The cave is located 24 km east of Moorche Khort in the village of Ab Senjed, a district in Bagher Abad. It is like a well whose mouth's diameter measures about 20 m with a width of 45 m.
Since its mouth is quite wide, the entire floor in the cave enjoys adequate light. The cave is made up of molten lava expelled from volcanoes so that in some parts of its walls smooth structures which have been formed as a result of lava eruptions over millions of years are seen.
With a depth of 45 m it consists of 2 parts; the upper part is about 25 m from the mouth of the cave and contains a flat section of earth with sloping sides around the well. The width of the terrace exceeds 4 m in some parts and since it slopes down rather steeply it is difficult to reach there.
The second part starts from the terrace and reaches the floor and its height is about 20 m.
To enter into the end of the well there used to be a corridor which is now blocked as a result of the landslide of the walls of the cave. Since there is a danger of potential landslides, technical equipment should be used for further caution. The cave is sort of unparalleled throughout the country.
