Ingredients,
Split chicken, cut in large pieces, 1 no
Onions, fried, 4 tbsp
Plums, 250 g
Carrots, 3 nos
Tomato paste, 2 tbsp
Oil for frying
Salt and pepper, as required
First sauté chicken in a frying pan with drizzles of oil. Stir in 1 tablespoon of fried onions along with 2 glasses of water. Season with salt and pepper and let it cook over the low flame until half-done. In a separate pan sauté plums in oil and cook with a glass of water. Cut carrots into small cubes and sauté in a pan with oil. Keep it aside. In the remaining oil, sauté dried apricots. And put it aside. In the same pan fry the tomato paste with drops of oil and add in the half-cooked chicken, sautéed carrots, dried apricots and plums. Pour in 1 or 2 glasses of hot water, and stir in a pinch of salt and pepper. Lay it over the mild flame and give 45 minutes till well-cooked. Serve in a desired dish. Bon Appetit!
