Ingredients,
Macaroni pasta or vermicelli, 300 g
Sugar, as per taste
Rosewater, 1 cup
Oil or butter, 1 tbsp
Water, 1 liter
Cardamom, 1/4 tsp
Saffron, in your choice
Put water over the fire and bring it to a boil. Now put the vermicelli inside until it simmers. Then strain and put vermicelli back to the pot again. Add in rosewater, sugar, cardamom and one spoon of butter or oil. If you like it to have a charming color, you can sprinkle saffron or you can apply dates syrup instead of sugar. Also, you can sauté vermicelli before putting into boiling water to make it more beautiful in color and add a better flavor.
