Aash Maas is a local dish in Kurdistan.
Ingredients for 5 people
Rice, 300 grams
Yogurt, 500 grams
Oil, 50 grams
Dried mint, 1 tbsp
First clean the rice and wash it. Put it inside a pot and add two bowls of water. Put it over the heat to cook.
When it becomes like Shorba, porridge, remove from heat and let it cool. Then strain Yogurt in a bowl and add to the cooked rice. Serve topped with hot fried mint.
