Sweet-smelling rice, 500 g
Minced meat, 250 g
Potatoes, 3 nos
Currants, 100 g
Onions, 3 nos
Yolk of one egg, 1 no
Oil, as required
Tomato puree, as required
Pepper powder, as required
Turmeric powder, as required
Fragrant herbs, as required
Procedure,
 

First, put the fragrant rice inside a pot with enough water over the flame.
Once it is cooked, keep it aside till cool. Then knead to make dough.
After that, fry the minced meat, chopped potatoes and onions as well as currants and sprinkle in tomato puree, pepper, turmeric, and some fragrant herbs.

Spread a small piece of the dough in your palms and put enough fried mixture inside. And form it into your desired shape. Dip it inside the egg yolk and then deep fry in a pan.
