Imam had arrived and tablecloth had been opened but there was a delay in the preparation of food. Food was provided after a while. We brought it to serve him. Sir while is eating vegetables apologized and said the time to eat the meal is over. (Doctor Ghonsooli quoted according to the daughter of Imam Miss Farideh Mostafavi)

The order in worship

Worship is the essential thing for spirit, purity of heart and underlying relationship with the world beyond the material and the creator of the universe. Special sequence which is shown in this individual action is indicator of the position of order in the personal behavior. Special time for fasting, daily prayers and verses, emphasizing on performing the prayers at the first time, special position circumstances and worshipers wear, according to Mecca in prayer, brushing, ornament, the use of perfume and choosing the especial place at home for this worship and so on all are aspects of the order in worship.
Paying attention to the wonderful nuances in the orders in worship such as saying prayer is in the degree that Imam Sadeq (peace be upon him) knew obscene from his companions that after several years of their life, they cannot perform a Rak'at of prayer with especial circumstance.

"Hammad ibn Isa says: Once Imam Sadeq (peace be upon him) said to me: O Hammad, can you pray well? Hamad says that, I said, my lord, I memorize all of the book Hariz which is written about this subject. He said okay. Stand and pray! Hamad said: I stood toward the Mecca in front of his face and started praying. I did bowing and prostration. He said: Hammad! It was not a good prayer. How ugly that someone of you, who are sixty or seventy years old, but cannot performs a prayer with full conditions.
Hamad said I feel inferior inside of myself and I said I am your sacrifice, so you learn prayer to my!
Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) was facing Mecca and stand correctly and all hands while his fingers stuck together, put them on the thigh. He put his step up to a distance of three fingers. His toes are all facing toward the Mecca and with humility, said, "God is great."
Then he told the “Hamd” and “Tohid” verses. Then, a little as much as he breathe while he stood, paused.
Then he lifted his hand up to his face and in a standing position said: “God is great". Then went to the bow, while his fingers opened and he put all hands on his knees and puts them back and his back became straight in a way. If drops of water or oil fell on his back, for the sake of smooth, it did not fall. He pull his neck and fall his eyes and then said the rosary three times and said, “My Lord is pure and especial praise belongs to him."
Then he stood up straightly and said "Allah listens to those who praise him". He said "God is great" When he stood up and raised his hands over his face. Then bowed and opened his hands and while his fingers had closed and was over his knees and in front of his face said three times: “My Lord is pure and especial praise belongs to him." In this time, he put no member of his body on the other one and prostrate on eight members of his body... He raised his head from the prostrating and when he is sitting relaxed, said "God is great" then sit on the left thigh and put the left foot on the right foot and said: «Ask forgiveness of God, my Lord and repent to Him”. While he was sitting, said "God is great" and did the second prostration, and said what was said in the first prostration, and did not put his member on the other one. He did not do it nor in bowing and nor in prostration. He put his arms like wings and forearm to the ground. In this way he prayed two Rak'at while his fingers were sticking into each other sit to say Tashahhud and after that saluted and said: Hammad! You must say prayer like this”

Communication discipline:

Establishing order and discipline in communicating with others even in speech, behavior, promises and treaties, are examples of communication discipline and they are offshoot of personal order.
Grooming appearance in dealing with the others, behaving well and having the behavioral and speech skills in dealing with them, adhering the promises and abide by treaties could be examples of a communication discipline. This has been emphasized by religion.
Imam Ali (peace be upon him) regarding to the smallest duty in relationships with the others said: If one of you go near his Muslim brother, he should be with a good appearance as he would be when he is with an alien one. It is Strange that someone like him who is in the best position, considered the alien in this way. Here we limited our examples of regulation in this area in to two. Delicacies expressions in this work show the need for increased order in communication.

Order in speech:

Order in speech is the manifestation of self-discipline in the field of communication. To achieve this order, we should be careful about what we say? How we tell that? When we say that? And how shall we say that? Order in speaking is the language and thought before speech, the deviations of the mind should be organized. Imam Ali (peace be upon him) said:
"unite your speech with your emotion. One must keep his tongue, the language, because it wants to conquer his owner. I do not see God's man who was pious and his piety interest him, except when he keeps his tongue in his control. Speech of a man with faith is in his heart and the heart of the hypocrite is after his speech. Whether the man will speak with the words of faith, so he thinks about good things, if it is good, it is obvious and it does not to be hidden; and the hypocrite thinks as his words say and does not know what his profits are. "
Imam Ali (peace be upon him) says: "The best of speech is that speech whose arrangement (arrangements) gives ornament to it and it is specially and generally understood."

Adherence to treaties:

Adherence to treaties, promises and trusts are indications of internal discipline and religious commitment and they are not ignored in the field of communications. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: someone who does not believe and do not adhere to its commitment is not a believer in faith and also he is not religious person. and he said that those who pray a lot, fasting, Hajj, forgive and moaning fret night parties so much do not benefit from them if They look for honesty and integrity in their doings.
Wide circulation of being trustfulness ranges from private conversation to oversee a nation leadership. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: when two people sit together, what passes between them is the God's trusteeship. So, it is not permissible that one of them disclose against his brother what he has said.
Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) says: if the assailant and the killer of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) sees me trustee and wants my advice, and I accept to advice him, I'll pay the loan. Religious recommendations on this are to the extent that retaliation would not allowed in the counting and it is recommend that if you trusted someone who has betrayed you, do not betray him though you are betrayed and do not say his secret even if he has said your secret.
Honest messenger, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) emphasized on trust in such a way that he based it in a special place and he paid attention to it and he was known as "Amin" which means being trustful. Adhere to the integrity of the treasury is very sensitive and its grade is more important. Thus we can find it in the lives of Imams (peace be upon them) and it is emphasized in their practices as religious leaders. We can find it in many examples. In this regard, we could mention an example of the life of late leader of the revolution:
When Imam Khomeini was in Najaf and the Imam's family were in Tehran, the son of Imam, the martyr Mustafa wanted to contact Imam through Beyt's telephone. But even in that position, he made it clear to his family and said: "telephone belongs to Beyt, so you are not allowed to use it personally, your contact is personal and it is not allowed to contact by this telephone.

Social order (collective):

Material and spiritual needs of man has brought him to "social life". He is enjoying the experience and services of others, he needs to communicate with them and to maintain communication and social life, he requires rules and regulation in social relations. Without law and order and adherence to it, the foundation of social life will fall apart and society will be lost. Thus, sociably disciplined is critical for different social institutions and on all members of society. it is essential that the norms, values and rules of this form be the basis of society and be followed.
We have emphasized discipline and we have said that discipline is a divine direction and it does not create any obstacle to human talents. The treatise of Imam Sajjad (peace be upon him) is a perfect example of Islamic teachings in explaining the duties and rights of a Muslim in social system. Society can show us successfulness by studying these rules. By them we can have amazing regularity in our social relations. It follows some examples.

Family

Family in point of view of Islam has a special order. In the family of this kind, each member has its own place and borders are clearly defined in this institution. There is no other offensive position. Men play the roles of fathers and women play the role of wife and mother. Children also have their own roles. All family members are aware of each other's position and respect each other.
In the light of each other's rights, they live peacefully and accept the principles and criteria to the extent they are able to do them. Lack of knowledge of family laws and not considering the established order is the cause of collisions and conflicts and could fall apart the foundation of the family.
Good couples are those who respect social order in the family. Some of these rights are in the field of jurisprudence and legislation, and others are in the ethical areas and adherence to them will sweeten the life. Here are some of the mentioned rights.
The right to alimony is the husband of women's right and also it is the right of children and parents. It is a right both in the educational system and economical system of Islam. Ignoring it especially in religious orders is a sign of irregularities. It is because the woman has a special role in the family that requires special facilities. Keeping her with love and relaxation is required to pay to nurturing a healthy generation and having family as the most basic social unit. And thus peace of mind is for such a family. We could ensure the health of future generations and the creation of necessary conditions, and calm Association is provided for the wife and children. In other words, the aim is that women, in accordance with their nature, achieve personal perfection, which is their major responsibility in their families and they do not seek and bread economic activities. But his presence in the community based on social needs and preserving her personality has its special position.
It is noteworthy that the obligation to pay alimony by the man is because he has a right to force his wife in household chores and he could do otherwise if she does not.
In addition it is recommended that man well-behaved with his wife too. In addition to supply the economic needs of women, he should also be careful about her spiritual needs. The Quran says:
"Behave them (wives) properly, and if you do not love them, then perhaps it is God's will because there are abundant things which you do not like but they are good for you."
Imam Sajjad (peace be upon him) in Resale Rights wrote to some of his companions, and he said:
"The right of woman is that you know she is a source of comfort and familiarity and know that Allah has sent her and also that this is a blessing that God has given you so cherish her and be fine with her. You have right too but her right is more obligatory, so be kind to her, it is her right. The wife of Imam Khomeini (RA) says about the moral impact of the Imam:
"I kept respect and even refused me to work at home. He always told me: Do not sweep. If I wanted to wash the scarf of kids in the pond, he came and said, 'Get up, you should not wash ... I swept my room behind him ... Overall, I would say: Imam swept, washed the dishes and even he did not know washing my own child's scarf as my task. If i needed to do them sometimes, he got upset that I did not take into account what he has said. Even when I entered the room, he did not tell me to close the door behind you. He Waited until I sat up and then he closed the door.
I did not interfere in the affairs of his life. The first week or the first month they told me I do not have anything to do with you. Then buy and wear clothes that you desire in any case. But what I want from you is to do your duties and leave prohibitions do not sin.
The right of husband for a woman is to be obedient and be obedient to the husband, is God's disobedience; she should not violate the rules. A woman should not refuse his husband's needs and she should not leave the house without having her husband permission and agreement.
A woman came to the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah! What is the right of husband for the woman? He said that his not disobedience, and not doing anything in his house without his permission and even not giving charity without his permission. And at any time, you shall not leave the house without his permission. ... and you should the best aroma and use your best clothes and adorn yourself well ...
Being submissive as a wife against husband for cooking, washing and paste outfits (These are related to understanding and cooperation.). And you should also be obedience within the marital issues.
Islam prohibits women from home work but morally committed woman will bring home peace. Housekeeping and catering and Speer's work give discipline to house. The Prophet (peace be upon him and his progeny) said about the division of household tasks Ali and Fatima, give the home affairs to Fatima and give activities of outside the home to the Imam Ali (peace be upon him).
Family issues is a symbol of the discipline of the program in the light of Islam and so a healthy life is possible. In addition to the mutual rights that we can refer to the education of children, child custody, confidentiality, genetics, economics, consulting and provincial family, health and family planning, dispute settlement and divorce which are special orders. In compliance with this text, we are prohibited from these things.

Organization

Organization is a social system whose life depends on the established order. This means that its survival depends on discipline and cohesion within the organization and also the relationship between internal and coordinated activities with the environment.
Management and planning are of the basic principles in order to achieve purposes and success of the organization. That is what we talked about earlier.
In speaking of the components, we refer to the role of leadership in our discipline. In other words, management must make the planning stages (which will be mentioned later) in the practice. Imam Ali's (peace be upon him) instructions to their brokers that there is living proof of the duties for a manager in the Islamic state. These are Guidelines that reflect at different angles of order management. It says: no violations of safety management, resolution and tolerance, the authorities benevolent, honest and kind, planning, meritocracy, division of labor, strict supervision of the authorities, to look at people who draws attention to the weak, Justice behavior to deal effectively with wicked deeds and ...
today Supervision in organizations is important due to concerns about discipline (setting coordinated behavior). If the random organizations are implemented, they cannot work effectively.
Discipline will be increased with careful planning by organizations and Detailed timetables as a result of physical spaces. It is needed because a lot of people work together in a live setting.
It is essential in the social order and institutional discipline to be obedient to lawful orders of a higher authority (leader or director). The Holy Quran mentions it by referring to an example. It says to the believers that the set will not be successful if the collective work is done without coordination and permission of the director. Keep their courtesy and even do according to the community leaders' speech. So
"believers are those who believe in Allah and His Messenger, and when he took over the business in community, they do not go without the permission. In fact, those of you that do by permission, believe in God and His Messenger. So ask permission for all of your work, to anyone who is your supervisor and ask forgiveness of Allah who is the Most Merciful if you forget it.
Know addressing a prophet in you speech, like addressing some of yourselves to others. God knows [how] those of you sneaking [from him]. So those who are disobeying his orders beware lest would happen to them or a painful punishment would be for them.
We Talked earlier about the plan but here we focus on our organizational planning with a special look.
Planning is a process of gathering information and taking into account different assumptions and formulating the necessary actions to achieve the goals of the institution. That is to achieve it, the following steps must be taken into consideration.
In the first step, you should clearly define the goal and collect those affecting the facts and information.
Next is decision making. At this point, the following should be taken into consideration.
A) analyze information and draw all the possible scenarios and ways of implementation and results may, regardless of constraints;
B) the development of directions in a way that contributes to achieving the objectives;
C) evaluate and select the best ideas and results based on the resources available and possible;
D) develop criteria realistic, reasonable and enforceable.
Another step, the organization of forces and the delimitation of their duties.
The final step, the monitoring covers the following matters.
A) continuous evaluation of the implementation plan and ensure the non-diversion of the target;
B) Check the reason for disagreement with the results of the survey and the resulted errors;
C) Change Program to achieve the goal.
The organization required at the last a direction and properly trained staff, and it also should punish the offender. To prevail the light of discipline in the organization.
Imam Ali (peace be upon him) said to Malek Ashtar as a recommendation that:
"Never the righteous and wicked men are equal to you because it discourages the people from doing well and encourage evil doer in doing badly."

Society

Order in society is to obey all the rules and norms of society and the values that form the foundation of society. The meaning of concepts such as harmony, integrity and balance in social relations are included in it.
It is clear that social order depends on factors such as laws and values of the society, government and so on.

The role of government and the social order:

the best regulations are not valuable if the background will be available. The origin point and the same law will be fully implemented everywhere and on everything.
Human societies have tried to create an organization to regulate relations between members of the community that is what we call government. The lack of competent and qualified system will not result in the peace and order and will not be turned into order. Imam Ali (peace be upon him) says: the society chooses the leader, whether good or bad."
But if the system is also corrupted and there is no law and order in the society, a good governance could not do anything. This can be depicted as follows:
Organizations and social systems are like the streets of a city and their people. Each city has special streets, but people are forced to move out of the maze of the streets. Formidable and inventive people can select the closest and the best way among them.
If the rulers are honest people who are the head of organizations too but they have incapability, this is like wanting to pass with others through winding streets and irregularly choosing the nearest road. We could not reach the destination unless we change the system.
The relationship between the government and the public order is a two way relationship. As a fundamental role of the government is consolidating the rule of social discipline and the enforcement regulations the society also has the role of following discipline and so discipline is the most important factor in the durability of a system of government.
That deviant behavior and doing regardless the general rules are socially destructive and cause chaos and disorder in the society.
In the new science of sociology, discipline is an important subject by which different groups of society could interact with each other regularly.

Creating ways

Order itself is not created. But by the factors that have an influence on it, it could be created and survived.
Spirit and organized thinking emerges out of the man and on the other hand, the chaos, the confusion and distress of mind affect the soul. In other words, the emergence of order is in speech, behavior and human life, and it is rooted in his heart. The troubled soul also stems from the apparent chaos.
If in our lives, and our way of behavior, are organized, our minds will be organized too. When you have order and discipline in life and thought, certainly you could gain the order of complete divine thought.

Religiosity

The most important factor for having discipline is presenting a series of religious beliefs and values.
As a result, by adherence to the religious obligations, the best and most complete way is to create order in the individual and society. Because there is a close coordination between true religion and discipline, so that the believer could be known as an objectively true and complete regular man. For example, religious believers know the futility of the battalion and the problems of any cancellation. It means that all the activities of their life are useful and constructive and the aim is pursued. "Momenun" surah makes clear the characteristics of this category of people. These features are clearly reflected and depicted in the life of a believer in order. "Those are humble in their prayers are".
"Humility" Humility and respect the physical and psychological state is valuable and important and the truth of man's nature is revealed by it. The meaning of this verse is that the believer stands as the Lord's Prayer when he noticed that he be detached from the others. It is also said that he could see himself as a submissive creature.
The believer has the idea of imposing discipline. When the prayer stands as praying, all his thoughts are focused on the right things and he does not mind the other things. So that the deviation from within is disappeared.
Believers have particular order in financial issues. They consider carefully not only their own consumption but also the issues of right property.
"Those who guard their modesty. (Hold your lap.) Save their wives or slaves whom they have gained, so in this case there is no disdain for them."
God has entrusted the wisely instincts in man that by moderation in the efficiency of them, best human and human dignity are raised. Sexual instinct is as the most rebellious one. The lives of believers should be in control in order to restrain tame and not go too far from the way and not of wastage. Believers face properly with strangers in behavior, speech, movement and collision as it does not go outside of the virtuous circle and the underlying relationship motivation becomes just sex. On the other hand, in the family with the spouses, they do not go the way of isolation.
"And those who are faithful to their trusts and their covenant."
Tribute integrity and adherence to the covenant are of the remarkable characteristics of the believers. The covenant people do not only in relation to other people but to God, so self and nature is flowing.
Adherence to treaties and pay attention to it are of the foundations of the social system. Compliance with these principles within and outside the community makes humans to do according to special orders and protect himself from unplanned and disorganization things. In a society that is aware of these principles, chaos reigns. Because of this, non-religious communities have obliged themselves to these principles.
Since the religious affairs are inextricably linked with the order, the Quran as the drawing of the material and spiritual issues of human life and religious instruction in the Imam Ali (peace be upon him) is described as follows:
"Know that the future of science is in the Quran and it is the story of the past. It is your pain treatment and the way of organizing the (order) in your work.
A summary of this speech is that up to the time the individual and society do not work according to the religion and moral values particularly in the daily lives, there would not be any discipline.

Motivation:

Motivation and a sense of responsibility is the main essence of humanity and other creatures, so it is a boundary between them. Motivation is an energy source that keeps alive the commitments in which human lives. a Person who is without motivation, is outside of human physical space. Quran says about the irresponsible individuals who are living in the hell that:
"they have Hearts that do not understand the truth, do not see by their eyes and do not hear by their ears, they ignore everything. They are like cattle, because they are also misled. [Yes] They are the ignorant. "
The motivations of a person springs from his believes. He is motivated by a religious faith, and we play an important role in strengthening and maintaining it. Believing that we are responsible of what God has said and the obligations that we raise the motivation. The typical motives which are emanating from the faith are more strong and durable than material incentives.
In order to achieve different things in life, it is necessary to create motivation and enthusiasm in person because his knowledge of the fact and the place of things are increased and the motivation leads to more ordered affairs. Therefore, raising awareness, targeted doings and discipline-oriented culture strengthen motivation in the community and social pressures strengthen the order, motivation and discipline which are steps in getting successful.

Justice:

Justice as a religious principle underlying the establishment of order in the different aspects of life. Justice is a moderation between extremes. In other words, it puts everything in its place. Equity in word means endurance and in the law of religion, it is moving on the right path, and to avoid dilemma. Dehkhoda quotes (defined Jurjani): religious teachings appeal the justice and its ignorance and corruption are prohibited. This applies not only to the individuals but also in all aspects of social relations and it is emphasized so much.
A close relationship between justice and order should be established.
Imam Ali (peace be upon him) says on the recommendation of justice and dealing with brokers:
You should never think of good and evil doings equally because it makes good people be discouraged in doing good and evil doers are encouraged in their practice.
He articulates the justice as integral to faith and he expresses the four pillars of the justice branch and says:
Just the four branches which are based on profound understanding, deep knowledge, judgments and good tolerance.
The belief in a fair system and justice on the universe and looking at the surrounding areas of personal and social behavior based on it cause order and disciple.

Modeling:

Modeling is important in order to create a great effect on the individual and society. Impressionable spirit of man and the environment, introduce healthy patterns which are necessary to be in the path of achieving goals. Quran has introduced Prophet (peace be upon him and his progeny) as the model for the believers in the Hereafter. Prophet Abraham (peace be upon him) is also considered a good example. Prophets are ideal examples in various aspects of life.
Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his progeny) in dealing with some of the people who were abandoned the discipline in other aspects of life, went on the template, and he said: "? Am I not a good example for you?" and In this regard, when the Prophet (peace be upon him and his progeny) was aware of some of the people of the frock who have abandoned their usual way of life. So he went to mosque and after praising God, he said: “what is happened to some of you? Why you do not eat meat, do not smell perfume and do not have relation with women. But I eat meat, I smell perfume and I have relation with women. So whoever turns away from my tradition, he is not with me."
Religious teachings are a positive model to the company of the righteous and on the other hand they neutralize the negative effects of the environment and avoid such patterns have been discouraged people from socializing with each other. For example, see "someone who is willing to socialize but how is that he do not take advantages of virtuous companionship with scientists and wise men and be in the light of their knowledge, guidance and companionship?"; "do not accompany with the fool because he consider his deeds as good and transfer them to you."

Strengthening the regulatory system:

Continuous monitoring and precise way of creating order in the behavior of individuals and society is important. Planning without supervision subjects to a deviation from the target and the result is failure. Religious teachings, tell us to regulate the behavior of individuals and society, and self-monitoring ourselves. Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) on the recommendation of the Audit says:
If you see a good thing follow it more, and if you see poor doings, forget them in order not to be shameful in the Day of Resurrection.
It is clear that self leads and planning cause ordered affairs. The Holy Imam Ali (peace be upon him) avoid lethargy, but become accustomed to self-correction, provision of a prosperous past and become accustomed to self-audit work.
The holy Imam recommend his followers to inspect the orders and instructions, governors and their agents and monitoring the order, and also sending people to inspect them too. Imam says to Malek:
"The work they [officials and staff surveillance and appoint truthful and loyal inspectors to them. And you secretly care in their work to uphold the integrity and tolerance of the peasant forces. Be aware! If one of them open to treachery and betrayal, report it but have sufficient evidence for that ...
The Prophet in a letter to one of his agents (Malik ibn Ka'b Alarhby) wants him to:
"place A man in your position as the successor and go with ten or a group of allies [to inspect and monitor the performance and behavior of broker] to all over the land of literacy (Iraq) area and look for how they act and ask brokers to Put them in conducting reviews and following up.

Encouraging and punishing:

If good and evil are served inconsiderate, and they are considered equal to each other and not according to their action, or behavior, or irregularities in social areas, they will affected badly on population. Imam Ali (peace be upon him) says:
"Never shall the righteous and wicked men are equal to you because it makes good people unwillingly in their good and the wicked ones encourage in bad practice."
Thus, dealing with outlaws, is considered grounds for discipline. The evil result of their doing could be an example for others and people will see it. It is also hoped his good work.
If good and evil and serving and inconsiderate, are considered equal to each according to their action, not behavior, irregularities in social areas will be worst affected population. Imam Ali (peace be upon him) says:
"Never shall the righteous and wicked men are equal to you because it makes good people unwillingly in their good and the wicked ones encourage in bad practice."
Thus, dealing with outlaws, is considered grounds for discipline. The evil result of their action could be learned by others and they will see it. It is also the same for his good work. In The story of the battle of Tabuk, three Muslims refused to go with the Holy Prophet. Prophet and his descendants returned from the war, with the field and sanctions tight relations with them, constructive approach in dealing with wrongdoers, and put social pressure on them to repent their doings and it provided the field of a lesson for others. Quran says in explaining the incident:
"And also relented toward the three who were left, and refused to participate in Tabuk and Muslims with whom they have relations. Accepting their repentance was delayed until the land with all its wideness tightened and pressed them and came to know that the sanctuary of God is the only way. So [God] will repent to them [success]. God is the Most Merciful forgives. "

Imam Ali (peace be upon him) about punishing the offender says:

"If one of the agents opened treachery and betrayal reported you, take it as a sufficient evidence and punish him by spanking him and deliver what he has earned and take them, then keep him fed and considered him as a traitor, and hang disgrace to his neck to be known among people.

He in order to encourage them says:

"They learn to do well and encourage continuous and important work they have done on the facade. Because you have encouraged them the good deeds of the brave [to try and move] and be away from God's willing [do not do them]."
" constantly encourage them with the good, and always remind the suffering of those who have tried much, mention them of the good work so much, encourage them to motivate, and afraid bad hearted to not try it more. God considers the amount of pain and suffering of each one and account it, and his reward is seen as the pain and hassle are for those have done fault ...
It is clear that the reward and punishment are considered for everybody. They are because of deviation from the path of religion or following them. But excessive punishment or reward would despair man, and will not have the proper result. The Holy Quran has taught the prophets the task of evangelism and warning together and says to them that sometimes they should prefer the encouragements and sometimes warning.

Provide basic needs:

Favorable supply (pay attention to) satisfies the basic the employees of the social discipline, this leads to satisfaction, comfort and safety of their employees and avoid the predicament. On the other hand the concerns of livelihood and material needs destroy discipline in society. Imam Ali (peace be upon him) says to Malek:
Approve their living conditions, because it strengthens them in their performance and helps them avoid themselves from evil doings and encourages them to encroach on the property that they have no need for it.
... You have people who help the army corps as the commanders, and give more of your resources to help them, to the extent that both the soldiers and their dependents will be managed and that they target only one thing, and that thing is jihad against the enemies.

Conclusion:

Discipline in life and work has benefits in the area of individual and social. Of these, we refer to some of them.
A) Speed and certainty, with discipline tumultuous been dismantled and as a result the speed and certainty of labor goes up. Achieving the goal is faster and the time is used efficiently. Imam Ali (peace be upon him) the owner says: "handle to do the work of every day in that day because every day has a work for it." This means that you should have a daily schedule and divide the task of that day. The lack of discipline and order are disturbing and confusing.
B) Ordered work eliminates stress and mental involvements and gives peace of mind.
C) Raise morale and increase the quality, regularity underlying morale, thus increasing productivity. Imam Ali (peace be upon him) said: Whoever does the work by weakness destroy the benefits.
Another great function is the order they are mentioned in the list. Creativity and hard work result in the preparation for a greater focus, evident progress and increase the likelihood of achieving the goal.
Some Things cause confusion in the order of the thought and life. These factors can be biological, psychological, emotional, social, educational, and cultural and individual sought. Today and tomorrow, the unwarranted developments, inertia and laziness, aversion priority (not in priority) and escape responsibility are Examples of such cases.
Sometimes Irregularities is irreparable and so it is problematic. Among them, these following ones can be mentioned briefly. Abnormal activities, seizure and distribution, waste of power, losing a sense of identity, frustration and failure.
