The Israeli's nuclear power and its threat to the Middle East

In analyzing the causes of the arms race in the Middle East and its consequences for security and stability in the region, mostly Western politicians, condemn researchers and defensive and military policies of the Middle Eastern countries so, They, consciously and with a political purpose, do not refer to Israel's defensive policies, and they virtually ignore the Israel's nuclear arsenal. While every president since Eisenhower till klyntvn have been well aware of the Israeli nuclear capability the American officials have been trying to keep it hidden from the eyes of the world. Therefore the important questions poses is as follow: Does the Israel have a nuclear bomb, but we do not mean only nuclear power, but we want to know whether there are nuclear weapons in the arsenals of the Israel? Doesn’t the nuclear arsenal of the Israeli raise the Arab conflict, particularly on the issue of Palestine? This group did not think that these types of weapons used in the limited border clashes with the Arab neighboring countries or resistance of none- state groups who battled in the occupied territories or outside them. Hosni Mubarak's councilors protested to this issue that the Israel was skipped regarding the contracts of mass killing weapons and didn’t sign the treaty of lack of spreading nuclear weapons. This issue nearly has united all the Middle east nations altogether so that they don’t have such weapons in their arsenals nevertheless, the Israel doesn’t have any commitment to this treaties so, this discrimination has made the situation unfair and has caused instabilities in the middle East. Even in the negotiations made in 1995 between Shimon Pérez and Hosni Mubarak this issue suggested but, due to the American pressure on the Egypt, the Egypt ended its immediate insistence on the Israel on the other side, the Israel promised that during one year after signing peace treaty between, from one side Israel and another side Lebanon and Syria from other side, give a treaty to sign. Regarding recent atomic capability of the Israel, there are conflicts, so it is evident that the Israel has such ability. The question is that for discussing about a safe Middle East and empty of nuclear and mass killing weapons, must we wait to see until the Israel gets strategic ability or decides to change its equivocal nuclear strategy to an evident stopping one. The important point is that does this atomic ability endanger the security of the Middle East?
The concern of many researchers who insist on atomic control of weapons in the Middle East, is not the issue that the Israel doesn’t use this weapons in the battles or against the Palestine so, their main concern is that the Israel, used this weapon as before as nuclear toll and also use them in order to achieve political end so, in 1973 since the Israel needed USA by receiving military equipment, used nuclear threats against USA so that it can achieves its practical ends. In the war of Pacific Ocean which broke out by Iraq's attack to Kuwait, the spying American satellites reported that atomic heads are placed in the Israel's crockets and it was a threat to the USA so that the USA speed up sending missile beam to the Israel so, this is the political use of these nuclear weapons, which has concerned many experts in the Middle East. The reaction Middle Eastern must show is that to pressure on the Israel by great powers so that they use their influence to persuade the Israel sends out these weapons from its arsenals therefore, they must do it in international settings for example we can do it in international Islamic conferences strictly or the Arab union or areal organizations. The Islamic Revolution is, may be the first country in the Middle East which by specific sensitivity has followed many diplomatic efforts nevertheless, it requires all the Middle East countries to collaborate in these efforts.
