Did Hazrat Yunes disobey?

Quran states
وَإِنَّ یُونُسَ لَمِنَ الْمُرْسَلِینَ
.(.So also was Jonah among those sent (by Us
إِذْ أَبَقَ إِلَى الْفُلْكِ الْمَشْحُونِ
.When he ran away (like a slave from captivity) to the ship (fully) laden
Quran and immaculateness of prophets
Immaculateness of prophets can be proved through two ways: narrations and wisdom.
1. Absolute obeying from prophets
Quran states
وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا مِن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا لِیُطَاعَ بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ ۚ وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ إِذ ظَّلَمُوا أَنفُسَهُمْ جَاءُوكَ فَاسْتَغْفَرُوا اللَّهَ وَاسْتَغْفَرَ لَهُمُ الرَّسُولُ لَوَجَدُوا اللَّهَ تَوَّابًا رَّحِیمًا
We sent not a messenger, but to be obeyed, in accordance with the will of Allah. If they had only, when they were unjust to themselves, come unto thee and asked Allah´s forgiveness, and the Messenger had asked forgiveness for them, they would have found Allah indeed Oft-returning, Most Merciful.
وَإِذَا فَعَلُوا فَاحِشَةً قَالُوا وَجَدْنَا عَلَیْهَا آبَاءَنَا وَاللَّهُ أَمَرَنَا بِهَا ۗ قُلْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا یَأْمُرُ بِالْفَحْشَاءِ ۖ أَتَقُولُونَ عَلَى اللَّهِ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ
When they do aught that is shameful, they say: "We found our fathers doing so"; and "Allah commanded us thus": Say: "Nay, Allah never commands what is shameful: do ye say of Allah what ye know not?
وَلَمَّا رَجَعَ مُوسَىٰ إِلَىٰ قَوْمِهِ غَضْبَانَ أَسِفًا قَالَ بِئْسَمَا خَلَفْتُمُونِی مِن بَعْدِی ۖ أَعَجِلْتُمْ أَمْرَ رَبِّكُمْ ۖ وَأَلْقَى الْأَلْوَاحَ وَأَخَذَ بِرَأْسِ أَخِیهِ یَجُرُّهُ إِلَیْهِ ۚ قَالَ ابْنَ أُمَّ إِنَّ الْقَوْمَ اسْتَضْعَفُونِی وَكَادُوا یَقْتُلُونَنِی فَلَا تُشْمِتْ بِیَ الْأَعْدَاءَ وَلَا تَجْعَلْنِی مَعَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِینَ
When Moses came back to his people, angry and grieved, he said: "Evil it is that ye have done in my place in my absence: did ye make haste to bring on the judgment of your Lord?" He put down the tablets, seized his brother by (the hair of) his head, and dragged him to him. Aaron said: "Son of my mother! the people did indeed reckon me as naught, and went near to slaying me! Make not the enemies rejoice over my misfortune, nor count thou me amongst the people of sin.
وَاخْتَارَ مُوسَىٰ قَوْمَهُ سَبْعِینَ رَجُلًا لِّمِیقَاتِنَا ۖ فَلَمَّا أَخَذَتْهُمُ الرَّجْفَةُ قَالَ رَبِّ لَوْ شِئْتَ أَهْلَكْتَهُم مِّن قَبْلُ وَإِیَّایَ ۖ أَتُهْلِكُنَا بِمَا فَعَلَ السُّفَهَاءُ مِنَّا ۖ إِنْ هِیَ إِلَّا فِتْنَتُكَ تُضِلُّ بِهَا مَن تَشَاءُ وَتَهْدِی مَن تَشَاءُ ۖ أَنتَ وَلِیُّنَا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَا ۖ وَأَنتَ خَیْرُ الْغَافِرِینَ
And Moses chose seventy of his people for Our place of meeting: when they were seized with violent quaking, he prayed: "O my Lord! if it had been Thy will Thou couldst have destroyed, long before, both them and me: wouldst Thou destroy us for the deeds of the foolish ones among us? this is no more than Thy trial: by it Thou causest whom Thou wilt to stray, and Thou leadest whom Thou wilt into the right path. Thou art our Protector: so forgive us and give us Thy mercy; for Thou art the best of those who forgive.
الَّذِینَ یَتَّبِعُونَ الرَّسُولَ النَّبِیَّ الْأُمِّیَّ الَّذِی یَجِدُونَهُ مَكْتُوبًا عِندَهُمْ فِی التَّوْرَاةِ وَالْإِنجِیلِ یَأْمُرُهُم بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَیَنْهَاهُمْ عَنِ الْمُنكَرِ وَیُحِلُّ لَهُمُ الطَّیِّبَاتِ وَیُحَرِّمُ عَلَیْهِمُ الْخَبَائِثَ وَیَضَعُ عَنْهُمْ إِصْرَهُمْ وَالْأَغْلَالَ الَّتِی كَانَتْ عَلَیْهِمْ ۚ فَالَّذِینَ آمَنُوا بِهِ وَعَزَّرُوهُ وَنَصَرُوهُ وَاتَّبَعُوا النُّورَ الَّذِی أُنزِلَ مَعَهُ ۙ أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ
Those who follow the messenger, the unlettered Prophet, whom they find mentioned in their own (scriptures),- in the law and the Gospel;- for he commands them what is just and forbids them what is evil; he allows them as lawful what is good (and pure) and prohibits them from what is bad (and impure); He releases them from their heavy burdens and from the yokes that are upon them. So it is those who believe in him, honour him, help him, and follow the light which is sent down with him,- it is they who will prosper.
2. Imam for guiding human
Quran states
وَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ أَئِمَّةً یَهْدُونَ بِأَمْرِنَا وَأَوْحَیْنَا إِلَیْهِمْ فِعْلَ الْخَیْرَاتِ وَإِقَامَ الصَّلَاةِ وَإِیتَاءَ الزَّكَاةِ ۖ وَكَانُوا لَنَا عَابِدِینَ
And We made them leaders, guiding (men) by Our Command, and We sent them inspiration to do good deeds, to establish regular prayers, and to practise regular charity; and they constantly served Us (and Us only).
قُلْ هَلْ مِن شُرَكَائِكُم مَّن یَهْدِی إِلَى الْحَقِّ ۚ قُلِ اللَّهُ یَهْدِی لِلْحَقِّ ۗ أَفَمَن یَهْدِی إِلَى الْحَقِّ أَحَقُّ أَن یُتَّبَعَ أَمَّن لَّا یَهِدِّی إِلَّا أَن یُهْدَىٰ ۖ فَمَا لَكُمْ كَیْفَ تَحْكُمُونَ
Say: "Of your ´partners´ is there any that can give any guidance towards truth?" Say: "It is Allah Who gives guidance towards truth, is then He Who gives guidance to truth more worthy to be followed, or he who finds not guidance (himself) unless he is guided? what then is the matter with you? How judge ye?
أَكَانَ لِلنَّاسِ عَجَبًا أَنْ أَوْحَیْنَا إِلَىٰ رَجُلٍ مِّنْهُمْ أَنْ أَنذِرِ النَّاسَ وَبَشِّرِ الَّذِینَ آمَنُوا أَنَّ لَهُمْ قَدَمَ صِدْقٍ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ ۗ قَالَ الْكَافِرُونَ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَسَاحِرٌ مُّبِینٌ
Is it a matter of wonderment to men that We have sent Our inspiration to a man from among themselves?- that he should warn mankind (of their danger), and give the good news to the Believers that they have before their Lord the lofty rank of truth. (But) say the Unbelievers: "This is indeed an evident sorcerer.
إِلَیْهِ مَرْجِعُكُمْ جَمِیعًا ۖ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقًّا ۚ إِنَّهُ یَبْدَأُ الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ یُعِیدُهُ لِیَجْزِیَ الَّذِینَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ بِالْقِسْطِ ۚ وَالَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا لَهُمْ شَرَابٌ مِّنْ حَمِیمٍ وَعَذَابٌ أَلِیمٌ بِمَا كَانُوا یَكْفُرُونَ
To Him will be your return- of all of you. The promise of Allah is true and sure. It is He Who beginneth the process of creation, and repeateth it, that He may reward with justice those who believe and work righteousness; but those who reject Him will have draughts of boiling fluids, and a penalty grievous, because they did reject Him.
هُوَ الَّذِی جَعَلَ الشَّمْسَ ضِیَاءً وَالْقَمَرَ نُورًا وَقَدَّرَهُ مَنَازِلَ لِتَعْلَمُوا عَدَدَ السِّنِینَ وَالْحِسَابَ ۚ مَا خَلَقَ اللَّهُ ذَٰلِكَ إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ ۚ یُفَصِّلُ الْآیَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ یَعْلَمُونَ
It is He Who made the sun to be a shining glory and the moon to be a light (of beauty), and measured out stages for her; that ye might know the number of years and the count (of time). Nowise did Allah create this but in truth and righteousness. (Thus) doth He explain His Signs in detail, for those who understand.
وَإِذَا تُتْلَىٰ عَلَیْهِمْ آیَاتُنَا بَیِّنَاتٍ ۙ قَالَ الَّذِینَ لَا یَرْجُونَ لِقَاءَنَا ائْتِ بِقُرْآنٍ غَیْرِ هَٰذَا أَوْ بَدِّلْهُ ۚ قُلْ مَا یَكُونُ لِی أَنْ أُبَدِّلَهُ مِن تِلْقَاءِ نَفْسِی ۖ إِنْ أَتَّبِعُ إِلَّا مَا یُوحَىٰ إِلَیَّ ۖ إِنِّی أَخَافُ إِنْ عَصَیْتُ رَبِّی عَذَابَ یَوْمٍ عَظِیمٍ
But when Our Clear Signs are rehearsed unto them, those who rest not their hope on their meeting with Us, Say: "Bring us a reading other than this, or change this," Say: "It is not for me, of my own accord, to change it: I follow naught but what is revealed unto me: if I were to disobey my Lord, I should myself fear the penalty of a Great Day (to come).
هُوَ الَّذِی یُسَیِّرُكُمْ فِی الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ ۖ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا كُنتُمْ فِی الْفُلْكِ وَجَرَیْنَ بِهِم بِرِیحٍ طَیِّبَةٍ وَفَرِحُوا بِهَا جَاءَتْهَا رِیحٌ عَاصِفٌ وَجَاءَهُمُ الْمَوْجُ مِن كُلِّ مَكَانٍ وَظَنُّوا أَنَّهُمْ أُحِیطَ بِهِمْ ۙ دَعَوُا اللَّهَ مُخْلِصِینَ لَهُ الدِّینَ لَئِنْ أَنجَیْتَنَا مِنْ هَٰذِهِ لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الشَّاكِرِینَ
He it is Who enableth you to traverse through land and sea; so that ye even board ships;- they sail with them with a favourable wind, and they rejoice thereat; then comes a stormy wind and the waves come to them from all sides, and they think they are being overwhelmed: they cry unto Allah, sincerely offering (their) duty unto Him saying, "If thou dost deliver us from this, we shall truly show our gratitude.
وَمَا تَكُونُ فِی شَأْنٍ وَمَا تَتْلُو مِنْهُ مِن قُرْآنٍ وَلَا تَعْمَلُونَ مِنْ عَمَلٍ إِلَّا كُنَّا عَلَیْكُمْ شُهُودًا إِذْ تُفِیضُونَ فِیهِ ۚ وَمَا یَعْزُبُ عَن رَّبِّكَ مِن مِّثْقَالِ ذَرَّةٍ فِی الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِی السَّمَاءِ وَلَا أَصْغَرَ مِن ذَٰلِكَ وَلَا أَكْبَرَ إِلَّا فِی كِتَابٍ مُّبِینٍ
In whatever business thou mayest be, and whatever portion thou mayest be reciting from the Qur´an,- and whatever deed ye (mankind) may be doing,- We are witnesses thereof when ye are deeply engrossed therein. Nor is hidden from thy Lord (so much as) the weight of an atom on the earth or in heaven. And not the least and not the greatest of these things but are recorded in a clear record.
وَاتْلُ عَلَیْهِمْ نَبَأَ نُوحٍ إِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِهِ یَا قَوْمِ إِن كَانَ كَبُرَ عَلَیْكُم مَّقَامِی وَتَذْكِیرِی بِآیَاتِ اللَّهِ فَعَلَى اللَّهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ فَأَجْمِعُوا أَمْرَكُمْ وَشُرَكَاءَكُمْ ثُمَّ لَا یَكُنْ أَمْرُكُمْ عَلَیْكُمْ غُمَّةً ثُمَّ اقْضُوا إِلَیَّ وَلَا تُنظِرُونِ
Relate to them the story of Noah. Behold! he said to his people: "O my people, if it be hard on your (mind) that I should stay (with you) and commemorate the signs of Allah,- yet I put my trust in Allah. Get ye then an agreement about your plan and among your partners, so your plan be on to you dark and dubious. Then pass your sentence on me, and give me no respite''.
Rational reasons related to immaculateness of prophets
1. If we imagine that prophets are liars, we cannot trust them because we cannot make sure of whatever they say is right. Therefore, purpose of God from sending prophets which is related to obeying them is not achieved.
2. Sinners should be punished. Who can do such a thing with prophets of God? Quran states
وَمِنْهُمُ الَّذِینَ یُؤْذُونَ النَّبِیَّ وَیَقُولُونَ هُوَ أُذُنٌ ۚ قُلْ أُذُنُ خَیْرٍ لَّكُمْ یُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَیُؤْمِنُ لِلْمُؤْمِنِینَ وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّلَّذِینَ آمَنُوا مِنكُمْ ۚ وَالَّذِینَ یُؤْذُونَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِیمٌ
Among them are men who molest the Prophet and say, "He is (all) ear." Say, "He listens to what is best for you: he believes in Allah, has faith in the Believers, and is a Mercy to those of you who believe." But those who molest the Messenger will have a grievous penalty.
God states about angels
یَا أَیُّهَا الَّذِینَ آمَنُوا قُوا أَنفُسَكُمْ وَأَهْلِیكُمْ نَارًا وَقُودُهَا النَّاسُ وَالْحِجَارَةُ عَلَیْهَا مَلَائِكَةٌ غِلَاظٌ شِدَادٌ لَّا یَعْصُونَ اللَّهَ مَا أَمَرَهُمْ وَیَفْعَلُونَ مَا یُؤْمَرُونَ
O ye who believe! save yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is Men and Stones, over which are (appointed) angels stern (and) severe, who flinch not (from executing) the Commands they receive from Allah, but do (precisely) what they are commanded.
مَن كَانَ عَدُوًّا لِّلَّهِ وَمَلَائِكَتِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ وَجِبْرِیلَ وَمِیكَالَ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَدُوٌّ لِّلْكَافِرِینَ
Whoever is an enemy to Allah and His angels and messengers, to Gabriel and Michael,- Lo! Allah is an enemy to those who reject Faith.
Immaculateness of prophets before their choice as the prophet
Quran states

وَإِذِ ابْتَلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِیمَ رَبُّهُ بِكَلِمَاتٍ فَأَتَمَّهُنَّ ۖ قَالَ إِنِّی جَاعِلُكَ لِلنَّاسِ إِمَامًا ۖ قَالَ وَمِن ذُرِّیَّتِی ۖ قَالَ لَا یَنَالُ عَهْدِی الظَّالِمِینَ
And remember that Abraham was tried by his Lord with certain commands, which he fulfilled: He said: "I will make thee an Imam to the Nations." He pleaded: "And also (Imams) from my offspring!" He answered: "But My Promise is not within the reach of evil-doers.
Quran states
وَإِنَّ یُونُسَ لَمِنَ الْمُرْسَلِینَ
So also was Jonah among those sent (by Us).
إِذْ أَبَقَ إِلَى الْفُلْكِ الْمَشْحُونِ
When he ran away (like a slave from captivity) to the ship (fully) laden.
فَسَاهَمَ فَكَانَ مِنَ الْمُدْحَضِینَ
He (agreed to) cast lots, and he was condemned.
فَالْتَقَمَهُ الْحُوتُ وَهُوَ مُلِیمٌ
Then the big Fish did swallow him, and he had done acts worthy of blame.
وَإِنَّ لُوطًا لَّمِنَ الْمُرْسَلِینَ
.( So also was Lut among those sent (by Us
إِذْ نَجَّیْنَاهُ وَأَهْلَهُ أَجْمَعِینَ
. Behold, We delivered him and his adherents, all
إِلَّا عَجُوزًا فِی الْغَابِرِینَ
. Except an old woman who was among those who lagged behind
وَذَا النُّونِ إِذ ذَّهَبَ مُغَاضِبًا فَظَنَّ أَن لَّن نَّقْدِرَ عَلَیْهِ فَنَادَىٰ فِی الظُّلُمَاتِ أَن لَّا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّی كُنتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِینَ
And remember Zun-nun, when he departed in wrath: He imagined that We had no power over him! But he cried through the deptHs of darkness, "There is no god but thou: glory to thee: I was indeed wrong.
