The cave is located 3km northeast of the city of Dehloran, on the slope of a mountain overlooking a valley and the springs of Dehloran. Its length measures 155m , with a width of 30 m and its height from the floor to the ceiling reaches 50 m. There are broad corridors inside ,
and the depth of some of its parts reaches 400 m.
It's known as bat's cave as it's a habitat for the bats, about 20,000 bats totally. Its bats are tailed and large. The cave is one of the historic caves in the age of cavemen , which later on turned into a habitat for bats. The most remarkable thing about it is that there is a gigantic and thick mass of bats crap on the floor, formed during thousands of years. It is used by farmers to fortify their agricultural lands. The cave as a conservation area has joined the national sites list.
