Zion is the name of a hill in Jerusalem that in the past there have been a castle above it with the same name. According to the Bible (Second Book of Samuel, 5: 6-9) this castle was conquered by the Prophet David about the tenth century BC, and called it the "City of David". Later, this hill became a symbol for Jerusalem and all land of Israel and was used as the title of that land. Zionism is a movement that also is advocate of returning the Jews to the Palestinian lands and the creation of the Jewish state in this land. In 70 AD Jewish state collapsed and the Temple of Jerusalem was destroyed and the Jews were scattered by the Romans and since then, the desire of returning to the Palestinian lands and the creation of an independent Jewish state took place among the Jews, This desire Was strong at the time when this nation were put under pressure more, But the history of the formation of this process as an active movement and integrated and with specific program, return to the late nineteenth century and This was when the Jews for the first time tasted the taste of freedom in the light of modern western democracy.
However, this Group fulfilled their aspirations by any tools and created the independent Jewish state and always they wanted to expand it. Here the critical question is this that this ideal or claim how much is based to the Jewish Bible, it means the Old Testament? In other words, What the Old Testament says about the Promised Land of the Children of Israel? Based on the Old Testament that is the only sacred text of Judaism and also is the only historical source of the first century of the people of Israel, How can be evaluated that the claim of the ownership of Promised Land from this group that know themselves as the heirs of it? This article seeks to answer this question.
First of all, we have to see that what is the origin promise of a special land in the Old Testament? And then discuss this study that the claim of claimants to what extent is match with the words of this book depending on what has occurred in the history of this nation.

A) The promise of land in the Old Testament

No doubt that in a collection which Jews called it the Testament Book and the Christian called it the Old Testament, Talk about the Promised Land and promise of that place has come. However, about this fact that in this collection, which includes dozens of small and large book, when and by who is written, there is serious disagreement between the Judeo-Christian tradition and critics of the old and new the sacred texts. In the short term It could be said which Judeo-Christian tradition has been base on this that the books of this collection were written by the eminent and known persons at a time nearly a millennium years ago. For example, it is told that the Torah is the book which God gave it to Moses and the books of Joshua, Davaran, Samuel and kings have been written by the great prophets like Joshua, Samuel and Jeremiah. While the critics of old and new know the writing time of these books after the Babylonian captivity, in the sixth century BC, And this time is centuries after those that The Judeo-Christian tradition has assigned these book to them. If the assignment of these books to the persons who tradition has claimed them was not verified, then these books will like other human books and, consequently, speaking about the Promised Land, was not verified like other contents of the texts. Even some Jews claim that the book of the Torah, after the Babylonian captivity was written by some people who went into captivity and had returned and in fact, this book has been written in accordance with their repressed wishes and aspirations and for this reason, it emphasizes to the Promised Land.
These matters has been ignored in this article, but on the assumption that the assignment of these books to the messengers of God was true, what will use from them about the Promised Land?
In the Torah, speaking from the Promised Land begins with the story about the migration of Prophet Abraham. Ibrahim (AS) migrated from Mesopotamia to the land of Canaan with the commandment of God That God had guided him in there. God appeared to Abraham there and said, "I will give this land to your generation" (Genesis 12: 7) and again said to him:” I am that God that brought you from the Ur Chaldeans city until give you this land "(Genesis 15: 7). But the noticeable point in the promise to Abraham is that Indeed was signed a covenant between him and God. On the one hand, God had promised that give the certain lands to the children of Abraham. However, God fulfills this covenant when that other side, mean Abraham and his children keep their promise means they obey from God and become competent people. They must even create symbol and sign of God in their body:
I will make my covenant forever with you and after you with your children generation after generation. I am your God and also will be God of your children. All the land of Canaan where are strange now in it, will give it forever to you and to your children and I will be their God. God said to Abraham: "Your duty and your children and the next generations is that keep my covenant. All of your men and boys must be circumcised until by this work show that they have accepted my covenant. (Genesis, 17: 7-11).
It is concluded from these words that God has a constant and perpetual tradition and a nation that their evil become a lot, Will be subject to the doom of God. Punishing of the inhabitants of the land of Canaan is this that the Israelis obtained their lands. But the Israelis, as we shall see, not except from this rule; ownership of the Promised Land is conditioned to the obedience of God and God reminds this promise to Isaac after Abraham:
If you have heard me speak, if you obey I will be with you and you will be blessed and I will give all this land to you and your generation; as I promised to your father Abraham. I will make your generation numerous like the stars in the sky and I will give them all this land... I will do this for the sake of Abraham, because he will obey my rules and commandments (Genesis, 26: 2-5).
This statement shows that the promise of that land to Abraham has been this that he obeyed unquestionable from God and also its condition will be the obedience of his children. Land of Canaan, after Isaac was promised to Jacob. When the children of Jacob settled in Egypt and were under pressure and punishment of the Egyptians, God raised Musa to save them. God says to Moses that I've come to Release the Children of Israel from slavery in Egypt and take them to the vast and cultivated land where milk and honey flow. But also this promise is conditional: Even if the people after the conquest of the Promised Land, Again turned to corruption and do not obey God's commandments, they will lost their land and will go into captivity:
If you do not listen to me and do not obey me and reject my laws and break my covenant which I had closed with you, Then I will punish you ... I will rise up against you and you will run away against your enemies. Those who hate you, will rule over you… I will destroyed your city and will damage your places of worship... Yes, your land will be haunted and your enemies will live there... The scourge of war will descend on you and then you will scatter among the nations. Your country will be haunted and your cities will be destroyed... (Leviticus, 26: 14-34). People who God has released them from the bondage of Egyptian with his surprising miracles until reach to the Promised Land, because they refused to obey God, God says about them:
The presence of my glory that has filled the earth, I swear that none of those who have seen my glory and miracles in Egypt and in the desert and several times have refused to obey and to trust, will not succeed even to see the land that I promised to their ancestors. Whoever insults to me will not see the Promised Land…you say to them…All you will die in this desert. Even one of you who has twenty years old to up…Will not enter to the Promised Land... Your body will be fallen in this desert. Your children will be wandered Forty years in this desert because of your unbelief until the last person of your nation die (Book of Numbers, 14: 20-33).
It is perceived from the Torah that God's promises about the land of Canaan has been so strict; Everyone thoroughly be faithful to his covenant with God and completely obey him, has merit to go to that land. It is strange that according to this book even the Prophet Moses and Aaron have not had this competence.
The same day God said to Moses: Go to the Ebarim Mountains in the land of Moab and in front of Eriha. There, Go on the top of the Nebo Mountain and look all the land of Canaan, which I give to the people of Israel, then you will die on that mountain and will attach to their ancestors; this is as the same as your brother Aaron who Died in the Hor mountain and joined his ancestors, Because both of you did not keep the sanctity of holiness against the people of Israel near the spring Marybeh Kadesh located in the Syn desert. The land which I give to the people of Israel will see in front of yourself but you will never enter to it (Deuteronomy, 32: 48-52).

B) The conquest of the Promised Land

Prophet Musa (AS) rescued the people of Israel from Egypt and led them to the Promised Land, but he did not conquer the land, But God had commanded him to appoint Joshua as his Successor until He entered the people to that land. Prophet Musa (AS) died and the Children of Israel were mourning for him and Joshua took the government. Book of the Torah ended with the death of the Prophet Moses (AS) and the next book, means the book of Joshua begins with these words: "God after the death of his servant, Moses, said to his assistant Joshua (son of Nun): My servant Moses is dead, then you Stand up and let the Children of Israel to across the Jordan River and deliver them into the land which I will give them (Joshua 1: 1-2). Children of Israel crossed the Jordan River under the leadership of Joshua and conquered the land of Canaan and were divided among the twelve tribes of the Children of Israel. Prophet Jacob (AS) had twelve sons that the name of two of them are not among the name of tribes. One of them was Levi who his children had the task of supervision of this people and thus were scattered among other tribes and another was Joseph that in his place is seen his name of two children among the twelve tribes. Then the twelve tribes of the Children of Israel are attributed to ten boys of Jacob and his two grandchildren. Joshua divided the land of Canaan among the twelve tribes in proportion to their population. Joshua called the Children of Israel at the end of his life and reminded this to them that although now you come to the Promised Land and have conquered it, this property is also conditional: My life has come to its end and all of you are witness that whatever God had promises you, One by one is done. As God has given Blessings to you, also God can reveal to you disaster; if you disobey his orders and worship other gods. Yes, his anger will be kindled against you and will be destroyed you from the great land where he have given to you (Joshua, 23: 14-16). According to the Old Testament, Children of Israel since Joshua who conquered the land of Canaan And captured it, for several centuries had this land at their hand and at the time of kings such as David and Solomon reached it at the peak of its glory. Based on the book "First Kings" the country of Children of Israel because of turning King Solomon to the pagan women and building the Pagoda for them and far from God and according to some Jewish writers because of his cruelty and injustice and due to incompetent of son and successor of Solomon, some region were analyzed to the north and south country. Ten [or eleven] tribe of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel in the north created a country called Israel and the tribe of Yehuda [probably very small tribe of Benjamin] created other country in the south that was called Yehuda.
For years, both north and south country were living together, until finally around the year 720 BC. North Country was captured by the Assyrians and the tribes that lived in it were taken into captivity and gradually merged with other ethnic groups and their ethnic independence disappeared. The book "First Kings" about the capture of this tribes, says:
When God separated Israel from Yehuda, The people of Israel chose Yarobam, the son of Nabat, to their leader. Yarobam diverted Israel from following God and he has brought them to a great sin. Israel from that sin which Yarobam had infected them, did not take their hand; until God as was reported by all the prophets, threw them from his presence. So people of Israel were exiled to the land of Assyria (First Kings 17: 21-23).
So in the late of eighth century BC so far when it is told from the Children of Israel, Purpose is only one [or two] of the tribe of the children of Israel who lived in the country of Yehuda. But the fate of this tribe and Country Yehuda were not much better than the northern tribes, Because However after the destruction of the North Country More than a hundred years continued to exist, but finally, in the year 586 BC, Yehuda Country was conquered, and the Temple of Jerusalem was destroyed by the king of Babylon, Bokhtonnasr, and its inhabitants were taken into captivity. The Old Testament Book says about the cause of this bondage:
All leaders, the priests and the people of Yehuda followed from the obscene acts of idolatry people and in this way they made unclean the sacred house of God in Jerusalem. God, the God of their ancestors, sent his prophets one after the other until warned them, because he had compassion on his people and homes. But the children of Israel mocked the prophets of God and did not listen to their message and were insulting them until God's anger was kindled against them to this extent that there is no other alternative for the people.
Then God raised king of Babylon against them and all the people of Yehuda were submitted by him. He did slaughtering the people of Yehuda and did not compassionate to young and old, and boys and girls and even entered the house of God and killed the youth of that place. King of Babylon picked up all jewelry of the house of God from small to large, and looted the treasury of the house of God and brought it to Babylon with the treasures of the king and courtiers. Then his forces burned the house of God, destroyed the fence of Jerusalem, set fire to all mansions and destroyed all their precious instruments. Those who survived were taken as captives to Babylon and until the rise of the Persian government were captured by King of Babylon and his sons (second Chronicles of days 14: 20).
From this item is well understood that because the people of Israel did not adhere to their covenant with God, were punished and went to the prison. Jeremiah reminds people the same Covenant with the commandment of God and he told them the risk of retribution from God:
God said to me that listen to his provisions of the covenant and say this message to the people of Yehuda and the inhabitants of Jerusalem that Damn the one that does not obey the Comments of this covenant; the same covenant that I closed with your ancestors when they released from the land of Egypt; From a land which was like a furnace of fire for them. I had said to them: If they obey me and listen to whatever I say, they will be my people and I will be their God! So now, you obey this covenant and also I will keep my promise which have given to your fathers and I will give a land to you where milk and honey is flowing there, it means the same land where you are now in it...
Then God said: Send my notification in the cities of Yehuda and in the alleys of Jerusalem! Tell to the people which pay attention to the provisions of my covenant and do it; because when I brought their ancestors from Egypt Up to day, I asked them repeatedly with emphasizing that Obey me! But they disobeyed and did not pay attention to my commands; but they went to follow their rebellious and corrupt desires and demands. They violated my covenant with this work, therefore, I run on their right all punishment that was mentioned in that covenant.
God said to me, the residents of Yehuda and Jerusalem have rebelled against me. They have returned to the sins of their fathers, and have refused to obey me; they have gone toward idolatry. Both the people of Yehuda and Israel have broken the covenant that had closed with their fathers, so I will send a great disaster to them that cannot survive ... (Book of Jeremiah, 11: 11-1).
And Ezekiel has predicted the captivity of this nation and loss of land:
Once again, God spoke to me and said: O Man of the Earth, say to the children of Israel: This is the end of your land. No hope left because due to your works, I will pour my wrath down upon you and will punish you as far as you are entitled (Ezekiel, 7: 12).
The inhabitants of Yehuda were taken as captive to Babylon and stayed there for decades until finally in 538 BC, the Great Cyrus freed them and returned them to their land. They rebuilt their country after their Captivity and for centuries were the puppet of Persians and Greeks until finally in 142 BC achieved their independence. This era of independence took less than a hundred years until the year 63 B, the Country of Yehuda was dominated by the Romans and more than a hundred years, the situation did not change. Until eventually the Jews upraised in 66 AD and for several years fought with the Romans. Finally, in the year 70 AD the City of Jerusalem was conquered after a month of siege. The Romans destroyed the city and its temple and killed many people. Since that time, the Jews were scattered and did not have an independent country.
Indeed the Jews after scattering have been passed three periods: In the first period, it means the first few centuries AD were most under the pressure of the Roman Empire. Until the beginning of the middle Ages and recognition of Christianity in the Roman Empire, the condition of the Jews was worsened in Western countries and this situation continued during the middle Ages. During this period, the Goals of returning to home more or less has been among the Jews. In the modern era and with the advent of democracy and freedom in Western countries, large number of people rejected this goals and considered it as unreasonable action and said, every Jew that lives in any country was called with that country. In the other hand this country become his home. But among them, some who are called "Zionists" insisted on this Goals and know themselves as heirs of Abraham (AS).

Investigation of claim

Zionists claim is that, according to the Bible, the Land of Palestine has been promised to the people of Israel. Based on The same book, this promise has been fulfilled and this people for centuries dominated on this Land and developed it. History shows that this people have been driven from the land with the force of the Roman Empire; So they have this right that return to their homeland and rebuild their country again.
We can examine this claim from multi direction;
1. In the year 70 AD, The Romans destroyed the City of Jerusalem and the Jews were dispersed. Since that time passed 1934 years. Since then, the Jews lived in different areas, and in many areas have enjoyed freedom and prosperity, and even in the middle Ages in Western countries have been under pressure, at the same time lived freely in Islamic countries and had equal rights with Muslims. Even in Western countries after the middle Ages and in recent years have been enjoyed freedom and equality. Now, The question is that can any group claim the land where in the distant past they has been living in it? According to the Bible, before the Children of Israel, Canaanites lived in this land; and whether those can claim today that we are the survivors of Canaanites and want to get back to our land? The logic of modern humans is that the homeland of everyone is the soil and land where everyone was born in it and claim of a person based on this that Hundreds years ago, my ancestors have lived in the region and were the owner of the land, is not justifiable in their views.
2. As passed, based on the biblical, the promise of the land of Canaan has been conditional on obedience to God. Even those that Moses brought out them from Egypt with the promise of the Promised Land, because they disobeyed from God, they were banned from entering to that land and God wandered them in the desert for forty years until all of them die and the next generation enter to the land. According to the Torah, Even Moses and Aaron did not have the merit to enter the territory; because they had sinned. After the entry of people to the land and conquered it, repeatedly the messengers of God told them that you have a covenant with God and if you does not keep this promise, your land will be taken from you and you will be displaced. As quoted from the Bible, all displacement and misery of the people throughout history has been for breaking the covenant with God and because of broken promises and debauchery, the country of Children of Israel were analyzed. Later for this reason the tribes that were living in the north of Israel country, were taken into captivity and even lost their ethnic identity and did not remain any address of them in the history. The tribe of Yehuda [And probably Benjamin] also were living in the south of the country of Yehuda and due to disobedience of God and debauchery, were taken into captivity and their country was destroyed. As far as it implies in the history of the Children of Israel in the Old Testament, This is a general and inclusive principle that all the misery of the people has been the result of disobedience to God. The story of the Great displacement of Jewish in 70 AD by the Romans, Although it has not come in the Bible, It is not exception from this rule, Because the prophets have repeated this point throughout the book that If you do not respect the covenant of God, will be such and such.
But the worthy attention point in this regard is that according to the Bible when the people did not perform covenant of God, God punished them and sometimes put them under the domination of foreigners and or displaced them from their country. But the resolution of this evil and punishment has been in the time that the people repented and they become remorseful of their work and brought back to the covenant with God and because the people had been whining for God, God sent them a people to save them.
When the children of Israel were in Babylonian captivity, God says to them through Jeremiah;
If you seek me wholeheartedly, you will find me. Yes, certainly you will find me and I will end to your captivity and I will gather you from the lands where I have exiled you there and will return you to your land. But in this time, because you have entered the false prophets in their own way and say that God has sent them and also I will send cholera and famine and I will build them as rotten figs that cannot eat it and should be discarded. I will wander them in all over the world, in any land that I dispersed them, shall be under the curse and ridicule and reproach and will be a source of fear, because they did not want to listen to my words, though I spoke with them several times by my prophets (Jeremiah, 29: 13-19).
And also through the prophet Ezekiel says to the people:
When I erase your sins, bring you back to your home country Israel and build ruins (Ezekiel 36: 33).

And says:

God says: "Other nation will be taunt you and they say: "Israel is the land that will devours its inhabitants.” But I say as God that they will not say these word because mortality will decrease in Israel. Those nations will not blame you anymore, because you will not be as sinful and rebellious people. I say this word as God (Ezekiel, 36: 13-15).
Comes from the foregoing that the cause of misery and exile has been corruption and sin of this people and because they returned to the path of God, God saved them. But in some cases, this thing is in the other way:
Another message from God came to me: Man of soil, when the Children of Israel lived in their homeland, they defiled it with their ugly deeds. Their behavior in my opinion was such a dirty and unclean fabric. They Infected the Country with murder and idolatry. For this reason, I threw down my anger to them. I exiled them to other lands and thus I punished them because of all their bad actions. But when they were scattered among the nations, they became the cause of disrespectfulness of my holy name, because other nation said about him: "These are the people of God who have been driven from our land.” I think about my holy name that you have done disrespectfulness among other nation. So tell the people of Israel that I say as God that I will return you to your land again. But I will do the work not because of you, But for the sake of my holy name that you have done disrespectfulness about it among other nation... (Ezekiel, 36: 16-22).
In both states, whether the captivity of nation or the end of it, returned to the action of the nation. But by the way, this is God who chastise and also this is God who forgive; so both are divine plan. Even the perpetrators of punishment and resolving agents of it are divine agents. In the Bible has come about the beginning of the Babylonian captivity: "then God raised the King of Babylon against them and all the people of Yehuda were surrendered by him (Second Chronicles of days 36: 17). And about the end of captivity has come: "In the first year of the reign of Cyrus, Emperor of Persia, God, what had said By Jeremiah fulfilled. He forced Cyrus to issue a command ... This is the text of the decree: "I, Cyrus, Emperor of Persia, am announcing that God, the God of the heavens has commanded to me that Build a house for him in Jerusalem where is in the Jewish land. Upon completion, Jews who are in my territory whoever wants can restore to that land. God, the God of Israel be with him "(ibid, 36: 22-23).
As well as passed, God before the captivity, had announced with prophets and also before its end, divine prophets promised its end. Again, as passed, Even before the conquest of the land, first, the people’s evil who were living in that land reaches to its peak and before of it, Cannot enter the country. And secondly, entrants must be from the competent people and the Children of Israel to achieve this readiness were wandering in the desert for forty years, and a sinner generation were killed and the next generation entered. Thirdly, this matter must be done by the prophet of God, Joshua and it is not such that the people of this nation can do it arbitrarily.
According to the Bible, ethnic distribution in 70 AD was a divine punishment and therefore repetition of what happened in the past was necessary. This is not that the people whenever asked, dominated that land and whatever wants do with its residents. It must be done by the hands of God. Even in the time of Prophet Moses, when people wants to attack to that land Arbitrarily, He forbids them: "Do not go, because your enemies will defeat you, Because God is not with you ...God will not be with you, Because you have turned back from following him. "(Book of Numbers, 14: 4243).
3. As passed, God promised Prophet Abraham to give to his children the land of Canaan. It is clear from the Torah that this Promise is not for all the children of Abraham, but it is for the children of Isaac, and also is not for all the children of Isaac, but for the children of Jacob that God called him "Israel" and his children called the Children of Israel. Already passed that after the conquest of the Promised Land with the hand of Joshua, This territory was divided among the twelve tribes of the Children of Israel. So according to the promise that was given and in fact as it happened, the twelve tribes became the owner of that land.
But notable point is this that as passed from this twelve tribes, ten tribe, who lived in the north of the country, were in the captivity of Assyrians and later lost their ethnic identity and were divided in other nation of this region. When the country of the Children of Israel was analyzed, only one tribe had remained for the son of Solomon: "However, for the sake of my servant, David, and for the sake of my chosen city, Jerusalem, I permit that your son reign only on one of the twelve tribes of Israel "(I Kings 11: 12-13).In the same chapter, God says to Jeroboam: "I get the reign from the son of Solomon and give ten tribes to you, But I give one tribe to his son"(ibid: 35-36). But in the next chapter when the country was analyzed (And Jewish tribe and Benjamin are under the reign of Jeroboam, Son of Solomon, the Interpreters of the Bible, Each of them have tried to solve this problem in any way. Some have said that for this reason in the eleventh chapter, the word is about one tribe that the tribe of Benjamin was joined with the tribe of Yehuda. The other says that the tribe of Benjamin had connected with the tribe of David [Yehuda]. But the problem with these two theories is that they are inconsistent with the verse 13 in the chapter 11 of the book of I Kings, because there are this: "Only one of the twelve tribes."
In the some interpretation books has come that whether the tribe of Benjamin has taken into account as northern tribes or southern, there is always uncertainty and this that the tribes of northern were counted ten and the tribes of southern were counted only one is perhaps because of this story that in the twentieth chapter of the referees book has come. It has come in it that those of the tribe of Benjamin did a terrible sin and other tribes of the children of Israel fought with them and killed everyone in it such as men, women and children and only a few men remained that even there was not a woman for them. So the number of people in this tribe has been very low.
Therefore, If Promised Land belongs to the sons of Jacob, so definitely it cannot be claimed that has remained more than one tribe from the twelve tribes as distinct of other nation and specific ethnic identity and since other tribes divided in the nations of that area, So they have right in that land, Because they are children of Abraham and Jacob and if this one tribe have been any claim on the land, his right has been 12.1 from the total land.
But this come from the Bible that from this one tribe which has remained from a few centuries Before Christ, A substantial number tended towards the other religions and cultures and left their religion and culture. Many of the Old Testament suggests that the prophets and leaders of the Children of Israel, Whether in the Babylonian Captivity or then, were upset from the tendency of people to alien gods, so those who tended to the gods of other religions, because they are also the children of Abraham and Jacob, have right rather to this land. Furthermore, collection of the New Testament and history books show that many of the Jews tended to Jesus and became Christian. Also later some other notable people tended to the Islamic faith and also because they are the children of Jacob, So have right about this land. Therefore, it is very fair that If someone says that has not remained from that one tribe more that the half. So, we should halve the previous number 12.1.
Even From this remain number who scattered throughout the world, all of them do not claim such this right and only Zionists -And not all Jews- have claimed this territory. Although it cannot represent the exact number from this groups, however, they are not low those who have denied the Zionist ideals and want that Live in peace with others anywhere in the world and even some of them has this slogan that with the end of Zionism, Peace will achieve. So Zionists are not even the representative of all Jews who todays live around the world.
Perhaps if we pay attention to the number of the Children of Israel at the time of Prophet Moses (AS), what was said is closer to reality. According to the book of the Torah, Musa from the tribes of the children of Israel, apart from the tribe of Levi, did census 550/603 number of people of military man who had twenty years old and upper. So the entire population of the Children of Israel at that time must be more than four million people. The Children of Israel during four centuries, from 12 persons reached to four million people. Now, about thirty-three centuries passed from the time of Prophet Moses (AS) and there are less than fifteen million Jews in the world. Do people that polygamy has been common in it and the number of children per family according to the Bible, Has been very high, how many should be after thirty-three centuries? If it is told that probably with the killings and massacres, their number has been decreased, the answer will be this that no destruction and pressure in the history of this people has not been harder and more destruction than the action of Pharaoh that has occurred before Musa (AS).
So there is no alternative except that we accept nowadays those who know themselves as son of Jacob, Compared to the actual number of children of Jacob who uncertainly live in the world and in the Palestinian’s territory and surrounding areas, are very low. And if the land is the property of the sons of Jacob, So it must share to all of them. Then we do not have any way except this that the indigenous inhabitants of this area live together in peace.
4. Probably was said that the Promised Land belongs to the sons of Jacob, But on condition that they committed to the religion of Moses. So the heir and the owner of the land of Canaan is one who first descended from Abraham and Jacob and, second, he accept the religion of Moses and committed to it. So northern tribes which gradually solved in other nations, had abandoned the religion of Moses and those from the tribe of Yehuda before or after the Babylonian captivity turned to the gods of other nations and also those who tended to Christian or Muslim Because they are not committed to the religion of Moses (AS), do not have any share from The promised land. So, according to the Bible, today Jews are the owner of this land.
In response we say that the Torah quotes from Musa that has been promised the coming of a messenger. He says to the people: “Lord, God, Will send a Prophet from among you from your brother like me for you, listen to him. (Deuteronomy, 18: 15) and again he says: “God told me what they said good said. I will send a prophet for them among their brothers like you and I had his words to his mouth and whatever I order to him, he will say to them and whoever do not hear my words which I say by him, l will ask him. "(Ibid. 17-19). So no doubt the Prophet Moses (AS) has promised the coming of the great prophet and with emphasizing has ordered to the Children of Israel that obey and follow from that Prophet. Christians say that this Prophet has been Jesus (AS) and Muslims say that this Prophet has been Muhammad (Pbuh). At this point, we do not discuss this issue. Our word is that according to the word of Moses that a time this prophet will come. Now the question is: when that prophet came, Do all the Children of Israel obey and follow him? Surely the answer is negative and never throughout the history has not happened such a thing. In this case, the Promised Land belongs to which category? Surely it must be said which is belongs to a category that they has obeyed the Prophet. But the category that does not obey says that this person is not that messenger who had promised Musa, and therefore they know themselves as the owner of that land and knows the people who follow the Messenger, outside of religion of Moses. So the dispute was never resolved; as those who had followed Jesus, know themselves as true followers of Prophet Moses and also the followers of the Prophet Muhammad know themselves as true followers of Prophet Moses. Which reference or institution can solve this conflict? So there is no way except this that the followers of all religions, whether Jewish, Christian or Muslim, continue their lives with peace and democracy in the same way that they were living in the past and if one of these groups claimed that this land belongs to them, The region will never see the peace and this is what was written on a banners which was in the hands of a cleric Jewish in one of the protests that Jews who opposed with Zionism were held it: "The End of Zionism = Peace".
