Ingredients
Lalak, 2 cups
Chicken stock, 2 cups
Onions, large, 2 nos
Oil
Salt
  Gemneh or Lalak
Lalak, is very tiny, almost powdered, wheat groat bulgur which is sold in packets in Bushehr stores. The picture below shows how it should be prepared by sieving.
Directions
Sauté Lalak in a frying pan in oil till it changes in color into bright brown. Take care not to burn since this happens very quickly.
Fry the chopped onions in oil till golden brown. Add them to the sautéed Lalak. Pour in the chicken stock. You can apply salted water instead. Chicken stock will give it a far better flavor. Bring it into a boil. The interesting point about the dish which will stick into your mind is that the amount of Lalak and chicken stock or spiced water are the same; 2 cups. Once ready, transfer to your desired dish. And as usual Bon Appetit!
