The house dates from the second half of the Ghajar era, and in the Pahlavi era several rooms were added on two floors on the north side of the yard, along with a garden.
The two-story building contains inside and outside space. Inside includes a yard, 60/9* 60/21 m, which is accessible through the northern alley.
The plaster external entrance leads to a porch and a long corridor that will take you to the outside yard with a garden. High columns and capitals adorned with plaster work will impress every visitor.
The entrance to the main building is on the ground floor, and through a central staircase it leads to the large hall which makes it possible to access all the rooms on the upper floor.
The ground and first floors possess Tanbis with a line of rooms on either side.
The house was built for residential purposes. It was purchased by the municipality office of Tabriz and after restoration by the cultural heritage organization it turned into the Tabriz community house. Recently, the Iranology Center is working there.
In an area of over 1,600 square meters, it has a corridor and a striking entrance with brick frames decorated in plaster work. It boasts high columns as well as white exterior and brick exterior on the east.
Numbered 3222, the house joined the list of the national sites on 6 Esfand, 1379.
