Seyed Reza Huseini Nasab, Hojat Al-Islam Al-Moslemin, was born in Yazd in 1960 H.S. He left the public high school in the age of sixteen in order to learn the theological sciences in the theological school in Qom. He knew the Arabic, Persian and English Languages well and spoke them fluently. The Muslims of Canada invited him to Toronto and he was fulfilling religious activities for four years. During this time, he established four Islamic important institutes (the Islamic centre of Valiasr in Toronto, the assembly of Ahle Beit in northern America, the centre of Ahle Beit in Ottawa and the educational institute in Ottawa). Moreover, he founded two magazines '' the right path'' and '' Nistan'', the former in English and the latter in Farsi.
He undertook the responsibility of the management of Islamic centre of Hamburg and the Imam of the Mosque '' Imam Ali'' from the beginning of 1999 until 2003.
Ayatollah Seyed Abas Ghaem Maghami was born in Tehran and in a family known as only the elite and good -natured politician in his era, Mirza Seyed Abu Al-Ghasem Ghaem Maghami. his father is the grandson of Ghaem Maghem that achieved to martyr Sadr Azam through four mediates and the ancestry of Ghaem Magham leads to Hazrat Imam Zine El Abidine ( peace be upon him) through thirty four mediates.
Ghaem Maghami started learning religious sciences in the theological school of Tehran from the early years of official education and over several years, he benefited from the presence of prominent and great masters of theological schools of Qom and Tehran in the majors of jurisprudence, philosophy, and theosophy and achieved to the degree of Ijthad (deducing facts from Quran and Hadith) in the early years of his youth.

In addition to the courses of theological school, Ghaem Maghami started learning and studying the new philosophy and the philosophy of policy seriously. Apart from teaching jurisprudence, principles, and philosophy in the theological school, he as an assistant professor taught the Islamic philosophy, the Islamic Gnosticism of the foundations of jurisprudence, the Islamic rights, political idea and comparative theosophy in different universities of Tehran and he was invited to teach advanced levels in the courses of Gnosticism and theology by the department of studies of Khavar near the Berekli University of America. Some of ideas that include the clarification of legitimacy interference of human wisdom in the process of religious rules deduction, discrimination between subjective legitimacy (reality) and objective discrimination (the emphasis on the latter one in the political ruling), the criticism of the methodology of Ijthad on the basis of the world recognition and… have been presented and analyzed in the works of Ghaem Maghami
Analyzing the book '' the region of Al-Feragh'', a pattern about the religion on the basis of accepted foundation about Ijtehad and technical principles was presented in the sequence of articles of Maghami was published in 1368.
The book '' jurisprudence searches '' that include a collection of the ideas of jurisprudence was selected as the book of year of theological schools in two majors of jurisprudence and important principles in the first grade.
Over a hundred books and articles about different topics of philosophy, Gnosticism, rights and jurisprudence have been published. The books related to power and legitimacy, the trip of love, philosophical thoughts, endless pain and the entrance of Quran are the examples of the books of Maghami.
Mr. Ghaem Maghami as the youngest Mojtahed took part in the selections of the parliament of the jurisprudents of Iran. He was working as the Imam and the manager of the Islamic centre of Hamburg and the head of Islamic academy of Germany from 2004 until 2009.
With the selection of the members of European Union of scientists and Shiite Tvlvg.hay (IEUS), he was appointed as the head of the union in 2009 and with the establishment of the first parliament of the Shiites in Germany and with the vote of most of the attendants and the officials of the centers in the Islamic mosques of Shiites in Germany in 2009 and he undertook the responsibility of the parliament until the end Ionic Month of2010.

Books are gardens and prairies of scientist.
Most of the Muslims of Europe, especially Germany, are familiar with the Islamic centre of Hamburg and maybe, some of them have been able to visit this centre and its mosque several times from near and far places, have attended its various programs and have asked their religious questions.
Apart from its long existence and its interesting location beside the beautiful lake '' Elstar'', its fascinating building as the reflection of eastern architecture and art has attracted tourism tours to visit the Islamic centre of Hamburg as sightseeing of the city.
The library of the Islamic centre of Hamburg is located on the last floor of the new building. The library is not only used for study, but it is also used for the small scientific meetings. The length of this library is 220 meters.
There is rather large dome on the top of the library and its outer is covered by copper cover and its inner is covered by special cloth cover. The surface of the dome is decorated and painted by the Iranian artists and they have beautified it.
The design of various squares of Al-Mehvar that depict the sacred names '' Allah'' and '' Muhammad (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) is one of unique works of Iranian design.
The down part of this dome is covered with blue tiles that are written with the verses of Quran with the Solth Handwriting and these tiles have been made in the traditional tile company of Gohar Shad in the holy city of Mashhad. The beautiful salon of the library is used for the classes of painting training for teenagers, movie show and some celebrations. The books of this library are about Islam and it includes reference books and books related to the Islamic sciences such as jurisprudence, jurisprudence principles, Quran, Hadiths, the biography of Imams, Gnosticism, languages, Arab literature, the history of Iran and so forth. The way of the classification of this library is on the basis of LC. At the present, this series includes 6810 titles and 10288 volumes of book. The library presents its services to clients on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday days from 10 until 3. There are also other books of the centre of Hamburg in the part of Latin library that are in the Islamic academic salon and it includes 3000 books. Moreover, people interested in the books of this library can study them there or borrow their favorite books for two weeks after registering. It should be mentioned that some of these include the donating notes of dear authors in addition to precious inscriptions in the library of the Islamic centre of Hamburg such as deceased Ayatollah Al-Ozma Seyed Mohsen Hakim and deceased Ayatollah Taleghani that has donated his books with his own handwriting there. In addition, the personal library of deceased professor, Faltvr'', according to his order, it has been granted to the Islamic centre of Hamburg, has enriched the Islamic books (whether they are written in Farsi, Arabic and Germany Languages).

Scientists, sociologists and psychologists that intend to increase the level of knowledge and public awareness and to expand culture and art in each society believe that the growth of culture, especially the culture of studying, should start from childhood. Hence, the Islamic centre of Hamburg is attempting to build a library for children and teenagers and with the establishment of the library related to children and teenagers section within large library of this centre, to present books and audio and visual CDs in the languages of Persian, Germany Arab and … in a happy and quiet atmosphere, it will give services to children that are interested in studying.
The library is open on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday days from 10 A.M until 3 P.M.
Some books of the library for children and teenagers have been donated. Hence, donating books and other educational means to this section can enrich it for our dear children.

The most important activities and the services of the social affairs department of the Islamic centre of Hamburg include three parts: marriage, becoming Muslim, divorce and consultation. The following words are a summary of services in marriage.

Fortunately, such thing was welcome warmly by girls and women from various nationalities from the beginning. They started their activities in educational, research, cultural and recreational areas and if God wills, it will continue its activities more successful and effective than before.
