Almost all men love to have, grilled kidney, liver and heart.
This dish contains 2 important advantages; it does n't need a special cooking skill and furthermore it does n't take so much to get ready. In fact , it is super easy. No, you are mistaken if you think I am going to teach you how to grill! There are many other ways to cook these parts of the lambs.
So if you have a craving for a dish containing meat, and not a vegetarian,and want to try new ways for your cuisine, we recommend you to give it a try! Kidney and Mushrooms dish!
So, on the way home, purchase 8 kidneys plus a packet of fresh mushrooms. You might have other ingredients available at home! The dish serves 3 to 4 people. So , If you are living alone, or if your family is away on a trip, you can ask a few friends to join!
Now the ingredients,
Butter, 25 g, or 2 tbsp
Dried shallot, 1 no
Garlic cloves, crushed, 2 nos
Mushrooms, 115 g or 1 1/2 cups
Red pepper powder, 1/4 tbsp
Tomato paste, 1 tbsp
Fresh lamb kidneys, cut lengthwise, 8 nos
Fresh parsley, chopped finely, 2 tbsp
Salt, a pinch
 Kidney and Mushrooms
Directions
First Soak the dried shallot inside water till soft. Then chop it into tiny pieces. Now take a frying pan and put the butter inside it. Set it over the flame till melted.
Then put inside the chopped shallot, crushed garlic and sliced mushrooms and sauté in the butter for 5 minutes. Now season with pepper powder and tomato paste and heat for another minute.
Remove the very thin skin of the kidneys and slice to the mixture. And sauté again for another 3 to 4 minutes.
At the end of the process, sprinkle the chopped parsley over and the dish is ready! If desired, you can squeeze fresh lemon on top to give it a sour taste. Bon Appetit!
Cooking points,
If you want the kidneys cook well, and do this very quickly, you can cut them in tiny pieces.
Once, adding the sliced kidneys, put the lid on.
Before serving the dish, don't forget to sprinkle salt.
