Supreme leader of KUFA
Amar was one of the first students of religious school and one of the philosophers connected to the ALAVI thoughts. He was honored by the prophet as supreme leader by the holy prophet in the beginning days of first HEJRI. AMAAR was giving FATWA, when prophet was still alive. According to Imam Ali, AMAR was a faithful man and his bones were full of faith. AMAAR and his close friends tried to get posts from cruel governments of that time to preach about jurist value and talk more about real position of Ali in that time. OMAR appointed him as the governor of the KUFA city.

ALAVI thought after the martyrdom of Imam Ali in 40th HEJRI:
Shiites were spread and many philosophers became quite but thoughts did not die. And still remains as an important force in international society. At that time, the prominent figures in the light of infallible Imams (AS), such as KOMAIL BEN ZIYAD, SAEED BEN JABIR and SAEED BEN MOSAYEB became theorists in this path. And their knowledge grown by the help of Imams. Jurists and scholars learned the religious orders from Imam from Imam HASAN for some time. In this period, BANIOMAYEH dynasty captured the government and destiny of the Muslims, so they tried to abolish the memory of Ali and his family from religious life and political life of people by any trick.
For a period of 58 years, they cursed Ali (AS) in mosques. Absorbed some of the scholars by bribe or threat and killed many of them to control pro Ali movement, such as SAEED BEN JABIR, RASHID ALHEJRI. Because of these pressures, some clergies such as SAEED BEN MOSAYEB and GHASEM BEN MOHAMMAD hided their Shiites faith. At that time people were afraid of ruler`s officers, and when they wanted to talk against policy of the government or they wanted to talk praise Ali, they were very careful to whom they are talking to. Many great Shiite died and on the aspect on population, they became less. Many were in hopeless position and could not understand the difference between monarchy and Islamic Caliphate. Of course after overthrow of Imam HASAN`s government, Imams were trying to bring back the government to its original source. When MOAVIYEH did not obey the conditions of peace agreement, Imam HOSEIN carried his sword and started his fundamental fight which effected all Shiite struggle against negative elements in their own period. Philosophy of this fight was expressed by his sons in later years who wanted to know about VELAYAT. Imam was always mentioning about the right of the Islamic clergies to rulers. Imam was advising the religious fellows to do their duty. Once he said: you neither spent any property in the way of God nor put yourself in danger, so how you demand heaven from the God? How you want to be close to apostles in the heaven? How you want to be away from his punishment? You reached to the rank of dignity and valuable position but you are compromising with cruel rulers. I am afraid that God may punish you, for your attitudes. Imam believed that all people in the community do not have the same task and clergies have double duty and double punishment. Disaster is more on you, because in keeping the value of clergies, you lost to others. And if you tolerate in the way of God, the ruling will come back to you. You are responsible for all mistakes. You have handed over all the works to them and implemented everything according to their own wish and not the God will. After martyrdom of Imam HOSEIN (AS), the army of YAZID, murdered everyone in MEDINA city for three days. Successor to the YAZID, HOJAJ BEN YOUSEF, destroyed the MECCA city and killed its governor, and hanged his body. He even insulted the shrine of the holy prophet and his holy mosque. Then he beheaded some companions of the prophet such as: JABER BEN ABOLAH ANSARI, ONS BEN MALEK. He killed one of the great companions of Ali by the name of KOMEIL BEN ZIYAD. KOMEIL was guiding Muslims through the trainings of MULA Ali, and was having effective role in preserving the theory of jurist rule. KOMEIL stated very important sentence to MOJAHED: clergies are Caliph of God on the earth. Earth will not live without them. Their numbers are less but their value is great. Their body is on the earth but their soul is beside the holy God. They invite everybody to religion of God.
