He was born in Tehran in 1929 on December 22 and trained to sign when being young by Evelin Baqchehban and learned the music theory by two high-school music teachers, Sirous Shardar and Fereydoon Farzaneh. He believed that his singing style is influenced by texture and richness of plectrum by masters such as Hossein Aslani, Nasser Hosseini and Muhammad Sarir.
During twenty decade, it was began a kind of thinking of the vocal lyrics and music among the people, especially the young generation, a part of which can be ascribed to an effect coming from broadcasting and the publication of the wider scientific music and folklore works from around the world, by radio and phonograph records. "Noori" in those years –teenager ages- began to get experienced as a singer by singing the new lyrics on the songs from the occident and some classical pieces which had composed.
Noori, during following years, relying on his education in the vocation and university, could grant an independent identity in the thoughts and attitudes; and performing the teachers’ works as mentioned earlier, a thoughtful space had been made in his style of how singing. Noori, over five decades, performed more than three hundred pieces. He has also written and translated articles and versed some poems for the song as well. Noori at the end of living years arrange several concerts to benefit of certain patients. He performed many greatest hits with patriotic themes such as "Dear Mary", "Rice Field", "Vasonak", "Friday Market", "Iran" ted.
Noori took graduates from School of Theatre and English Literature from Tehran University, and Principles of the theater from Faculty of Social Science.
After the Islamic Revolution, and after a period of silence, his career was resumed with the album under “In a cold winter night” along with Faribroz Lachini and Ahmad Reza Ahmadi in 1368 and later continued with the album under “Songs of the Land of the sun”. In 1385 he was selected and introduced by IRIB as memorable face in the music.
