Mirza Kadu is a type of the dish like Mirza Ghasemi, instead of eggplants zucchinis are used.
Ingredients
Fresh zucchini, 500 grams
Egg, 2 nos
Garlic bulb, 1 no
Oil , as required
Tomato puree, 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder, 1 tsp
Salt and pepper, as required
Procedure
 Mirza Kadu
First wash the zucchinis and peel them, a thin layer should be removed, and grate them in large pieces.
Peel the garlic cloves as well and crush them. Then fry them in plenty of oil over a very mild flame. Remove them and put into a dish.
Separately break eggs, beat them and fry.
In the same oil, fry grated zucchinis stirring constantly not to stick to the dish.
Be careful not to over-fry them. Finally, add tomato puree, garlic, and eggs and season with salt, pepper and turmeric.
