The study of living cells is one of the most wonderful experiences. Introduce a piece of the aquatic Elodea plant on the microscope glass and look at it with a powerful lens. A beautiful and orderly view of life can be seen in it; each of the cells has a beautiful structure. Usually the end of leaf has two layers of cells, but if we pay an attention we will notice that the cells are apart from one another and each one of them have a complete independence and it seems that they can alone continue living and carry out their activities. The septum of cells that separates them from one another is very hard and does not alter. Each of the leaves is made up of hundreds of thousands of cells, that are arranged on one another like the bricks of a building.
The central nucleus which is a dark body is placed in the interior of the cell and an embryonic of cytoplasm has surrounded it, that is often seen with difficulty. Around the cell a membrane exists and since it is stuck hard to the protoplasm, is usually not visible, but if it is placed on a glass and located under the lens of a microscope and we add a dense salt water, the membrane will become visible, this is because the water present in the cell will come out and the contracted protoplasm gets separated from the membrane, in other terms this task is known as the plasmolysis.
In the plant cell there is a movement, although in the appearance of the leaf it seems like a hard vegetative, in the interior of a plant cell, in the encrustation of the cytoplasm very small bodies exist that are known as the chloroplast and they move. Their movement is not similar to the movement of the small animals, but is similar to the movement of boats on the river. The liquid part of the cell, i.e. the protoplasm, not only has the movement but also the flow besides its alikeness to a sea which has waves and turbulence. This law that a living body should move is also flowing in a vegetative cell.
We do not recognize the force or the forces that cause the motion of protoplasm. However, in the current situation the science should have not thought to discover the cause of the protoplasm movement, but, this movement in the animal and vegetative cells is known as the protoplasmic movement or the cyclic movement. The cyclic nature of the movement is especially observed better in an Elodea cell. In the cell this vegetative small pieces seem to be moving around themselves.
Now if we place an amoeba culture on the glass and warm the glass, and observe it with a microscope, we will see that similar to Elodea cell the amoebae protoplasm is in the movement and possesses a flow. An amoeba is a single cell animal and thus will neither get placed on the glass nor it will go in the water, one the contrary, it will flow with the water, in contrast to the vegetative cell, besides the membrane of this animal cell is not thick, but its membrane is only for its restriction; in this manner during the movement, the shape of the animal body changes and its body gets more elongated, as if it has obtained a foot. This part of the protoplasm is known as the fake feet or pseudopods. When we see using a microscope that the amoeba is moving with fake feet or pseudopods, we imagine that the animal is moving with its own feet.
With the high magnification of a microscope, the real particles of the matter present in the body of amoebae can be observed, that in the meantime its movement will flow inside its fake feet or pseudopods. The protoplasm of the animal body has two distinctive sections: primarily the internal one that is much diluted and is constantly under the state of the movement and the external one which is thicker and mucous and completely covers the internal part.
Some of the scholars think that this difference of the density makes the internal part to get influenced by the external section and start moving and producing the fake feet or pseudopods, on the other hand, some other scientists have stated that the production of the fake feet or pseudopods are the resultants of the surface tension.
The above mentioned phenomenon is observed every year by the students who have initiated the study of biology, but we cannot tell them why these phenomena are produced. Even if we accept the former theory that the viscosity and the concentration of the amoebae protoplasm leads to its movement, that time we should admit that we are not aware of the factors that lead to the thickening or the thinning of the protoplasm.
In the above section of the article, we have considered two cells. The first one is a vegetative cell that is part of the leaf and the second one is a single celled animal, some of the scientists know amoebae as the most primary animals and the flow of the amoebae protoplasm and the production of its fake feet or pseudopods are regarded as the simplest movements of an animal.
The Elodea cells are also a small vegetative that is relatively simple. Therefore, we study two simple cells. Despite this, each one of these two cells has an entangled joint and bolt that carry out different tasks of the life. These tasks are carried out with such preciseness that the task of the most précised watches is unvalued in their presence.
Now since the talk of the watch has been considered here, we will remind you that some self-tuned watches have been made that are very precise among which some of them get spontaneously tuned with a single movement of their arm and as the tuned watch starts working it will not halt or in other terms it will not sleep.
Now, how it is possible to confirm that these watches with so much preciseness are formed spontaneously or randomly and the imagination and the hands of the skilled craftsmen are not used in their making, or whether for the tuning of the watches that need to be tuned, the movement of the arms of their owners is not needed? Moreover, how can it be claimed that a cell with so much preciseness and complex organization is randomly formed and its permanent movement is also random? We are obliged to intellectually and logically accept that a complete wisdom and eminence doctrine has created the cell from such an unconscious material and that complete wisdom and eminence doctrine is the same the Almighty God.
It is possible that some people may claim that some factors exist in the surrounding that lead to the changes in the living organisms. For an example, some of the scientists consider the natural factors such as the temperature or osmotic pressure to be effective in the diluteness or denseness of the protoplasm. But often the protoplasm without interference of a foreign movement factor, especially, will inherently have a rotary movement.
So it should be accepted that the main factor is in protoplasm itself. If the nucleus of the cell is taken with its microscopic dissection, the cell dies and with none means its death can be prevented since the manager and the editor needed for the vital affair of the cell is gone away. So, in the same manner for the management of the world and the creation of the cell and even the wise people there exist an origin and a center that an individual should always be in its search.
It should not be imagined that since I do not know the reason for the protoplasm phenomena and or I cannot find it, then I should believe the Almighty God. Although some of the individuals mention that since the science cannot discover the mystery of the creation, so one should believe the Almighty God, but I am not like that. Even if a day arises, that we very well realize the entire mystery of the protoplasm, then also we must mention that a complete wisdom has created it and made it to carry out its task.
Several hypotheses have been proposed that strive to say that a living organism has been created from the material of a non-living organism. Some of the scientists have mentioned that the life has initiated from the micro organisms and viruses, and on the other hand some other scientists have visualized that the primitive animates or living organisms had been the big pieces of the protoplasm.
In any case all the enterprises related to the formation of a living organism from the material of a non-living organism have remained barren. In addition, an individual who denies the existence of the Almighty God, he or she will not be able to prove that the living organisms have been generated spontaneously and or randomly. Certainly this is a personal opinion of his or her and the entire comments of his or her also have a private aspect and they cannot prove that all the living bodies have been created randomly. Having a belief in this hypothesis that the living bodies have been randomly created as the resultant of the emergence of an impossible condition and state of affairs, is more difficult in comparison to having a belief in the existence of a judicious creator.
I claim that each of these cells (that discovering their nature is effectually not possible for us) and also trillion other cells are the reason for the presence of the wisdom and the eminence doctrine that we know as the Almighty God. The science considers the acceptance of this fact permissible and accepts it.
I have a firm faith in the existence of the Almighty God.
